TL;DR: cake-like cookies (soft inside and slight crunch shell outside). COOKIES ARE GIVEN WARMED, I REPEAT: COOKIES ARE GIVEN WARMED. Pricey but a nice treat for special occasions (or on a daily basis if that's what you prefer, haha). Cookies are not overly sweet! Tips: Check the app or website in advance for the flavors of the week. You can also order pick up via the app. Parking: shared lot. Atmosphere: SUPER BRIGHT haha. Seriously, the interior is so pink and white. Fast paced ice cream shop feel. Upbeat music playing in the background. Very small waiting area. The sweet aroma that invades your nostrils upon entering the building is wonderful. Menu: 6 weekly rotating flavors posted on the digital menu to the right of the entrance. You can also check the app or website for the current flavors of the week. Service: order and pay at the front register or via app or via the kiosk to the right of the entrance, under the digital menu. Pick up your cookies to the left of the register at the pick up counter (there is a monitor above that counter that will display your name and place in line for pick up). You will be shown your cookies and asked, "Does everything look ok?" upon pick up. Ok, I admit I avoided this place because "who wants to spend $5 on a single cookie" when I can get a box of a dozen for the same amount of money. BUT, I tagged along with a friend here and I was pleasantly surprised. The cookies are given to you warmed (aside from the chilled ones, etc.) and they are not overpoweringly sweet at all. I was honestly expecting my teeth to fall out from all the sugar after taking a bite but the cookies are not as sweet as they look! They are very hunky and almost cake-like and have the perfect amount of sweetness, even the ones with candy/chocolate. If the cookies have frosting, the majority of the sweetness comes from the frosting so there is a nice even balance instead of a super sweet cooking topped with even sweeter frosting. Candy Cane Brownie: I enjoyed the brownie taste of this one and the cookie part wasn't all that sweet! I could just sit and eat the brownie portion all day. Pumpkin Pie: like a snickerdoodle topped with pumpkin pie filling. It's the slice of pumpkin pie that you want without the commitment of buying a whole pie. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk: wow, what a wonderful blend of cookie dough and chocolate chunks. This classic really hit the spot especially because it was warm -- all that was missing was a glass of milk!

I love Crumbl cookies but I do feel like they're overpriced. I stopped in to pickup and online mobile for a friend's anniversary. Quick, easy and super simple. I was not greeted when I walked in and waited at the designated "pick up" are and I was standing there for a few minutes. There was a young female working the register and didn't acknowledge me at all. It was not busy, there was 1 other customer in the small shop. The young gentleman who brought out my order was all smiles and so sweet. I love that there was an option to add a note to the order so I was able to leave a sweet and short message for my friend and her husband for their anniversary.

Tried this location 4 times now and the always cookies seemed raw. I guess if you like raw cookie dough, they're good.

They have a nice canvas sail overhead to give some shade for seating. The inside is super small. Not what I was expecting. It was similar to Salt & Straw on the Vancouver Waterfront. It's definitely a grab and go type of establishment. I didn't see any baked goods displayed at all. Maybe they've done away with those options?! They had a nice variety of ice-cream flavors to choose from, including non-dairy selections. They also had floats. I decided on the single scoop Mint Cookies & Cream. It was absolutely delicious, and fresh! No freezer burn whatsoever, and plenty of cookies throughout. The mint flavor wasn't too overpowering either. It was the perfect after lunch treat! Staff was okay. Not super friendly at all. She didn't say much when I walked in either. I was the only one in there. It looked like you could sample some of their flavors too, but I wasn't sure if the extra interaction was welcomed. Definitely a different customer service vibe than Salt & Straw; their employees are so friendly and personable. Overall an okay experience. The ice-cream was delicious, but customer service lacking.

I came here on a rainy day in early February. I am dirty from a house remodel, everything hurts,…read moreand I'm tired. So, I won't lie, I had REALLY high expectations when I chose this out of all the other options for "dinner". I. Am. Blown. Away. The waitress was patient and answered all my questions. The place is small but clean. They run out of their seasonal, so be aware. My husband paid while I went to the bathroom and he kinda made a comment about 25 bucks for two ice creams, which surprised me as well. Until she gave us the ice cream. My Mt St Helens was three largish scoops with a delightfully large amount of toppings. His ice cream cone came in one of the largest cones I've ever seen. It's thicker and crispier than commercial so I think they make their cones in house! But the rockstar is the ice cream itself. I grew up in the area and so I'm very familiar with northwest flavors. This ice cream is like my childhood in a scoop. The ice cream has enough fats to give a nice mouth feel and I'm not even sure they use Guar gum or carrageenan. The honey tastes local. Even the raspberry syrup tastes like raspberries off the side of a country road that are ripe but not too ripe. That sweet sour taste. If you are traveling through or a guest of this town, you have to try the ice cream.

Wow! I have heard…read morethat the burgers and fries here are good. That was an understatement! I ordered the hamburger with bacon combination. It was sizeable and yummy! The side I chose were onion rings. They were big and delicious! They even let me choose my bottled drink. I chose a bottle of Coca-Cola. Cold and refreshing on a hot day. It was in the 90s°F outside. It was nice to dine in, with cold A/C. My daughter ordered the bacon cheeseburger with an extra beef patty. I could tell she loved her burger because she was quietly devouring it. They even let her select the type of cheese she wanted, from the cheese options they have. What-what?!? Who does that? They do! She selected the fries. We were pleasantly surprised that they were crinkle fries. And the portion was generous. They were crisp and delicious. For dessert we had donuts. Always really good! If we had enough room in our tummies, we would have ordered ice cream too. After her burger, fries, bottle of Diet Coke, and donut, my daughter had her fill. We were both in a food coma. In a good way! The service was good. There was plenty of seating. Large parking lot. Best of all free parking. If you love burgers, fries, onion rings, sodas, donuts, and ice cream, you must go to Angel's Donuts by the mall. They're open late too. We WILL be back.
