Love their cookies but they are always sold out by 7pm. Went in to buy a 4 pack but they only had 3 out of 6 cookies available. So, we just got 2. I'm glad I ordered curbside pickup because when I got to the store the line was outside the door! I got there and checked in and about 1-2 minutes later the employee brought my order to my car which was impressive considering how he was in and out because of other curbside orders before me. So when I get home I couldn't wait to get into the chocolate featuring Oreo cookie I ordered. And I must say it DID NOT disappoint and the chocolate chip cookie was awesome as well!!! Went first time cuz of the hype.... It was packed but my order of 4 cookies came out fast. No customer service, it should be called self service! Second the girl opened my box in front of a customer who was not wearing a mask, breathing on my cookies. My cousin and I got the box of 4 cookies and tried the chocolate chip, peanut butter brownie, sea salt toffee, and pink velvet. My favorites were definitely the chocolate chip and sea salt toffee, loved that these weren't overly sweet and had a nice crunch on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. The pink velvet had a sugar cookie texture and the icing on top went well with it. The peanut butter brownie was a bit too heavy for me, I had to remove the peanut butter/chocolate topping. Overall, these cookies were big, warm, and delicious! I will definitely have to come back to try other flavors. read more

My first time at Crumbl was great! The cookies are massive. So even at the roughly $3 price point I would say they would be worth it, just for the experience and the cute packaging!! This visit I got 4 cookies- a snickerdoodle with frosting, m&m, a half chocochip/have chocolate chocochip cookie, and the star of the place the traditional chocolate chip. As far as the cookies are concerned, they were all good. Chocolate chip is definitely my favorite, very moist, chewy, and stayed this way up to 5 days later.definitely this is a 5 star cookie. I liked the M&M cookie second. My least favorite was the snickerdoodle just because I'm not a huge fan of frosting but I had to try it to check the hype....still not a frosting fan (there was so much frosting), but the cookie is soft and chewy. At my next visit I'm probably not going for any of the frosting cookies, but definitely excited to try other flavors! And although I'm not a fan of milk, it's a nice touch that they sell milk and ice cream with their cookies! This place is really cute all in all, definitely would recommend. The cookies are divine, but the service is not. The teenage employees have god complex's and take forever to make an order. I waited there for 15 min and watched as 5 people who came in after me got their order. I finally had to go up to the counter and ask if they have my order. The employee said with attitude "we will get right on that" and was being very salty when I finally received my order. read more

These cookies are practically mini cakes. They're large and dense but still quite soft. The raspberry cheesecake was my favorite. Tasted true to its name. The dulce de leche tasted similar to a gingerbread cookie. If you don't have a sweet tooth, like me, one cookie is plenty. This is perfect for potlucks/gatherings because you can get a dozen and be able to try as many as you like. They have so many delicious flavors and it rotates daily. read more

Really like the thick cookies here. I'm a huge cookie person and i would say these are the cake type of cookies. They have cool flavors but unfortunately i don't get to have them as often as i like because their delivery radius is sooo small. I live 15mins away and I'm out of their delivery zone :/ so i end up just making my own cookies or getting tiffs treats. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. Love your cookies but REALLY NOT HAPPY about the mechanical pencil leads found in the carrot cake cookie this week! How unbelievably dangerous! At first I thought they were carrot strings and I wasn't sure. I took 3 mechanical pencil leads out and tried it on white paper to make sure they were lead for mechanical pencils and sure enough they were! Very unhappy! read more

Crumbl cookies have been great past couple of visits. Was able to get pink iced sugar cookies each time I visited since May. Tried lemon cookie last week and it was super great. Sadly, they rotate flavors and only had choc chip cookies as a regular flavor. They said they had no control over cookie flavors which is a shame for their owners and customers. Call ahead if you want a specific flavor. Drove 20 min to get their awesome cookies but favorite flavors not here today and workers did not know when they will return. Cookies are high in calories so probably good they don't have fave cookies this week. You definitely should try this wonderful treats. Too bad for corporate not meeting customer preferences. read more

A friend gave me a box of 4 of the Crumbl Cookies when I had surgery. They were wonderful. So rich and delicious. I highly recommend these as a "thinking of you" gift. Perfect. My daughter cut the cookies in small bit sizes, so it was perfect for a little snack. read more

This location never ceases to confuse me. i never have a good experience with this location. I frequent the bellaire location but this one is closer to where i live so i assumed the service would be the same... wrong. I am not exaggerating when i say every time i come here they never have all of the cookies made.... I ordered via delivery once and of course they didnt have the cookies i PAID for. Instead of calling to see if i even wanted the cookies, they package the order with random cookies and sent me two vouchers for free cookies.... I was craving a cookie and heard about Crumbl and decided to try. I got the nutella cookie and the lemon cookie. The cookie was more cake then cookie but it was AMAZING--5/5. The lemon cookie was more of a teacake cookie with lemon icing on it. It was okay more like 3/5 as it tasted better today. Maybe bc it cooled down. The cookies were delivered very warm and very fast. BUT after I called and told them what happened they apologized and had one of their drivers deliver two BOXES within the hour and gave me vouchers for two more boxes.
