Just ordered for the first time cookies from Crumbl at their Norterra location in north Phoenix. I ordered the 4 pack. Two of the peanut butter featuring the Butterfinger, one chocolate featuring Heath and one original featuring Kit kat. Although their service was excellent my two peanut butter cookies were not completely baked. Further after I received my order and tasted each cookie I received a text asking about their service. Gave them high marks. When I told them about the undone peanut butter cookies not response. When I sent another text about the peanut butter cookies, I received a text message, "Hi, your message was not received. Please visit support.doordash.com to get help! Will not order from them again. read more

I am so grateful we have this cookie store in northern Phoenix!!! The cookies are exceptional. We are so picky about baked goods and we are so happy to have this as a treat spot to visit! We love the Egg Nog cookie and the Orange cookie were absolutely the best coolies we have ever had. The rest were delicious also but these two flavors were off the charts flavorful and so scrumptious! read more

So, I went in to buy my pregnant wife a couple cookies she was craving. even put in a 20% tip for someone to put 4 cookies into a box. Came out to under $20. But when I went to pay with cash, I was told that unfortunately that because my smallest bill was a$50 they couldn't make change because they don't keep enough cash on hand for change unless it's within $5. and I had to leave without the cookies my wife was craving. maybe it would be a good idea for a business, especially one selling $5 a piece cookies, in a recession to keep more change on hand? Especially when there is a bank with five minutes walking distance away. I've never been turned away from a Business because they couldn't break a $50 bill. read more

I write this review with a sadness. This has been my favorite location for Crumbl for so long now. I go there every week and always tip the employees. I was so excited to see that one of the mystery flavors this week was pineapple whip. This being my favorite cookie ever, I order 6 of them. We got them home tried them and the flavor was okay but the texture was so wrong. The icing was almost like chewing gum. We tried a second one the next day and it only got worse. I called the store and talked to the lead in charge and they were nice and took a message to have the manager call me back the next day. She also mentioned that they thought the recipe seemed odd and that they thought corporate might have changed it. Next day, no call back so I called that afternoon and left another message. No call back. Called a 3rd time and finally got the manager on the line, Taylor. I explained the situation nicely and she refused to do anything. I asked her to look to see how loyal I am and how often I come in. She didn't care. I offered to bring back the 4 I had left to show her we didn't eat them, she didn't care. She said that since they had no complaints it mush just be me. I explained how our family of 4 and one of her employees already agreed with me.... Nothing. I am so sad by this response. I did reach out corporate who sent me a coupon to make me whole again. I appreciate their customer service. They also said that the recipe did not change so that location had to have done something wrong! I just felt it necessary to put it out there how this location treated its' customer. I am so disappointed and I will continue to go to Crumbl but not this one. read more

Best cookies ever!! We have ordered them on Doordash and it has been great during COVID. The cookies are reasonably priced for their huge size and quality. I also love how they change their flavors weekly. We have had the Chocolate Chip, Sugar, Molten Lava, Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar, Cinnamon Swirl, Snickerdoodle, Pink Velvet, and Caramel Popcorn Cookies. All were amazing and we can't pick a favorite. Finally an amazing cookie place to go to (dangerously so!)!! read more

Terrrible customer service. Was charged for an error in their system. They never received my order Per the manager. By the way this manager was terribly rude. First words out her mouth was " I can't help you" not an apology not a let me fix that for you. I hope you realize your a rude individual. shame on The store manager. shame on the owner and same on the crumbl name. I will never order cookies from this terribly run establishment. This location hits the nail on the head! Normally went to the one in paradise valley and the cookies were always inconsistent, either over cooked or lacking in toppings/ normally always horrible customer service. Now I can't really speak for customer service at this location because we got them delivered through door dash. But oh my goodness the cookies were of extremely good quality. We got the variety of this weeks flavors, the snickerdoodle cupcake, honey graham cracker, peanut butter bar, and the funfetti. While the funfetti DEFINITELY needs some frosting the rest of the cookies were amazing! Cooked to perfection and topped with a generous amount of deliciousness. Also delivered in the time frame they stated and ordering is quick and easy. So glad there is one this close to my house that seems to be much better quality then the previous one I went to...so far.. we will see how this store stands to the test of time. read more

