I love how they switch up there cookies. My favorite is there good old chocolate chip. You can't go wrong with the classics.

Sometimes they end up running behind but the cookies are to die for and the customer service is GREAT!

Not sure why the have only 2 stars the cookies were really good and the service was really good! Ordered online for delivery, the cookies arrived 20 mins past the time they said they would come, which is pretty inconvenient seeing as though you might have to leave the location you are at. The thing about delivery is that is why you get it delivered. So you don't have to go get it yourself! The driver didn't apologize or anything about being late. 11/13/17 Update I had heard thru the grapevine that Crumbl changed their policy and now offer single cookies and will mix different cookies in the same box. After two different store visits I can confirm this is true! A box of four cookies is the standard $10 ($2.50 each); a single cookie is $3.00 each. Either way this is fair pricing considering the size of the cookie, quality ingredients, and freshness (warm from the oven - depending on cookie). They have a different set of cookies each day with a base of chocolate chip. I love the cookies and the business model. I'll be visiting again soon. True and Actual Conversation on My First Visit (9/30/17) Setting: I walk in the store. No displays of food, no prices, no list of offerings. Me: What kind of cookies do you have? Clerk: Today we have classic chocolate chip, midnight mint, sugar cookie. Me: How much are the cookies? Clerk: They are $2.50 each. Me: Great! I'll have one of each. Clerk: I'm sorry you can't mix and match. You have to buy all of the same kind of cookie. Me: Wut?! Clerk: The cookies are served at different temperatures and can't be put in the same box. Me: (Irritated) OK, I'll have 3 chocolate chip cookies. Clerk: I'm sorry, you must buy four at a time. We don't sell individual cookies. That will be $10.00. First and Definitely last time i ever use Crumbl again. Zero customer service. I mean zero. No phone number to call except the store that wont refund you or help you with your order. Zero accountability. The store said once the order leaves them, its no longer their problem. But thats the issue!!! I had no idea Door Dash was who they used for delivery. Maybe Crumbl should post that on the APP!! My receipt says they will be delivered at 6pm, but the cookies got delivered at 4:15 with no one there to receive them. Love these larger than life cookies that come in a variety of flavors from milk chocolate, semi-sweet, sugar and snickerdoodle to name a few. The problem with these cookies is that they should be too big to eat in one sitting, but once you warm one up in the microwave, game over! I have yet to leave part of the cookie uneaten. read more

Very disappointed. I tried sending cookies to a loved one as a surprise yesterday. One of the cookies that would have been included in the box I was purchasing was a peanut-butter variety. The recipient has a severe nut allergy, so I called and kindly asked if they could replace it with anything on hand. The store was unkind and made a big deal about refusing. Decided to give them a try the other week. I ordered delivery. Great place! Cookies are massive and pretty good! I got chocolate chip. They were warm when they arrived. They are also super rich! They use milk chocolate chips which explains it. Four cookies plus delivery cost me $13.66, which seems high, but these cookies are HUGE. My wife and I both ate one each and were full after that. Honestly, buying four cookies here would be equal to buying four shakes somewhere else. After getting and eating the cookies, the price definitely seemed fair. Delivery was quick, but they had a hard time finding my apartment which led to some text messages back and forth and me even going outside because they said they were outside (they weren't). Terrible customer service! The website and app both indicate that for fastest service order online. Both the app and website do not work (at least for address on campus at Utah State). Calling and placing an order over the phone isn't any better. I had to repeat the address three times for the employee and they still wrote the address down wrong. Also wrote down the telephone number wrong Thus, the delivery was not made. I was sending daughter some cookies - my daughter called about the delivery and they said that a new order would have to be submitted and they were rude on the phone. Did not apologize at all! This company needs to learn something about customer service! I called and again no apology. It was all my fault they had the wrong address and wrong telephone number. Maybe you should hire someone that can actually write down an address. Also, maybe you should do everything you can to make it right rather than just repeatedly say I have to submit another order. We ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered for a birthday, but only received four cookies. We made multiple phone calls to multiple locations, but no answered or called us back. So I sent a facebook message and they responded within 5 minutes! They were incredibly kind and courteous, they were quick to respond to everything and went above and beyond our expectations for hospitality. Their cookies taste great, but their facebook response is what made us dedicated customers. Just never try calling them if you have a problem. read more

Our first 2 orders were good. Cookies were great and delivered on time. the 3rd order showed up very late. The driver did apologize and offered a free cookie. The 4th order was never delivered. Honestly horrible service. The owner acts way cooler than he is and won't talk to any of the customers. I have had a good cookie from there, but the last one I had was not done and I couldn't eat it. I personally have been working for this company for almost a year and have seen all the high times and all the stressful times. Let me give you an employees perspective. The cookies are undeniably good, some might even say the best around cache valley. I would agree with that statement because I've tried baked myself and wasn't swayed into choosing them. The main reason I am leaving a 2 star review, is because of the environment and management. Most of the workers are pretty chill, but there is a high favoritism that is in management and ownership. No matter how hard you work, you're still looked at as someone under them and not as important. In these management and ownership positions, there is also an unthinkable amount of times I have either personally been addressed or overhearing others being addressed with verbal abuse and harassment. It's really sad actually. Management is very lethargic in their work ethic. I will say, that is probably the only plus about the owner is that he is willing to work. So overall review in a couple of words.. great cookies, horrible environment to work in, and needs a big change in order to have things go better for the company. read more

The Crumbl cookies were decent I mean I've had better and I've had worse. They were kinda to doughy on the inside, in other words the middle of the cookie wasn't cooked at all and the outside was very crunchy. They are very greasy and by the time I got home they were will hard and breaking everywhere. It is super helpful for a late night snack and for a sweet tooth. When I opened the box, the cookies were huge, and they looked very scrumptious. The cookies is pretty overpriced you can only get them in a set of 4 and you can't mix and match the different flavors. It is 10 dollars a box with is $2.50 just for one cookie. If you was them delivered to you that's an extra 3 dollars, so that is 13 dollars for 4 cookies..You are forced to buy them in a box of 4. The only two options you can get are sugar cookie and chocolate chip. The environment there is kinda strange. The workers are dressed in all white and not very welcoming and it's not a very social place. Ordering, the people at the counter aren't very nice. There is not a lot of room to sit and everything in the whole building is blinding white. I do enjoy how everything looks modern but when thinking about having big cookies you want somewhere cosy and warm. When you usually walk into food places they have menus this one didn't I was really lost and didn't know what was going on really until I asked them. When I was there I realized they had no drinks and after eating a huge cookie that is doughy you get dehydrated fast, so that is one thing I think that they should add is a menu and also a drink selection so you have something to drink while you eat all of the cookies. Crumbl is a very new business, it opened this year in Logan and it has done pretty well. However, the competition of Crumbl is Baked and I personally think that Baked is better because of the welcoming environment of the restaraunt. The workers are way more friendly and they have like a cool hangout place with a big TV so you can sit and watch TV and chill with your friends while you eat the cookies. Crumbl needs to add something like that to their store so that people feel more welcome there. I feel like if they added a drink selection and also like a huge TV and couch that the business would do a lot better than it already is. Crumbl should also open a store on the northern end of the valley so it can appeal more to the people over there. Overall, I liked the box that the cookies were in, I think that the pink color gets people's attention and makes them want to buy it. I kinda enjoyed the cookies even though I could make better ones at home. I also prefer Baked over Crumbl. read more
