Really good service and amazing treats go get so good the store is really clean and good

I stopped at this Crumbl location after dinner on a whim and was so glad I did! I ordered via the app and the cookies were ready to go at the estimated pick up time. The store was clean inside and fortunately I came at a time when there was no line. We ordered the key lime pie cookie (chilled), Andes mint chocolate chip Brownie, and the St. Patrick's day cake batter cookie. The key lime pie cookie had a light citrus frosting and the base was very similar to a pie crust. The St. Patrick's cake batter cookie was consistent with a true Crumbl style cookie with a thick, sweet layer of frosting and a moist, almost melt-in-your-mouth cookie base. The Andes mint chocolate chip brownie seemed to have come straight out of the freezer and was impossible to cut. We had to wait until we were home to eat this so that we could cut it with a knife. Fortunately, the brownie was worth the wait! It had a thick layer of mint and chocolate frosting on top of a decadent brownie. Although this isn't a great spot if you're trying to get together with friends or meet for a date due to the absence of seating and take out bakery model, it's a great spot to visit for a quick sugar fix that won't disappoint. read more

Having my birthday month promo, I found it a fortuitous opportunity to redeem my free cookie after eating. The nearest Crumbl to me, in Cerritos, is oftentimes busy with long wait times, which makes me reticent to visit that location. Plus, the birthday promo can only be redeemed in-person, despite being on the app. Quickly finishing my Buddha Brunch Bowl at Veggie Grill, the time came for dessert. Cookies & Cream Cake ft. Oreos- So rich, so sweet, so diabetic coma-inducing. I managed to finish the Oreo minis, icing and a good portion of the cake. But, my body tends to reject all that sugar & sweet, so I had to put the kibosh on having any more. What I did have, was pretty swell by me. Service was good. The young woman working the register was quick with scanning my QR code, then packaging my cake cookie. Crumbl has a prime location adjacent to Trader Joe's, being next to Jersey Mike's. I'm so glad I found this Crumbl location on my way to Veggie Grill. As previously mentioned, the Cerritos Crumbl usually has long lines and the wait to match. Here, I was the sole customer, seemingly having all the cookies to myself. While the cookies are priced at a premium, when they're free with the birthday month promo, it makes them twice as nice! read more

This location of Crumbl is located at the Marina Pacifica shopping center next to Trader Joe's - plenty of parking. I came specifically for one of their weekly cookies but they were out of stock. There were a couple others that looked good but I couldn't decide on which one...so I got both. I chose a peanut butter & jelly cookie and a Dubai chocolate cookie. You can order at a kiosk or directly with a person. I appreciated the young woman who showed me both cookies to get my approval before closing up the boxes. The peanut butter and jelly cookie had a thick peanut butter swirl and raspberry jam on top. It tasted like a sweet peanut butter and jelly sandwich and, while I enjoyed it, it didn't "wow"me. I have a problem every time I go to a Crumbl (you'd think I'd learn) in that I pick up the cookie from the box and, due to the soft, warm cookie and heavy topping, it immediately falls apart. Of course, the pieces always falls face down so the topping sticks to the bottom of the box which results in me licking the box and generally making a mess. This happened yet again with the PB&J cookie. The Dubai cookie (their desciption: a rich brownie cookie layered with crunchy Kataifi and pistachio filling, finished with milk chocolate and a drizzle of pistachio cream) was super-fantstic. I think the Dubai chocolate fad is overrated but this "cookie" was superb and, as it is presented cold, when you pick it up, it doesn't fall apart! Hallelujah! read more

The owner or manager needs to teach these young ppl how to make cookies properly, they are stale and hard as a rock, had to throw them out.

Terrible experience here at Crumbl and now I don't even find this location reliable or good anymore. I've been here a month ago and had a good experience picking up cookies. This location just opened up and is in a prime location because of the Trader Joes right next to it. Two weeks ago, the Halloween week, I went earlier that week and tried their French Toast cookie and absolutely loved it. It was fluffy, sweet and tasted like French Toast. It even had powdered sugar and honey. I went again Halloween night and it was closed, then I went again the next day and it was closed. But guess what it was both way before their closing time in the evening. No sign, nothing. I went online and looked at their window to scope ou their hours and it didn't make any sense. The Halloween one is fine but seeing they did that shortly after, its unacceptable. I have patience with these things and understanding but there was no communication on why they were closed and it was consistent. read more

