Mmmmm crumbl cookies has by far the most delicious cookies. Not as good as Tiny's cookies in my book- but still a close second!!! Wow. I was very impressed. I honestly walked in assuming they would be like any other typical cookie, but they surpassed my expectations!! So crumbl always has 6 cookie flavors for the week. 2 stay the same (Milk Chocolate Chip and Chilled Sugar) and the other 4 are interchanged each week with new festive flavors. It's a fun concept, so going in I wasn't sure what their flavors of the week would be. Here are the cookies I got- -Pink velvet- 10/10. This was so delicious. I'm not a huge sugar cookie fan. They're ok in my book, but this was amazing. The cookie literally crumbled (now I know why it's called crumbl) in your hand and the cream cheese on top of the cookie was perfection. It tasted so creamy and fresh I could not get enough of this freaking cookies. Mmmmmm. This hit the spot!! -Sea Salt Toffee Choc Chip- 10/10 so delicious. This came fresh out of the oven and it was amazing. It melted in my mouth and was the perfect combo of sweet and salty!! The toffee was melted caramel and was the perfect amount of gooey. This was divine. Immaculate I might even say :D -Regular Choc Chip- 8/10. This was good, but didn't taste as "fresh" as the others. It was a bit hard, but was still good! Was hoping it would be softer. But I went home and warmed it up a bit and it was delish!!! - Chilled Sugar- 5/10. This was ok. It was the last one left in the box that no one felt like finishing. The frosting on top was too hard, and idk I just wasn't a fan of it. - Brownie Peanut Butter- 5/10. I didn't try this, but my fiancé is a peanut butter lover and had to get this. He said it was good, but way too heavy. It was a brownie cookie with peanut butter swirled into the middle of it and on top of it. He said 2 bites was enough for him. Lol All in all, this place is great. Packaging is adorable to give someone as a gift for any occasion. I wish there was one closer to me in sugar land! I ordered cookies for my cousin through DoorDash. After a few minutes, I got a notification that the cookies should be ready to pick up. Over 45 minutes go by and she still hasn't gotten them. After asking a few times, being ignored, and also being told to settle down, she was finally told that online pickup orders are not priority. She should have been told the first time that she asked, that her order was not being taken care of even after 30 minutes. I understand the workers are young, but they should at least be taught how to act under pressure in a busy store, and not take it out on customers. and how does putting cookies in a box take almost an hour as I'm writing this, it's been 50 minutes since the order was made, and still nothing read more

I bought the box of four cookies($11ish) today by visiting the store front instead of using the website since it listed the chocolate chip cookie as being out and I was hoping that they would have a new batch ready in store - and they did! There were three workers working and full speed. They had boxes laid out everywhere and we're quickly filling them. While in the store, I did see them deliver to curbside a couple of times. Of the three employees, all wore masks but one had it under their nose for half of the time before fixing it. This employee DID change his gloves after re-entering the store after delivering an order for curbside. Another employee did not change their gloves, but was mostly working cashier so it matters slightly less?? Maybe? Minus one star for these. I know everyone is working really hard and doing their best in really hard times, but still. Cookies themselves: - Chocolate chip: yummy, soft and thick with lots of chips. Slight crunch on the edges made it even better. Still prefer other places' cookie but had to try to staple, right? - S'mores: Delicious! Chewy, lots of flavors, great gooey marshmallow. Definitely a winner. - Peach Cobbler: love the icing. Cookie is good as well, but not my fav of the bunch. Worth a try if you like the pie. - birthday cake: crisp outside, soft crumbly inside. Everyone has been hyping up these cookies and now I know why, they are SO GOOD! My brother in law drove all the way to Cinco to get them for me to try! I wish I could love this! During this stay at home time, I've managed to cut down on my binge eating and have been treating myself to sweets only on the weekends. I was excited to finally find a weekly set (the weekly menu changes are a bit annoying as I've yet to find 4 different cookies I'd like to try at once) and settled on two milk chocolate, a butterfinger, and