Was in the mood for a sweet treat and this spot fit the bill! Lots of variety and they will heat them up for you if yon prefer. I had strawberry shortcake and my son had butterfinger. The texture is soft and very doughy- which some people love! I think I prefer a more baked crunchy edges type of cookie. These cookies are stuffed so maybe that is part of the reason they have that texture? Worth a try for sure! Service was friendly! read more

The signs out front asked if I was ready for the biggest cookie of my life, and although I don't know if it was really the biggest, it was for sure the thickest and most chewy! They nailed the baked cookie that still has the texture of cookie dough, which I love!!! While $5 for a cookie may seem a bit steep, they are thick and RICH. For sure not your average cookie. A fun option we didn't try but sounded delicious was their cookie sundae, where you choose a cookie and a pairing Tillamook ice cream to dress up with topping at their little bar. Maybe another time! I so appreciated that they had some samples available, because it was hard to choose with so many tasty looking/sounding options! I ended up with the red velvet which was purely decadent. Parking is on the street where you can find it, thankfully we didn't have too much trouble getting a spot close by. Will definitely be returning! These are the most mid cookies I've ever had. They look nothing like their pictures they post. You get day old cookies in plastic bags that you have to go home and warm up yourself. Even after warming they still look nothing like the advertisement. The only good one we had was the biscoff but that's because that's all it tasted like. The others tasted of just super sweet chocolate chips because that's what 99% of the cookie was. Wouldn't go here again and wouldn't recommend to waste your time, you can honestly make better at home. read more

Not real cookies. More like cookie dough. Was willing to give it a try because of the great reviews. Obviously it's not the golden crusty caramelized edges with a gooey middle - this is straight dough. Disappointing product for the price especially - $5 for dough. The service was pleasant - the woman who helped me was nice, reserved, helpful. And the ambiance was nice - a little dark for my taste - a little more cozy. I'm pretty bummed about the "cookie", but I tried it and now I know. It would have been nice if it truly had been baked. I don't think these are baked - ‍?? **If you are a cookie purist, this isn't the place to go. I can definitely see these mixed in with ice cream for an insanely sweet treat. It's been years (I'm talking pre-COVID) since I went to PDX Cookie Co and I was pretty stoked to get an RSVP to this event: it forces me to get out of the house and 'discover' new areas of PDX. Of course the evening I went in was rainy (Feb in OR, am I right?) so I didn't do nearly enough meandering, but I 100% stocked up on cookies. We got 3 cookies (triple chocolate, candy bar & birthday cake Oreo) as well as a brownie (s'mores). I got to taste all but the candy bar, but my favorite was my choice, the BCO. It had such a good cake flavor, sweet but not overwhelming, and the Oreo added juuuuuust enough chocolate to make it interesting! All in all, I'll 100% return and enjoy more cookies... like Cookie Monster says "C is for cookie, that's good enough for me" read more

Right off the main part of Stark in Montavilla, this place serves up giant cookies, along with ice cream. I also saw some brownies for sale. Staff is friendly and will explain your choices! They even have a gluten free option or two. Wild ingredients including name brand candy bars, you'll easily find something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The cookies are soft, almost dough like. Full disclosure: I do not have a sweet tooth, so the cookies, while absolutely delicious, were WAY too much sugar for myself. Even my wife had to break up devouring one of the cookies over multiple nights; that said, they made GREAT emergency rations when her blood sugar started to drop! Our cookie-craving friend, however, had no such compunctions about downing more than one cookie in a single sitting, so it goes to show that if you are the type of person who couldnt live without cookies, cakes and confections in their life on a daily basis, then PDX Cookie Co is your jam, without the jam! read more

