Walk in and out spot on Mont stroll. Cookie texture ~ very doughy dense, very soft & sweet, smiley service kind enough to describe the handful selection. Peanut butter seems to be the popular flavor. Great for the neighborhood.

    Give this place a try!!!

10 stars for the gluten free chocolate chip cookie!!! Super friendly service and good selection!! I can't eat the entire thing at one time! Please go & support this rad spot!! They have a birthday cookie that is a great little surprise for someone ;) It's a cute spot with room to eat the cookie sundae they have! Parking can be a little walk - but WORTH IT!!!!

It's been years (I'm talking pre-COVID) since I went to PDX Cookie Co and I was pretty stoked to get an RSVP to this event: it forces me to get out of the house and 'discover' new areas of PDX. Of course the evening I went in was rainy (Feb in OR, am I right?) so I didn't do nearly enough meandering, but I 100% stocked up on cookies. We got 3 cookies (triple chocolate, candy bar & birthday cake Oreo) as well as a brownie (s'mores). I got to taste all but the candy bar, but my favorite was my choice, the BCO. It had such a good cake flavor, sweet but not overwhelming, and the Oreo added juuuuuust enough chocolate to make it interesting! All in all, I'll 100% return and enjoy more cookies... like Cookie Monster says "C is for cookie, that's good enough for me"

Thanks for the event! This was our first time here. The signs out front are vibrant and eye catching. Gazing at the variety of very tall cookies took a while. I chose their original chocolate chip. I mean dang. They are cooked and yet still soft all the way through. What a pleasure it was to consume. The variety and how tall they are is why we will be back. My fav cookie I've spent money on.

Right off the main part of Stark in Montavilla, this place serves up giant cookies, along with ice cream. I also saw some brownies for sale. Staff is friendly and will explain your choices! They even have a gluten free option or two. Wild ingredients including name brand candy bars, you'll easily find something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The cookies are soft, almost dough like. Milk or coffee to wash it all down is a must!

Full disclosure: I do not have a sweet tooth, so the cookies, while absolutely delicious, were WAY too much sugar for myself. Even my wife had to break up devouring one of the cookies over multiple nights; that said, they made GREAT emergency rations when her blood sugar started to drop! Our cookie-craving friend, however, had no such compunctions about downing more than one cookie in a single sitting, so it goes to show that if you are the type of person who couldnt live without cookies, cakes and confections in their life on a daily basis, then PDX Cookie Co is your jam, without the jam!

We came here after dinner and this is the perfect dessert place. It's cozy and there are plenty of carrot choose from. I tried the Dubai cookie and it's fantastic. Rich pistachio flavor. We bought a box to bring home.

6 cookies for $30. Such a variety! It's amazing how rounded the cookies are in yet they cooked all the way through and consistent throughout. Delicious and so interesting. There were two flavor tastings, which helped me choose, which cookie to get. There is a table, but it doesn't seem like a place to hang out. I guess you could hang out near the window. I didn't try the brownie which is so so big.

We stopped by on Friday afternoon at 4. Small little shop on Stark Street. Kinda low key at the front. They sell cookies, brownies and Tshirts and ice cream. Small neighborhood cookie shop that has lots of varieties to choose from. They change their menu every month. The cookie was a good size cookie for $5 each. There was a seating area and lots of gifts you can buy. Big size brownie that is $7. Freshly made. There were two different samples available today to try. A Choco Chip and a Red Lava. Very delicious. I would definitely come back again for next month menu pick.

I have never been to the actual pdx cookie co storefront but did just recently purchase some cookies online as a gift for my mom's birthday. I was so impressed with how fast they were delivered all the way to the east coast. The cookies shipped maybe 20 minutes after I ordered them and took less than a week to get there. Each cookie is 5$ which for their size is not bad. The selection of flavors is top tier. Something for everyone. I was very happy with these cookies and my mom said they were delicious.

Wondered in here one afternoon and the guy at the counter was so friendly and helpful. He let me know that there are samples available. I tried a few of the samples and the cookies were delicious! The cookies were large and made of unique combinations of ingredients. The place was clean and I like how it was decorated. I tried the Cookie Butter Crunch and I loved it. The cookie was soft and fresh, and I could taste all of the different ingredients. I ordered other cookies as well and I liked them all! I'm not sure which I'd call my favorite. I highly recommend this place for their service as well as the cookies.