the gingerbread. I placed the order before 9 am for a 12:30 pickup. I arrived and parked and confirmed through the link that I was out front, but I started to feel something was off when the app said my order was ready but no one had come out. Finally, a woman came to my car wearing a mask and gloves(thank you for that), no cookies to be found, and with a sweet, apologetic tone advised that they were out of the gingerbread, the cookie I really wanted to try. My only other option was sour patch kid and no one would want that so I asked for a third milk chocolate. Can't go wrong with milk chocolate right? WRONG! The chips were creamy and rich but there just wasn't enough. I had more than a few bites with no chocolate at all. The cookie itself was very cake like. A dry cake. The butterfinger was good warm but not so much when it cooled off, though remedied by a few seconds in the microwave. If you LOVE an Instagram moment and cake-like cookies, this is your spot. I've ordered through shipping and curbside pickup and both times were excellent. I love the variety of giant cookies (flavors change every week!!) and the excellent customer service I've received in my interactions. Yes, I am that idiot who had to call customer service after placing a surprise birthday shipping order where I forgot to put my name on it lol. Corporate (or maybe the shipping facility?) was super helpful in tracking my order and getting the correct names on it! Also, my curbside order was ready to go in minutes and they came out with a mask and gloves (which is huge considering the hellish heat in Katy rn). If you need flavors - you can't go wrong with the standard chocolate chip, but we loved our Reese's ones! We bought the 4-pack which I think is sufficient for splitting between 4-10 people considering the size. We're planning on freezing cookies we don't finish (they're large and sweet!!) so nothing goes to waste. I have to dock 1 star because they aren't my favorite cookies in the world. I'm a skillet cookie gal (preferably homemade if it's going to be on the softer side) or a thinner more baked cookie (but not hard bc gross). Crumbl cookies are decent. I like their marketing and weekly menu rotation. In fact, their cookie combinations are extremely creative and I applaud their experimentation. Sadly, I was informed they do not serve ice cream at this location. I ordered their pumpkin pie cookie. The base was a sugar cookie, which tasted like something you'd get at a grocery store 12 pack from their bakery section. That doesn't mean it tasted bad, but it was nothing special. The pumpkin pie portion was tasty; however, it was overly sweet and I only ate half of my cookie. I am not expecting perfection, but the cookies don't look exactly like their promotional photos, i.e. the pumpkin pie cookie was advertised as a cookie with a mini pie and a rich pumpkin color. Oddly, the cookie had an aftertaste of what I imagine to be Febreze or some cleaning supply they use in the store. Perhaps the cookie absorbed the cleaning product scent that permeates inside the store. That being said, their customer service is excellent! This review is long overdue - Decided to stop by on a Friday evening with my son after reading the phenomenal reviews on this place - It smelled absolutely heavenly inside, and there were several customers inside. We ordered the party box via the kiosk option (which was pretty neat), with the following flavors: - chocolate chip (8/10, loads of chocolate chips, soft) - chilled sugar (didn't get to try these, but my kids say 9/10) - snickers (10/10, literally snickers in a cookie form) - mint brownie (10/10, tasted like Andes and is even better when warm) [ Cookies are HUGE, soft, and pretty good. We shared cookies with our neighbors, and they were a huge hit. Loved it so much that I wanted to be petty and take credit for something I didn't make LOL ] As we waited, no one attended to us. It felt odd, as I saw the staff attend to the other parties/customers. No one greeted us, but eh, I thought no big deal. When our order was called, that was it. There was no interaction, no nothing. Left my box on the counter right next to the delicious samples of mint brownies. I didn't know how to react, since one of the biggest highlights from this place is their "amazing customer service." After being to Crumbl now for the fourth time I can say we will no longer be coming to this location. Frustrations with staff being non responsive in all ways, including ordering a pickup saying it's been "delivered" to the car and then having to unpack everyone to go inside, happened for the second time today.