My girlfriend placed an order at approximately 10:30 a.m. to ensure she could try the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake, as she is a big Crumbl fan. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and selected the "I'm Here" option on the app. We waited about 24 minutes while the app showed we were first in line. During that time, the employee Sadie appeared to be working very slowly and did not acknowledge us until I approached her directly. When I informed her we were there for a pickup, she stated that the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake was sold out -- even though my girlfriend had ordered it hours before. Sadie showed no empathy or concern about the situation. I then spoke with another employee, Maggie, who was extremely rude and dismissive. After explaining the issue, she responded, "It's not my problem." When I asked to speak with a manager, she said there wasn't one on duty. I requested a corporate contact number, which she provided, but it turned out to be invalid. When I went back to ask for the correct contact information, she reluctantly gave me an email. This experience left my girlfriend very upset and disappointed. While a refund was offered, there was no genuine effort to make things right or uphold Crumbl's usual customer service standards. Both employees demonstrated poor attitudes and a lack of professionalism. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management will review this matter, provide additional training to the staff involved, and ensure other customers do not encounter similar treatment in the future. Me and my girlfriend had a craving for something sweet and finally decided to give into the Crumbl hype for the first time. We picked up a 4 pack with the Caramel Shortbread (Twix), Confetti Cake, Birthday Cake Oreo, and Hazelnut Sea Salt. Everything looked fun and Insta worthy but honestly... that's where it stopped. The Hazelnut Sea Salt was the biggest letdown. We were excited for it, but whatever hazelnut spread they used had this super artificial, chemical like taste that made it hard to eat. The Twix cookie wasn't far behind with the same off taste.....The cake cookies were a bit better but still underwhelming. The Birthday Cake Oreo barely tasted like a chocolate cookie, and again the icing gave off those chemical vibes. Overall, all four cookies kind of blended together in the worst way very homogeneous, very sweet, and not in a "wow, this is indulgent" kind of way. Came here Friday night at their grand opening and it was good. Location is a bit slow but line was not too long. Cookies were limited though, but I enjoyed the cheesecake and the Dubai chocolate. Staff members were friendly and efficient. Parking is free and lots of them so you're not going to wait. Let me start off by saying I am a Pink tier at Crumbl. I go there often, I bring cookies to my office, order from here for birthday parties and holiday events and never have I had such bad service as I did today. I placed my order on the app for curbside because I had two kids in pajamas with me. I notify when I get there and it says that I'm next up. I watch a worker come out and hand a box to someone else, realize it's the wrong box, go in and get a different one for him and he leaves. No big deal, she will be back out with mine, right? TEN more minutes go by and I'm like what is going on, I look at the app and it says my order was completed? Mind you, I was parked RIGHT IN FRONT so they didn't have to look for me. So I take my barefoot kids in the store, explain the situation, this girl makes no attempt at an apology, hands me my boxes, with attitude, now the stickers are even peeled back. And that's it. Never will I do curbside again, you guys should do a crash training course with Veggie Grill, because they have got it down. I loved our time together, Crumbl. But I'm gonna go support Foodologie, where they make you feel welcome and hand you your order with a smile. read more

I love crumble , Decided to give this Crumbl a try from my usual spot. I preordered my cookie at 10:30 am for pickup at 8:30 pm so I can enjoy it after work and watch my fave show after a hards day work. 8:30 - the app tells me my order is ready to tap in when "I'm here" I arrive there and the app tells my I'm first in line. I wait there for 30 mins, people come and go with their order and yet it's telling me I'm first in line. Finally after waiting for 30 mins the worker tells me they ran out. I explained to her I had ordered since 10 am and paid and the app told me I was 1st in line and the worker "Maggie" replied "That's not my problem. " Asked to speak to a manager and she replied "we have no manager." I was so disappointed, and heartbroken. I've never had bad customer service like this at any other Crumbl . My night was ruined. I placed an order ahead of time for pickup, expecting the item to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I was told the item was sold out and that orders are only processed once the customer arrives. That completely defeats the purpose of offering pickup times. If items aren't actually reserved when ordered, customers should be told upfront. I wasted time coming to the store for something that should have been set aside for me. This experience was very disappointing and misleading. read more

More hype than hope IMO. I was curious so I tried one. Maybe my expectations were too high having overcome the extreme cost for one cookie and overlooking the 800 calories or so, but I found the chew average and the taste slightly too sweet. More for the rest of you. read more
