I like this location because it's plenty of parking and the inside was spacious and airy. The staff were friendly and they even had bags for your items to go in (most locations I've been to don't have bags so that was a plus in my book). I received my order in a timely manner as there were others ahead of me but the wait wasn't long. My order looked like it was suppose to: the Dubai brownies. Hi Alex, I did decide to go back because I found out Crumbl changes the menu every week and I wanted to try the oatmeal cookie. So, I ordered the lemon poppyseed, and the Mom's Recipe (Oatmeal cookie for those that don't know). Mom's recipe was good, but not better than the chocolate chip cookie I had the other day. The lemon poppyseed was definitely undercooked. The edges were done, but the center was not. The center tasted like uncooked cookie dough. I popped in maybe an hour before closing and the store was still immaculate. Customer service was super friendly again.The staff didn't seem tired at all, even though it was close to closing. They graciously explained?about the rotating menu. Overall, it's a cool spot. read more

Cookies and cheesecakes oh my! First time at Crumbl Carson. Stopped by on a Thursday night, and there was no line. Ordered a mini 6 pack and regular sized cheesecake. Service was quick, ordered on the kiosk and cookies were out in less than 5 minutes. Overall the store was brand new. The store front was pretty small and the kitchen/ baking area was huge. I definitely can see this place getting busy on the weekends. I look forward to picking up more cookies in the future. read more

Listen! I am pink status, and I have so many beautiful pictures of their cookies but I will say this is probably the best location in the south part of Los Angeles. I have an addiction and visit at least once a week and shout out to this location because the customer service has always been friendly. They are very prompt. The store is clean. The coworkers seem to be really happy. On top of that they nail every single dessert. I'm not sure if they have true bakers in the back, but their attention to quality and detail is unmatched here. They literally serve picture perfect cookies. I was here at this grand opening when it first opened and whoever the franchise owner is shout out to her. read more

I ordered the 6 pack a couple of weeks ago because they had the weekly flavors of macadamia nut cookie, mom's favorite, chocolate chip, Oreo cake, strawberry shortcake, and banana bread cookie. I ordered those cookies and cakes the day before and when I arrived to the store, it was meticulously clean. The employees were friendly and attentive even though they were so busy with finishing orders. I shared my order with my co workers and they enjoyed the cookies as well. Just left the crab spot next door which was GREAT, went to get a cookie and the employee don't greet or acknowledge us, so I asked which cookie was which and he rudely said "check on the screen lady" uhm I will not be buying anything from such rude ass people, get some better customer service or quit your job!!! The cookies are amazing but the service person is really kind of a Dick. One time we showed up a bit late (talking like 3-4 minutes late, we had already paid and they had our order already prepared and sitting on the counter ready to go), which was admittedly very nice of the guy to give us the order we had already prepaid for anyway. We thanked him profusely and everything was fine and dandy. Then this time it could not have gone more differently. Not only were we technically on time, as in it was 9:59 still one minute before they were supposed to close, but the guy (short black hair) gave me this shitty attitude saying "this has happened before, don't come back to this store" as he shoved my cookies through the door as he was locking the front door (if you need any more proof that it was 9:59, the door wasn't even locked yet, that is what he was doing as he gave me the cookies. Given the wonderful service I've gotten at every other Crumbl cookie store in the past there is no need for me to come back to this store anyway, so I'm glad to oblige his request that I don't come back. Just wanted to leave a review so management knows the kind of attitude that the short black haired guy who closes gives consistent, regular customers, especially since there are many other Crumbl locations to choose from. Hopefully he didn't spit on my food, too. Wouldn't be surprised. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The interior is spacious and there were many customers picking up and dining in on a Sunday mid - day. Plenty of seating and air conditioning for comfort. The assortment of baked breads, pastries, and cakes were impressive, made with quality, and attractively presented. We opted for the Strawberry croissant, azuki cream and blueberry croissant. The pastries were freshly made and so yummy. Service at the counter was friendly and prompt, with several staff members assisting customers. Although this location is inconvenient for me since it's a trek to get to, I would certainly return here if I'm nearby the city of Lomita.

If you see this place, that's the universe telling you....It's time to stop and enjoy some delicious coffee and a pastry ASAP!!!!!

And their cupcakes and sweets. Yo, seriously so good. And the thing is, because of the ingredients they use, we don't feel heavy or overly wired after eating cake or cupcakes from them. From other places you can tell they use preservatives, refined sugars, processed ingredients. But with Nonna, you can just taste the difference. We even had them make our special cake for our wedding! We recently tried their dinner (twice!) and it exceeded expectations. When our order was ready, our name was called, the halo-halo was placed on the counter, and that was the end of the interaction. As for the halo-halo itself, my partner rated it a 2/10. It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both. The good news? These issues are fixable. A little more warmth, engagement, and hospitality would go a long way. I want to personally thank Molly, but also ALL of the staff at crumbl carson. I had the worst week of my life with losing my great grandma and as silly as it is I wanted this one treat to just pick me up a bit- and Molly and the team made SURE it happened for me. I used to go to the torrance location but they never even remotely cared over any mistake- this location is sincerely full of people who genuinely care about something "as small" as a cookie. I love Crumbl and this new location in Carson is great. located off a busy street with easy access from all directions. Ample parking. The staff is very welcoming and were quick to get my order out even though it was jam packed. The store was clean and saw an employee sweeping the front to make sure it stayed that way.
