I purchased crumbl cookies twice. Once for my hairdresser and once for my husband. So there will be two different opinions here when I write the review. The first starts with the hairdresser. I was so happy to see her excitement when she received her batch of 4 cookies I picked out for her. She commented on how they were nice and warm. Could not stop admiring them. She added them to her Instagram handle. So I am assuming even though I don't know what she thought after tasting it was the best purchase for her. The second is my husband. This one gets tricky. He doesn't comment on the warmth or size of the cookie. Instead he goes straight for the taste. My husband is a hard to please guy, so when you give him cookies you better hope it's not too sweet for his tooth. These seemed a bit too sweet for him, so he opted to only indulge in one cookie. I on the other hand loved the cookies. I definitely thought they were huge. So it took me a few days to get through them completely. I ordered nutella, salted caramel cheesecake, chocolate, and carrot cake cookies. All which I thoroughly enjoyed. Each cookie amounts to $3 each. So hefty price but you get what you pay for here. I will definitely be back for more special occasions in the future to order more cookies. I really enjoyed the big cookies and believe they would be nice to have at any occasion in life. read more

Decided to take the girls I babysit up to Crumbl Cookies to try a sweet treat. It's a rather simple concept: Order online or at the store. The store has kiosks for you to enter your sweet dreams, then the cookies are baked then and there, boxed, and off you go. The lady running the show (owner) was polite and pleasant, explained the current cookie options, and how the ordering process goes. Three options to buy: 1. Single Box (1 cookie - $3.50) 2. Crumbl Box (4 cookies - $11.50) 3. Party Box (12 cookies - $28) The cookie flavors change EVERY WEEK, always 6 to pick from. They always have their classic chocolate chip, so really, not every one of the 6 changes. They are planning on offering ice cream eventually, but since they're new to the scene, it will take a few weeks to get that added bonus up and going. I went with a Crumbl Box, 2 classic Chocolate Chip and 2 Rocky Road. Bought my two girls a Shark Sugar Cookie, but didn't realize until they were handed the box that these cookies are quite giant! I'm not a sugar cookie kinda gal, so I can't comment, but one of them seemed to like their cookie; the other thought the icing was too sweet. I tried a piece of their CCC, and it was great - not too much sugar, great cookie dough-to-chocolate chip ratio (I prefer less chips). Also, the ccc was soft and gooey, my own personal #1 thing I look for; this hit the spot, for sure! Mask mandate was clearly marked; ropes and arrows directing customer flow (for their busier times). I think the price is fare, and I'll definitely keep these sweet treats in mind, as I'm not up in the Dublin area often. read more

Ordered the party box last night and it was a huge HIT!! The cookies are large, dense, soft, pieces of goodness. You can't eat one but you also can't not! Okay, okay. My eyes have been opened to the beauty that is Crumbl. When I first visited and tried the milk chocolate chip cookie, I wasn't impressed, which is why I gave 4/5 stars; however, I've been back several times since and have loved every new flavor! The cookies are still very sweet, but that means you can always save some for later! Each time I go, I spend less and less time in the store because they've set up kiosks to make ordering so efficient. I downloaded the app and am racking up loyalty points now too. This location is always SLAMMED. Line wrapped around the building kind of slammed. Alas, I cannot stop coming here. The cookies are huge and delicious, and I love the weekly variety. The warm gooey centers of the warm cookies are amazing, and the chilled ones are even great! Some of the icing topped cookies are a little too rich for me, but I cannot get enough of trying all the different ones. I placed my order the night before, selected the day and time that I wanted it to be delivered, and that was it! I was able to send six cookies for a reasonable price. We recently tried - and loved - Crumbl at a different location, so when we spotted this one, we thought we'd check out the latest flavors (they rotate weekly, with milk chocolate chip and sugar always being available) and pick some up. There were a lot of intriguing fall flavors: maple cinnamon roll, salted caramel cheesecake, cranberry white chip, sugar with candy corn, and pumpkin pie. The pumpkin pie made us really curious and we couldn't resist picking one up: a sugar cookie crust with pumpkin pie filling, and it really did look and taste like a mini pumpkin pie. Super cute (and a fork was helpful on that one, ha). We also got a milk chocolate chip cookie. Unfortunately, the chocolate chip cookie was a bit overdone, and had that been the first time we had it, we probably wouldn't have been interested again. But knowing how good it was at the other location, we'll be picking it up again over there. Unfortunately, service wasn't as great here either. It could have been timing with the holidays, but the kiosk was left unattended with a broken reader and the line was getting long with no one to assist with orders. On three different occasions, I've tried the sugar cookie, chocolate chip, and two different versions of a peanut butter cookie; all of which were too greasy to my liking and not the greatest tasting. Oh how I wish I didn't live so far from a Crumbl location. We had these for the first time last month and they were amazing.