I found the cookies good but am alittle frustrated with the way food allergies are handled. My husband has a nut allergy so I asked which cookies were nut free. I selected cookies that the staff claimed were nut free however when we cut the cookies in half, the chocolate Carmel cookie looked like it had nuts in it (I think it was cookie pieces). The irritating part is that upon researching nutrition info, the only cookie that says it's treenut/peanut free is the chocolate chip. When it comes to food allergies, many severe, the staff needs to be more knowledgeable. My husband opted to not eat them because we were unsure but I had wasted $13 on a box of cookies for us all to enjoy and he could not. read more

Truly *THE* worst experience. We regularly order from Crumbl Surprise and have had nothing but good experiences. I recently ordered delivery for my friends who had lost their pet, and after they charged my card I could no longer see the order on my app. I called them and they kept insisting for the receipt number. I told them the app isn't showing the order any longer, but sent them a copy of the charge on my card. Her first "fix" was to make another order and see if it worked and if it didn't she would "probably call corporate or something". So make two orders after the first didn't work, makes complete sense. After being told multiple times I would be called back, and kept having to call back myself, I finally called again 6 hours later and the assistant manager was so unprofessional and disrespectful, I was astounded. Not only did they refuse to fix their error with PROOF of the charge from Crumbl Norterra, she lacked so much compassion and professionalism I cannot believe she was part of the management team. I am awaiting a call back from the actual manager and corporate, and I truly hope they make it right as I have never had such a negative experience with this company. read more

I just think it's weird that the iPads take your order and the employees don't even greet you or ask what you want or anything like that there's zero customer service. One time I came in here for the first time and we stood at the iPad for five minutes before someone said oh you do your order on the iPad and I was like oh and it was like a group of us we're at the counter waiting for them to come over and then of them even looked at us or greeted us and then we finally took her order they didn't say anything and then just handed us our box of cookies. Not to mention they also ask for a tip on the iPad when they seriously did nothing other than just put the cookie in the box. Don't ask for a tip if you don't even provide any customer service. The cookies are overpriced and the experience of going could be a lot more fun than just staring at an iPad and then getting handed a box. read more

not a huge variety of cookies, but still very good. very nice and clean inside. However, The employees are not that friendly. When my friends and I went inside to get some cookies, we had drinks. When we lowered our mask to take a drink, we were yelled at twice with a "you need to put your mask on!". We had our masks on the entire time unless we drank our drinks. This was pretty annoying considering the employee was not nice about it and yelled at us. I understand mask rules which we were happy to oblige by, but the yelling, not once, but twice when we just took a quick sip, was uncalled for. read more

First time there and I got an Oreo cookie. Very stale and hard. The bottom had brown on it. For the price was not worth it.

Great cookies...BAD SERVICE! Ok so I will be the first to say that these cookies are amazing! My family and I love them and ordered them often until my last experience. I placed an order for a 6 pack at 6:36pm and was given a deliver time of 7:53. I was fine with that seeing as how it was a Saturday night. 7:53 came and went and at 8:30, I called to get an eta. I was told that the delivery driver was overwhelmed and that my order would be delivered by door dash as soon as possible. I finally got a delivery update that my order was out for delivery with an eta of 9:04 (over an hour late but whatever). Door dash came around 9:15, dropped off and left. THEN... I started wondering if I tipped through the Crumbl app, would they give that tip to the DoorDasher?? I called and asked and in short, the answer is no. They keep the tips for their delivery driver and the DoorDashers get nothing! The snotty manager was of no assistance and had a really terrible attitude. She was very rude when I inquired about the time it took for my order and even more rude when I asked about the tip. Thank goodness I was able to get a hold of the doordasher in order to pay him the tip he earned. I will never order from here again. They obviously have some issues with workload and on top of that have terrible customer service practices. read more