I've been coming here since I was A WEE ONE and these cookies are amazing. Even classic chocolate cookies are amazing! And yes (this place is better than Crumbl)

    Sommer H.

I wish the descriptions made it more clear that it's more like barely cooked dough rather than an actual cookie. I guess we'll try cooking them. I didn't realize that needed to happen when we ordered. The flavor combos are good but incredibly rich and dense. I got burnt out very quickly. I'm probably not their target customer.

After drooling over their Instagram, I knew I had to go. To my dismay I arrived at something that…read moredidn't look like it was a cafe or even opened. I wasn't even sure I was at the right place, thought they were still transitioning from one location to another. Until someone who shared the kitchen popped out. I was told that I should order online and come by for pick up, and was strongly urged to do so because these cheesecakes were really good. When I saw that they were doing a contactless store front, I knew I had to go. This was my opportunity to try it. I texted the owner to ask if the flavor I had my eye on was available. I was halfway there before the owner responded that they had one slice of pandan cheesecake left. There are multiple forms of payment with a card reader, and various apps to pay with online which made this a breeze. The owner Kiana, even popped to introduce herself which I thought was so nice! The flavors here aren't your typical strawberry, chocolate, peanut butter cheesecakes, even though she does offer some variation of them. There's pandan, ube, lemongrass, ginger mango, passionfruit, matcha, guava, pineapple raspberry, and I heard she even cooks up something with the pickle brine from the other business that operates in that kitchen. I thought this would be one of those situations where the food won't look like the picture. The pictures are obviously styled, they look stunning. Nope! The food looked just like what was on Instagram. I am a long time lover of cheesecake, dare I say it's my favorite of the cakes. The condensed milk ube mirror glaze was a lot thicker than I thought it would be and held its form. It wasn't runny and goopy. Loved that it wasn't a sticky mess. The crust was very very thick, I've always wanted more crust on other cheesecakes. On the description, it says it's "jasmine scented almond shortbread cookie crust" slightly saltier than most crusts I've had, but still very enjoyable. I've only had the traditional graham cracker crust and I'm afraid this almond shortbread crust has ruined all other cheesecake crusts for me. I have been disappointed at a lot of places using pandan, because the flavor just wasn't there, not Muse cheesecakes though. Pandan was present indeed. I would have loved if it was a little stronger, but I think that would have overpowered the cheesecake. Each component of the cheesecake are so different and complex on its own. They come together in delicious harmony to make this beautiful slice. I grew up with a lot of Vietnamese food and pandan has a very special place in my stomach.. heart! I've never seen jasmine used outside of tea and condensed milk outside of Vietnamese iced coffee. Kiana definitely has a way with these ingredients and she's a cheesecake goddess! I really can't wait to try the calamansi, Ube, and whatever else is getting cooked up in this delicious kitchen.

Durian cheesecake!!!! I am Vietnamese-Cambodian and durian is my jam. I love its pungent goodness in all forms -- pure and un-doctored straight from the prickly shell, ice cream, smoothie, topping on mashed avocado dessert and now.. CHEESECAKE! ohhh my goodness. My heart. I have returned so many times and buying extra slices (possibly buying out her supply for the week...) to share with my family and friends, who have all raved about the cheesecake from here. Durian isn't her only flavor though. She has so many creative flavors and I've noticed she's had comfort flavors from different cultures. To top it off, the owner, Kiana, is a wonderful lady. She is a one woman team and is kicking butt at her game from what I've gathered in the short time I've known her. She could be dead tired, but always has a smile on her face. I almost forgot to rave about her TARO BURGER on a vegan bun. I don't know how frequently she makes them, but if you see it being offered, do yourself a favor and get it. The portion is quite large so be prepared for leftovers. Unfortunately for me, my carnivorous sister gobbled the other portion of my burger right up and didn't even miss her meat. It comes with a vegan mac salad on the side. I am not one to enjoy mac salads usually, I think it's due to the mayo (not a mayo fan), but I actually liked this version. I forgot to take a picture of the burger before it all got inhaled. Sad face.
