The kids that work here are fast, friendly and enthusiastic! Not to mention, super yummy cookies!

Service is fine, store is cute but after 4-5 times trying these VERY expensive cookies I'm not sure I see the appeal.

I stopped here last night because my nephew asked me to get him a cheesecake cookie thing. There is not a single person in there but 4 employees all upfront and no one says anything when I walk in. Like where is the greeting? They're all adorable and young and have their cute pink gear on but they don't stop their conversation when a customer walks in? They are not helpful and when I see some cookie on the board on the counter and I ask what they are and one of the girls says and points "the flavors are on the screen" like it was a habit. Then I discover the one cookie thing that caught my eye was one that looked like a peanut butter cookie with stuff on it and she says it's butterfinger. That almost sold me but as I took a second to think, I was so disappointed with how their customer service included pointing to a screen when I asked about what flavors they had on display, that I couldn't spend a penny more in this establishment. I was so disappointed when I left. It's sad that they don't have a clue. Their product is mediocre, in my opinion, the kids all seem to forget how talk to people, I guess I'm disappointed that a national chain like Crumbl doesn't have more structure and enthusiastic staff. I mean, you work in a cookie shop, it's supposed to be fun. I probably won't be returning no matter how much I love my nephew and he asks me. read more

I'm a home chef myself so I feel qualified to grade cookies based on texture, tenderness vs crunchiness, baking perfection vs rawness and of course the flavors! First of all; Health hazard alert ‼ An egg shell on my last few bites (as shown on the picture) Second; There's a big difference between a tender fresh well baked cookie and a cookie with raw dough inside acting as a tender agent. I personally don't recommend it from a public business since they're obviously careless about contaminating the cookie dough with potential salmonella traces, like the eggshell shown below. The flavor was good, but that was what I thought before finding the white egg shell. No way I'd ever buy their cookies again. FYI, do your homework and look at the ingredients on their web. They're loaded with artificial sweeteners, preservatives and dough modifiers. read more

Here is the review from my 10 year old grandson, who gives it a 4 star review: the cookies were great and they are very sweet. I had the brownie with a cherry on top and icing as well, but it was too much icing for me. My review - the cookies were overly sweet and then with the added icing, it was way tooooo much. I took one bite and was done. The cookies were nothing special - I can make better ones at home and the icing was unremarkable. First time here. It's pretty much what you expect when you go into a Crumbl. They were kind of busy, but our cookies were ready fast and they were warm. Cookies aren't cheap...around $5/each if you only get two. There's a reason you get more than one...prices go down when you do, but alas, we didn't need the extra. We got one Cowboy, and one Oreo. Of course, they smelled so good, we ate them before I could even think about taking pics. They didn't disappoint, and I'm sure this won't be our last time here, so I'll try to be more diligent about getting pics next time! read more

Fourish varieties ... look, I was stoned when I ordered so let's not focus on the details ... delivered fresh and warm to your front door in totally adorbs packaging. We ordered the four pack for two people. The cookies are so big ... well, we ate all of them in one sitting anyway. But they're a solid inch thick and roughly four inches across, so if you have impulse control, you'll have leftovers for breakfast. I doubt they'll last that long, though, because these cookies are damn yummy. The molten chocolate has a fun, melted fudge center. The chocolate chip is chunky and an ode to brown sugar. And even the sugar cookie delivers with a thick, well-balanced topping of almond-flavored frosting. Got milk? You'll be glad you did! read more

Delicious cookies!! Check out social media for the weekly cookie selections. I also recommend getting their app, because you can easily get the menu, you get money off for loyalty, and you can order ahead for pickup (curbside included). These are RICH, and are maybe kind of a blend between a cookie and a cake. They're not crunchy cookies, but are soft and flavorful. The staff is pretty good, but can sometimes be a bit apathetic/bland. read more

I wouldn't be surprised if they know me by name now! I can't resist treating myself to a Crumbl cookie, the best cookie you can buy. I am a total "home-baked is best" cookie snob but Crumbl has so subtly proven me wrong. The fact that the menu changes weekly is fun, but the chocolate chip cookie, which I think is always on the menu, is comforting and has the perfect texture of a light crisp on the outside and warm and melty on the inside. The cookie pictured here (potato chocolate chip) is quite possibly the best cookie I've ever eaten. Very happy with this addition to our town. read more

This was my first time and was hesitant to spend about $14 for a 4 count box; however, after getting our massive cookies, I felt better. Did I say how huge these cookies were? You'll definitely have your cookie fix with one cookie. The service was fast and friendly and the cookies were served warm. The would give them 5 stars but all the cookies we tried were cloyingly sweet. Like waaaaaaaaay more than I was expecting. I'm curious if they have an option that isn't as sweet. This business will grow on you. Slowly, but surely. First your friends will mention it. Next it arrives as a gift. Suddenly your significant other will begin browsing the options every week "just out of curiosity". And now look at you - What you once thought was too sweet is now too good. You're ordering once a week routinely. It's been a slippery slope. These cookies are good. Sometimes amazing. Sometimes weird. If nothing else, interesting. I once thought the pricing to be outrageous but now find it reasonable for how many people just a 4 pack will feed. Use a pizza cutter - everyone really just wants to sample them. The franchise is very tech savvy with a great web site ordering system, plenty of options. I recommend curbside pick up for the freshest product. Delivery is a luxury service one should be prepared to pay/tip extra for. The occasional smooshed delivery treat is an inevitable fact of life. Like everything - Enjoy in moderation. read more

This Crumbl location is the only badly managed Crumbl I've visited. We gave it a second chance because the Colorado Springs location was out of flavors. Ordered for pick up and drove 40 miles to Castle Rock Crumbl. A 40 mile drive for Crumbl pick-up would be just fine... but when we got there, the lady informed us they had SOLD OUR ORDER THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, and were sold out of all flavors for the day. After asking for a refund, we received one, but this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a business to sell our (already paid for) order. read more
