This was my first time trying this chain, so I bought 8 cookies thinking they'd be smaller, and I wanted to try all the flavors. I was shocked to see that each cookie is huge! I definitely did not need 8 cookies for 3 people! We were all shockingly disappointed by the chocolate chip cookie. That's usually a favorite, but we found it to be quite bland and boring.... Much better at Chick-fil-a. With that said, the sugar cookie was surprisingly amazing. It has that great almond wedding cake flavor. Best sugar cookie I've ever tried. I also really liked the cornbread cookie. So in the end, the cookies we thought would be the best were the duds, and the cookies we got just to try were the favorites. I can't really speak to the customer service due to all the Covid restrictions. I placed my order on a touch screen, then a woman handed me my boxes. I've been wanting to check out this much hyped about place for some time now, so when National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day came around I thought this would be the perfect day for my inaugural moment of Crumbl. I picked up 2 of the 4 pack boxes. 4 each of the chocolate chip cookie and 4 each of the sugar cookie. Service was good. The lady behind the counter explained that they have a rotating cookie menu and pointed out the flavors of the week. Right off the bat, I felt that these were pricey cookies at $3.50 per cookie. But seeing as how I'm willing to pay for a quality product, I proceeded with my purchase. When I got home with the cookies, my husband tried the chocolate chip one and stated "these aren't chocolate chip". At least the first 3 bites of the cookie were an underwhelming, undercooked doughy texture. For the first time in his life, he didn't finish a cookie. He actually said that Subway cookies are better than these. I thought maybe he was overreacting and took a bite of his half-eaten cookie, and yeah it was gross. For $3.50, there should have been chocolate chips in every bite...but there wasn't. I'm scared to even try the sugar cookie after this nasty, overpriced chocolate chip cookie I just had. I've heard great things about Crumbl Cookies so I wanted to try it for myself. When I went, it was pretty busy. Luckily they offer the option to put in your order on a iPad on the wall. The process was very straight forward. Since they were busy I expected to have to wait. I only ordered one cookie so I didn't wait long. I really like the packaging! I also thought the cookie looked as good as it tasted. I was very pleased with the taste and price of the cookie. After passing by Crumbl Cookies many times on my way to Target, I finally decided to give them a try because their French toast cookie piqued my interest. My fiance and I got a box of 4 to share, and that was definitely too many cookies for the two of us. These cookies are HUGE! They swap out their flavors weekly, but for our visit we got their French toast, iced oatmeal, milk glaze ft. Fruity pebbles, and classic pink sugar. All of the cookies were on the sweeter side for us, and we weren't really a fan of the cake like consistency for some of the cookies so this box was personally a miss for us. However, I did come back a few weeks later to try their strawberry milk cookie, and that was a solid 10/10 for me. It was not too sweet, just the right consistency, and filled with a yummy strawberry mousse. Overall, depending on the flavors or the week and your personal preference, Crumbl can be a hit or miss, but it's a great spot to try out fun new cookies since they're changing out their items weekly. read more

You know we about to taste the sweet side of heaven with these cookies. I mean they are huge cookies! The Hubs and I walked inside and was immediately swept away from the aroma of sweet goodness. Did I say we had our masks on?! We ordered 1 of each of their featured cookies for the week. About $20 bucks for 6 huge soft as cotton cookies. We shared the pink iced sugar cookie first and Lawd was it creamy and good. The icing was nowhere hard and the sugar cookie was thick and moist almost like a cake. DELICIOUS! Next we split the coconut key lime cookie and it was surprisingly good. I was expecting more of an overpowering lime taste but the flavors were very well balanced and that icing....smooth and creamy goodness.The cinnamon roll cookie as I call it was my FAVORITE. Every bite was soft, creamy, and cinnamony! OMG! Hubs ate the chocolate chip cookie and was wishing it had more chocolate chips because the cookie was buttery moist and good and having more chips would've been heaven. The chocolate cookie with the gummy worm on top was good if you like ALL things chocolate. Oh I forgot to mention that this taste tasting timeline was 3 days. This place is absolutely delicious, but not only do they excel in flavors, they excel in customer service as well. I'd placed an order for my honey and had it dropped off to my house only to see that the order wasn't entirely complete (insert sad face) I called the store and was connected with shift leader Christina, not only was she calm and understanding but she made it a point of speaking to the owner and having a new complete and beautiful box delivered to me at no additional cost. The workers here are honestly the most rude ppl. I came in the store there were three workers, I walked up to the desk bc I had a question. I stood there for a while and absolutely no one said anything to me they continued to talk about a subject that you definitely shouldn't be talking about out loud on the floor especially in a work place. Finally a guy came out to help me after asking my question out loud to the three of them and no reply. I usually put in Mobil orders and twice the worker has walked outside missed me in my car that's right in the front and continued to put my order as delivered making me walk in. I love crumbl but it's getting kind of frustrating the past three times I've order, I've gotten 3/4 of my cookies replaced with other cookies because they're out of what i ordered. I would rather receive a call so i can cancel my order. Getting a "free cookie" coupon doesn't really make up for me not getting 3/4 of my cookies. Especially after paying $10 for delivery. Usually on the app it will say if the cookies are out of stock so I'm not quite understanding why this happens every time. This afternoon was my families first time into this Crumbl cookies location went to the Khios put in my order paid for my order and waited at the pick up counter, my daughter and I were waiting chatting two other customers before us got their orders and each time two different employees Open the box of cookies ask the customer do your cookies look OK which the customers said yes thank you, I thought that's pretty cool that's a neat little touch you know reconfirm your product make sure the customer right there when picking up is satisfied with your product that they are picking up that they purchased so it's my turn they call my name the girl who helped me slid the box onto the table literally looked at me and turned around and walked off my daughter who is 24 years old looked at me and said how rude and what the hell was that all about? I said I don't know , anyway I opened my box of cookies and I looked at them and of course the product was perfect but her attitude, wow !I don't ever want to go there again crumble team might want to have a retraining with this individual maybe all of them. This location's cookies are always underbaked for some reason. The service is almost always slow, but that might be because they are understaffed. The other location in Houston is much better. I understand that these cookies are meant to be soft, but every time I purchase them from here, they are literally raw.
