What a high tech cookie spot !! I was out doing errands when the balloons outside caught my eye! I walked in and there was a lot of people in the shop for it being a Tuesday. There is a sleek, clean white decor with a cute display of the cookies for the day. The cookies are huge in size and are around $4-$5 a cookie. I decided to get the $4 cookies for $15. The staff informed me that cookies are made fresh each day! I could tell with all the staff there and of course the delicious smell! So, some of the cookies are served warm and others cold and that will be indicated to you on the digital screen you order from. When your order is ready staff come and open the box to reassure that everything looks to your liking. I went with the classic chocolate chip and got other flavors for the family. These cookies are thick and dense. It's not a crispy or light cookie. That's not necessarily a bad then but rather very filling! My cookie lasted me 3 days saving a serving of it per day lol. My dad really enjoyed the coconut cookie and said it wasn't too sweet which was good. The chocolate which I thought would be a big hit ended up being too rich for my chocolate lovers in my house. Overall this is a great spot to get your sweet fix that's worth your $5. read more

We love crumbl and the store is always clean also employees are very nice. My only issue with this store is when you order a head for pick up 90% of the time the cookies you order will be out of stock. They do not put aside cookies for orders done ahead of time. So the three times we have done pick up orders they have been out of the cookies and ask us to substitute which who only wants two choices of cookies, and we are never offered a refund. The first time they actually told my husband they couldn't refund and only allowed to substitute. So I would definitely advise not doing order pick up if you actually want to try the different cookies. read more

very slow service. even though we pre-ordered online they didn't start preparing our order until 25 minutes after the pick up time. the employees walk around as slow as possible, they go out of their way to not speak to/help the customers when there a problem with the ordering system. They are constantly running out of many menu items, last time I was there as soon as they opened and half the menu was out of stock. Best cookies in town! They have new cookies every week so it's definitely addicting and gets you to keep coming back and try the new flavors they come out with. It's best to order through the app so you can gain points to get free cookies but also to skip the line as it can get pretty long. They make fresh cookies through out the day, so they're may be times that the cookie will say our of stock but a few minutes later they're out hot & ready! Each cookie is always so unique and so full of flavor! This weeks special cookies are so cute! The s'mores one is the only one we've had so far & man is it chef's kiss! The toasted marshmallow was a little sticky and was a bit over powering for my liking but it still tasted so good ! Especially the actual cookie! read more

I'm totally unimpressed. We tried the butterscotch chip, mint brownie and mallow creme. I found them all to be overly sweet, too mushy and extremely artificial tasting. They are like thick Pepperidge Farm soft baked cookies with frosting on top, which doesn't make them worth $4 each (when you buy a 4 pack). I can bake a better tasting cookie at home and skip the high calorie toppings. read more

I arrived at the store at 7pm and noted that four out of the six featured cookies were sold out. The store is scheduled to stay open until 10pm. When I inquired whether additional batches of cookies were going to be made, I was told that once they are sold out, that is it for that day. I inquired further if the last two remaining cookies also sold out would they close. I was told that the store would remain open but no products would be available. It seems to me that there does not appear to be a manager present and only line workers. This seems to be a easy problem to fix with someone truly in charge to make decisions to keep the business running. They have a superior inventory program that can tell you exactly when the last cookie is sold. An inventory alert to the staff would make perfect sense so that additional product could be made and potential sales loss could be averted. A manager could instruct them to make a half or quarter batch so that waste could be minimized. I witnessed many customers leave when they noted their favorite cookies were sold out. Crumbl, please work on improving your business model for greater customer satisfaction. read more

I have never seen the staff with clean uniforms. They always look so very dirty. It is hard to really enjoy the cookies (yummy cookies,) when the staff apparently don't wash their uniforms and aprons frequently. read more

We walked in and it took us at least 25 minutes to order than we order and it took another 30-40 minutes for them to tell us they didn't have the cookie in stock. Came here because I LOVE Crumbl cookie. But, it wasn't clean inside. Dead flies on the wall, door and windows covered in smudges, floor in kitchen was very dirty. Easily 10 people working, but not greeted when I walked in the door. I love the cookies, but the cleanliness needs to improve for me to return. read more
