I've been wanting to see what Crumbl was all about since I've seen the opening soon sign in this popular shopping plaza. When I first stepped in, I noticed the self order station and placed my order quickly. At first I was apprehensive about spending $4 on a cookie. But, I do like that they give you a bit of a discount for buying boxes. This could also be very dangerous! I went with the 4 box and selected Reese's peanut butter, Original M&M, Twix Caramel Shortbread, and Rice Krispy. I loved that they came out hot and they also open the box for you to make sure everything is correct. These are not small cookies, so I can see why they are priced higher. The M&M cookie was soft, crunchy, and slightly crispy. I loved that it wasn't all the way cooked in the center bc it was so thick. The Reese's cookie was salty and sweet. The Twix was my favorite cookie, but also the sweetest. I definitely couldn't finish it in one sitting. I kinda wish the Krispy also had a cookie layer because it was essentially a giant rice Krispy. I love Rice Krispies, so I'm not complaining. But, as a cookie shop, I think that would've been a nice touch. I would recommend for a gift or a sweet treat! read more

We were in that shopping center so decided to see what the hype was about... afraid I still don't get it. Don't mind the cost, if the cookies were amazing. Sadly, they're not. Hard as rocks or severely undercooked seem to be the 2 options. Very busy spot and only 2 employees to prep all orders and run register. They seem to have self serve order kiosks, but both were unavailable. The two ladies working were friendly and really hustling. They deserve more help on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Delicious cookies with a homemade taste. Many flavors are served warm. The flavors rotate in and out regularly. Recently tried the Raspberry Lemonade which was surprisingly good, I think the refreshing tangy flavor might be a hit with the kiddos. I was very disappointed by my first visit to crumbl cookie I ordered the party pack and asked if any had nuts because I have a child with a nut allergy Two of the cookies had nuts and were put in 2 separate boxes The young man at the Register said he would not charge me for the boxes but Alexis who was standing behind him came over to the register and without speaking to me put something into the computer . She charged me for 2 extra boxes I wasn't aware of the extra charges until after I received the receipt. The new Crumbl Cookies in The Wando Crossing shopping area in Mount Pleasant. An excellent location close to TJ Maxx and Walmart. Easy parking right outside makes this place easily accessible. It's also open until 12am on Fridays and Saturdays which means there will be a late-night dessert option. Everything shuts down early in Mount Pleasant so Crumbl certainly has a monopoly for those late times. The place is spotlessly clean and smells heavenly. You can stand in line and order in person or use the self-service checkout tablets. I did the latter and the system was very user friendly. You put your name in the system and within a few mins my name was being called for pick-up. The cookies- now I'm not a cookie fan, so I think these cookies are okay. There are about 6 choices and these vary each week. The flavors have a wide variety so there should be something for everyone. The cookies are flavorful, but the taste isn't one I would crave. The cookies are large and quite dense. Most definitely very filling. Overall, this is a great place and teens and kids will absolutely love it. The 4 stars is for the actual cookies. Great looking cookies, I'm obsessed with this iced blueberry icing and straw candy. The cookies are beautiful but a little too thick for me. I don't care for soft cookies but the whole crew loved them all. We got the apple pie one, chocolate chip, cornbread( which had cornbread in it including the grittiness with a big honey scoop of honey cake butter, the s'mores brownie one(super good and served warm) Get the app for weekly changes to the menu. Cookies change every week and they are all freshly made in house. Many of my friends are obsessed. I'm the difficult one- I want crunchy and sometimes thin cookies. Just My preference. I've never ordered the mini cookies before but was really happy they were available bc I never finish the big ones. I got the mini blueberry muffin cookies today and literally ONE cookie has blueberry in it. The other 2 are basically sugar cookies. So I guess when you order mini you sacrifice quality?! I guess I should've just bought the big ones and thrown away what I don't eat, like I usually do. But somehow that doesn't feel like the answer to me. Coming from a company like Crumbl, I would expect to get blueberry in every cookie regardless of how big or small they are. Supremely disappointed. I went out of my way to get these cookies today because I don't live near a Crumbl and did not get what I wanted at all. Almost $30 and no blueberries in my blueberry muffin cookies. My best friend, her boyfriend, and I got Crumbl Saturday night. We thought it was so tasty. All three of were bedridden all day the following day. I puked a ton and could not even keep water down. Crumbl was the only common theme for a food we all 3 ate. I was supposed to spend the day yesterday at the museum with my family, but I could not move from food poisoning. It was very bad. Furthermore, I called the store to let them know and they gaslighted me and told me that it must have been something else. All three of us got sick though, and Crumbl is the only thing all three of us ate. I don't recommend this store. read more

Although your cookies are pretty amazing, I think the price is a bit ridiculous, but worse is the fact that you expect a $2, $3 or $4 tip to box one $4.98 cookie!
