Passed this location and saw a line formed outside the door that rounded the corner! I asked someone if the cookies were that good. One lady responded, What do you think?!? I honestly didn't know if they were giving something away or what. I returned at a later date and found out, absolutely, the cookies are that good. Crumbl is delish but this store needs an adult it's just teenagers standing around and talking and very disorganized. I waited in line for 10 min outside even though the cash register was free and even the cashiers were waiting to charge customers but the girl who lets people in was too busy talking to her coworkers inside. There is so many employees working and it doesn't make sense why there was even that long of a wait. They also have people waiting for their orders inside. It would make more sense to have people wait outside and try to take as many people in to order first. read more

Placed an order for curbside. Ran into an issue in which we weren't going to be there in the time frame. Both my wife and I tried calling the store 3 times each to try to let them know we would be later. Each time after the auto prompts, we were told to stay on the line for the store and each time we were disconnected. Finally drove over and walked in. No one pays attention at all, stood there for 10 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help (keep in mind they had probably 10-15 people working). When I got my order and left, they screwed up the order. For the price of these cookies, maybe they should hire someone to strictly be on phone duty. Worst experience. I waited for 15 minutes upon arrival to be served. I ordered on the app for curbside pick up. After waiting in my car and being fifth in line for a long time, I was told my order was no longer available and it would be another 30 minutes for it. So they gave me a different cookie which I didn't like at all. The employee was very kind and apologetic but it doesn't get rid of the bad taste in my mouth from this experience. I had to wait a long time to get a cookie I didn't order or enjoy and wasted $4 and 15 minutes.I will not be recommending this place like I thought I would be. I have been to the Crumbl in Schaumburg numerous times and the experience has always been great. The line is long but moves quickly. Lots of workers always hustling and extremely efficient. Cookies have always been warm when received. Naperville? Not so much. Long wait, many inefficiencies and when we finally got our cookies they were not warm, not even luke warm. The other thing I found really strange was that the waffle cookie was packaged with syrup on the side, a small container of do it yourself. I would have thought the drizzle would have been done by the employees as it has been on all my previous orders. Will definitely make the trip to Schaumburg in the future. The cookies here are obviously absolutely amazing. Every week they release amazing flavors. What really is great about this specific location is the customer service. The employees there are amazing. The line is usually long every time I go there, but it moves by rather quickly because the crew there is moving quick. Before you get handed your cookies, they check with you to see is your cookies are good or not. Which is very generous of them. Also all the times i've been there, there's always a nice and friendly greeter at the door to talk with while waiting in line. Overall this place is defiantly a 5/5. I ordered a dozen cookies and when my order arrived, they exchanged two of them for more chocolate chip cookies. 11 of the 12 cookies were not thoroughly cooked. Some were done around the edges and the middle was dough. The others were mostly dough. The parts that were done wasn't that special. I was disappointed and I wanted a refund. I called the store and I was told I was caller number four. I stayed on the line for 15 minutes and my spot never changed. I emailed customer support and they said get in contact with the store you bought them. I tried calling again. Something except I was number 4 in line and the waiting time kept increasing and no movement. I decided to try ONE MORE TIME. They said I was the number one caller and you are next in line. I waited 15 more minutes after hearing the same message over and over again. I understand the store is new and it was packed (I originally tried to go in the store, After 40 minutes I decided to do delivery. Not being able to reach anyone as a customer is very upsetting. Knowing that customer service was no service at all, made it worse. I spent over 50 dollars with tax and tip for 11 have baked cookies. I think they are rushing because of the crowds. My suggestion is to go to Jewel and buy some frozen cookie dough and cook it and forget about Cookie Crumbl. FYI this is the first time I've written anyone a negative review. Let me start by saying my family and I truly enjoy crumbl cookies and the different cookies we've tried. But with that being said, I was very unhappy with my latest experience with the Naperville Crumbl Cookie location. I have spent over $100 at that establishment and have never canceled my order prior to this. Due to being exposed to covid, I called to cancel my order the morning of, which was at least 3 hours prior to pickup. I was told that I had to send an email to receive my refund because I paid with credit/crumbl cash. After sending two emails and not receiving any response or refund, I called the store again. The man refunded my order right on the spot and said nothing about the wrong information I was given previously. He proceeded to tell me he would refund me this time but that I couldn't just cancel for no reason. He said it's like a pizza; you can't just decide you don't want it. I was shocked by the rudeness, especially after being a loyal customer. I definitely will think twice before I place an order at this establishment again. read more

Ordered ahead for curbside pick up for the first time today and I got zero of the cookies I pre-ordered. I ordered two single cookies and a 4 pack. All were supposed to be a variety of cookies. I ended up with a box of 4 chocolate chip (no variety), and then two completely empty boxes. I went into the store thinking the employee who delivered my cookies to the car would laugh and tell me he grabbed the wrong order, but no I was sadly mistaken. When he saw the order for a "single box", he legit thought I just wanted just the box? Ha! Like I would pay $5 ($10 total) for two empty boxes! He gave me two cookies for my empty boxes and acted like he did me a favor. Then we tried to discuss why the 4-pack was all chocolate chip, and got nowhere. Finally I left, sad and disappointed. Cookies are over priced and very undercooked. I felt like I was sick from all the raw dough. I barley took a bite and it tastes like a stick of butter. The staff was super rude. Not even welcoming when we came in. We went in to see if they can do anything about the undercooked cookie. Most places with good customer service would say they would either remake it for you or give you a refund. When we went in we got a "No" and "it is going to be the same thing" She basically said oh well. Super rude! We asked for one that's cooked and they did nothing. They said we ate it already.
