Lort have mercy. Man this is the best cookie! It's the Cornbread cookie. Someone told me about this cookie about 2 years ago. Sometimes I will get on a roll and check the website to see if it's available. One time a couple of months ago someone posted it on yelp. And apparently the next day it was gone. Yesterday someone posted it, I went to the website and it's there. I left home early this morning so I can make a stop before work.....I'm so glad I did. This cookie is amazing, you know it has cornmeal in it with honey drizzle and that butter icing, it's so good. Customer service either they aren't morning people or they hate their job! Crumbl was giving out free chocolate chip cookies since it's hard times out here...for most. I truly appreciate this gesture of sweetness Crumbl provided. As the employees are always ready to greet you entering the store. I also appreciate how clean the store is always kept. The Martha Stewart cookie thins were delicious with a note of brown butter, crispy edges, and soft middle. read more

An unplanned stop while out running errands and saw the sign. Entered the store unsure of the ordering process. An employee seemed slightly put out that she needed to come up to the counter. She greeted us with are you ready to order or should I come back later? She didn't return and we figured out we could place the order on the screens off to the side. We got a chuckle when the last question was how much of a tip we'd like to leave...to who? Ourselves for placing the order on the touch pad? Choose the mini 6 pack so we'd get a chance to try each of the flavors offered. The dough was under cooked, the cookies would fold over and fall apart when you tried to hold them because the bottoms are so soft and flimsy. They were also super, super sweet. Too much so for our palette. Most of the cookies were bland with nothing more than a sugary taste. Highest marks would go to the double fudge sandwich but perhaps just because it was different from the others. Honestly, they just weren't worth the 15 dollars they cost. read more

This was our first purchase & first time inside the store. I ordered online, which was quick & simple. We decided to pick up the cookies a day earlier than we had scheduled & I was worried it would be an issue, so I called. The employee on the phone was polite & friendly. She informed me I could pick up early without any issue. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and pristine the shop was. The bakers inside were all busy at work (taking trays only cookies in & out of ovens, mixing doughs, etc) when I arrived but it didn't take long to be acknowledged & helped. I watched as my box was assembled before my eyes. Then, the baker brought me the box (opened) to inspect for approval. Just what I ordered The cookies were still warm from the oven... and smelled heavenly. Sadly, I was a wee-bit disappointed at some of the flavors of the cookies. * The cinnamon roll cookie desperately needed more cinnamon * The gingersnap was - eh... not bad for what it is, but ended up in the trash after a couple bites. * Peppermint Cookie - such a fun cookie. A true peppermint flavor, and candy bits inside the cookie dough... it was a strong flavor, so be aware if you don't like a lot of mint flavor. But still delicious * birthday cake: what's not to love? Classic Turtle: Winner - Winner! The his was the household favorite. Strong flavors! Delicious! We wished we had a whole box just with those! Ordered 2 dubai chocolate cookies, a confetti blondi, and a carrot cake. The girl at the front is throwing our cookies into the box aggressively and doesn't even tell me they ran out of the carrot cake and packs a brownie instead. She put a note on the box saying they ran out of carrot but doesn't tell me when she hands me the box. Poor customer service, didn't like that girl and I hate brownies 0/10 experience. read more

When life gives you lemons....you put them in cookies Lol. I love lemon cookies so you know I had to try it. It was pretty good, but nothing so far compares to the very first lemon cookie they had last summer. Hoping they will bring that back soon!! The white chocolate macadamia nut cookie is pretty good. And that raspberry cheesecake cookie, which was one of last weeks flavors, is really good too. The key lime pie cookie is from a little while ago and that one was okay. So far, my two favs are the lemonade cookie (the one with the lemon slice) and the plain cheesecake one (not pictured). Oh, and that Oreo sandwich one is pretty tasty too! read more

I will never turn down a chance to eat a warm, fresh cookie, so once I saw Crumbl Cookies, a sweets shop, open up, I knew I had to check it out. When I first walked into the warm and inviting store, it was slammed. Over seven people were crowded inside the shop, and even more individuals waiting outside for their cookies. So if you plan to grab a snack there, get there earlier in the day. There were two ways of ordering total, through a touch screen kiosk on the wall or speaking to an employee. I took the road less taken and ordered a box (consisting of four cookies) through the screen kiosk. An important fact to mention, the six main cookies rotate every week, the only consistent two being chocolate chip and chilled sugar. That week's combo was an interesting bunch, with cookies I had never even heard of before: caramel popcorn, cinnamon roll, peanut butter bar and Molten Lava. I grabbed the caramel popcorn, cinnamon roll, peanut butter bar and chocolate chip before completing my order for a total of $14.50. The wait time was around 10 minutes, which I expected with the amount of people waiting to get their cookies. When I was finally given the cookies, I noticed I was given the wrong cookie, Molten Lava instead of the ordered cinnamon roll. Fortunately, I was given the correct cookie in a matter of minutes after mentioning the mistake, and was allowed to keep the incorrect cookie as an apology. That left me with five huge cookies to try. The cookies were warm, huge and mouth watering, and I dug in immediately. Starting with the cookie I found the oddest, caramel popcorn was a warm sugar cookie topped with a thick caramel icing, a few pieces of caramel popcorn and a caramel drizzle. This cookie was by far my favorite. I didn't expect it to be so good, with no flavors left untouched. I particularly enjoyed the popcorn topping due to the difference in texture. Peanut butter bar was a peanut butter cookie with a thick fudge frosting diagonally iced on top. Although the cookie was delicious, the frosting was the star of the show. The cookies itself seemed bland without the fudge frosting, although that may be because I have a huge sweet tooth. Next, I bit into Molten Lava, named after the famous lava cake. Much like the treat, it was a warm dark chocolate cookie filled with gooey melted chocolate, and just to add to the sweetness, some powdered sugar was sprinkled on top. This was my third favorite of the bunch. Incredibly filling, warm and sweet. Although I have a huge sweet tooth, this cookie almost seemed too much for me, I couldn't even finish half of the treat. Chocolate chip was your average chocolate chip cookie, but bigger and better. It melted in your mouth, with gooey chips and warm soft dough. And the last cookie to try was cinnamon roll, as well as the cookie I was most excited to try. One of my favorite treats is a cinnamon roll, and I was so excited to see it incorporated into a cookie. Cinnamon roll was a sugar cookie with a touch of cinnamon, topped with brown sugar and sweet cream cheese frosting. This was definitely my second favorite, with the warm cookie not being too sweet, and also incorporating just what a cinnamon roll tastes like. All and all, the customer service and cookies themselves were amazing, and for those with a huge sweet tooth, I would definitely recommend Crumbl Cookies. read more

I really love these cookies. I first tried them when I was out on the West Coast. I was excited to see that we had a couple stores in town. I found myself driving to Mandarin on a weekly basis until I saw that this location had opened. I love that the selection changes weekly, so there is always something new to try. The service is very fast compared to some locations I have been to. I like that you can order yourself or you can go to the counter to order. The only thing I have noticed different about this location is that sometimes the cookies seem to be smaller than the other locations. Not really sure why, but just an observation. However, the flavor is there and I am always satisfied with whatever choice I make the price is a little high at almost 5 dollars per cookie so it is not some thing I will go to as often as I was when I first discovered it. Very good for a treat though and I will be back. read more
