Street Parking is not plentiful so get there early. It sits right on the corner which makes it easy to find. The prices were decent for the quality of the Snoballs. Arrived at about 3:00pm and left at about 4:20pm! I'd say there were about 6-8 orders before me. First, one receives their beignets (within 10 minutes) then over an hour later your shaved ice, ice cream etc. Disorganized? Absolutely! Person behind me received her shaved ice before I did and another customer was offered a second bag of beignets that weren't hers. As for the shaved ice...the worst I've ever tasted! My wife grabbed a medium snoball with soft serve vanilla ice cream and 9 beignet 3 strawberry, 3 banana pudding and 3 Oreo banana pudding . We ended up ordering the chocolate beignets and tiger island snowball, both were delicious. Beignets were warm, fresh, and filled with a pudding-like chocolate filling and paired great with the creamy vanilla soft serve. The tiger island snowball had a sweet-coconut, fruity flavor. There is such a wide variety of flavor combinations to choose from for the snowballs, I definitely want to come back to try them all. Great spot for a sweet treat, best served on a sunny day. Near Poly High, the parking can be pretty tough but is near a bus stop. The building is on the corner and accented in Mardi Gras colors so you can't miss it. The employees are bubbly and helpful, it was my first time but they helped me order a variety of beignets and ice cream. This place slaps. Located on an interesting street corner, they don't have a dedicated parking lot so you'll have to find street parking. I was a bit lucky to find a spot and when I came in the afternoon a couple cars either parked illegally in front of the shop or straight up parked in the street. They don't have inside seating, just a couple tables and seats outside. They have a good nice menu with a great selection of flavors. Food - Medium Cherimoya & Tiger's Blood Snoball: I'm surprised they had cherimoya as a flavor but it did not disappoint. The texture of the snow was nice and soft and the flavors are definitely pretty sweet and on point. - Beignets filled with chocolate and strawberry: The beignets were made fresh so of course I had to finish them right away. They were crispy and soft with fillings that oozed out after each bite. Definitely worth to dip in condensed milk or whatever other dip you'd prefer. Service - The staff was really friendly. full review on my tiktok @betthanyx had my eye on this spot for a while but was disappointed ): you can see in the photo that the banana foster beignet, not even 10 min later, was soggy. there was a pool of maybe whipped cream ? that quickly made the beignets inedible. the maple bacon was okay (7/10), wish the bacon bits were fresher.