When you have a husband who is crazy for cookies- the search for where to get cookies start. He's been really loving new season's for their fresh baked cookies but of course he wanted more of an adventure. Crumbl isn't his thing. Other than their chocochip cookie. We came across this place on DoorDash during our stay in the NICU. We got their mystery pack and OH MY GOSH. Delicious! We LOVE how you can eat a whole cookie and not feel guilty because the sweetness is just right* The BTS is by far my favorite. But they have so many more delicious flavors. They have "monthly" flavors that you can try and this is even more exciting- a "custom" cookie option. Like what!? You can come up with your own cookie ? SIGN ME UP! How did I not review this previously!! Ive been here so many times, especially every montavilla street fair!! Place has jacked peeps all over the walls showing the gains that fatty cookies can give. Theyll throw a fat scoop of ice cream and a ton of toppings on as well and it really becomes a great dessert! Im not a huge chewy cookie guy, but these are more of a cookie/cookie dough hybrid i think... if that makes sense, so it truly is an amazing treat. Staff is always genuinely nice and truely generous. We stopped by on Friday afternoon at 4. Small little shop on Stark Street. Kinda low key at the front. They sell cookies, brownies and Tshirts and ice cream. Small neighborhood cookie shop that has lots of varieties to choose from. They change their menu every month. The cookie was a good size cookie for $5 each. There was a seating area and lots of gifts you can buy. Big size brownie that is $7. Freshly made. There were two different samples available today to try. A Choco Chip and a Red Lava. I have never been to the actual pdx cookie co storefront but did just recently purchase some cookies online as a gift for my mom's birthday. I was so impressed with how fast they were delivered all the way to the east coast. The cookies shipped maybe 20 minutes after I ordered them and took less than a week to get there. Each cookie is 5$ which for their size is not bad. The selection of flavors is top tier. Something for everyone. I was very happy with these cookies and my mom said they were delicious. read more

Wondered in here one afternoon and the guy at the counter was so friendly and helpful. He let me know that there are samples available. I tried a few of the samples and the cookies were delicious! The cookies were large and made of unique combinations of ingredients. The place was clean and I like how it was decorated. I tried the Cookie Butter Crunch and I loved it. The cookie was soft and fresh, and I could taste all of the different ingredients. I ordered other cookies as well and I liked them all! I'm not sure which I'd call my favorite. I was super excited to try PDX cookies and it is alright. It is more like a cookie dough cookie with its consistency. It is a very sweet cookie as well, making it harder to distinguish the flavors as you sample more. We tried an assortment of them and the pistachio Dubai chocolate cookie and the dunka blondie bar. The biscoff cookie comes third. The Dubai chocolate one was the least sweet to me and the pistachio flavor was apparent. We couldn't decide on the flavors and the worker, Quinn was extremely patient and kind. If you are craving something very sweet, this is the place for you. read more

We went here on a Wednesday night - it's hard to find a lot of dessert places that are open past 9 so we were super excited to try this cookie place. We got the red velvet Oreo, cinna-bear, and the better than sex cookie. I knew going in that the cookies were going to be pretty sweet based on the other reviews, but still was not entirely prepared for how sugary it actually is. The texture is more of a chunky sugary loaf rather than a traditional cookie, as it's extremely thick and more bread-y than chewy. They are also pretty pricey coming in at $5 a cookie. Unfortunately, these cookies are not my thing. I do love my sweets and desserts but these are a little overkill for me personally. read more

For $5 a cookie you can get their classics like the chalky chip (choco chip) or the more crazy flavors such as their brownie, blizzard, or stuffed cookies. The cookies are dense (almost cake like but not) and are stuffed with all the chips you could desire. They are decadent so you can easily share or save half for later. They also have mini versions so you could pick up a couple of those from their case. We only came to get some cookies to go so didn't get to interact too much with the staff this visit. read more

I'm not typically a big fan of sweets....especially just empty calorie sugar bomb type sweets. I usually prefer asian desserts that seem like they are 1/3 the sweetness of American desserts, or desserts that offer more refined or sophisticated flavors. With this in mind, I wasn't sure if I'd like PDX Cookie. Reading the description of a few of their cookies and seeing the photos of them on social media, it appeared that they were cookies with sugar layered on top of sugar, layered on top of another round of sugar. I'm really glad I got to experience PDX Cookie, bc I was very pleasantly surprised. The cookies, while sweet, weren't too overly sweet. The cookies were rich, but not overly rich either. The cookies ranged from thick hockey puck sized cookies, to maybe grapefruit sized if you cut them in half and doubled them up. What was surprising to me was despite how thick the cookie was...it was mostly uniformly cooked throughout the entire cookie without any noticeable texture/doneness variance. I was expecting the cookie to be overly cooked through and needing a glass of milk, or to be excessively undercooked to the point of just eating raw cookie dough, and was surprised this wasn't the case at all. For awhile now...I've heard people curious about or hyping up Crumbl cookies. I've had it a few times and thought they were ok, but weren't that special and didn't really deserve the hype. Yet here we have a fabulous local company that puts out better cookies and are a much better value as well. Cookie lovers who are fans of Crumbl definitely need to try PDX Cookie, and remember to patronize small local businesses. read more

I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered assistance immediately upon entering the bakery. Their signage and product displays were informative and inviting, and I really appreciated the display case with sliced cookies offering a glimpse inside the complex creations.
