Quick and easy ordering in this tiny shop. The cookies are STUPID good. We grabbed four cookies to go and joined our family for froyo down the way. You can order ahead or at one of the kiosks in the store. No sit down dining but they aren't too large that you cannot enjoy on the sidewalk or other area that is appropriately social distanced. So the lemon cookie is delicious. I love how they use real lemon to make it a touch on the tart side. Here is why I'm giving the review that I'm giving is because I went in. Nobody looked at me. Update: We went back to Crumbl but in person this time vs having our cookies delivered and the experience was better. I would not really recommend getting these cookies delivered, because they are just warmer when you get in person- I think because they are so big and thick it's hard for them to stay warm with delivery. We also were able to try the churro ice cream and it was sooooo good! I would probably recommend the ice cream before the cookies lol. Maybe because it was like 100 degrees outside. The staff was friendly and the employees baking were working hard. All employees were wearing masks. First time ordering on the app for delivery to our home. We live 9 minutes from this location and placed our delivery order of 1 box of 4 cookies, pie the $5 delivery fee and tipped our driver in advance. We ordered at 8:00pm and did not get our cookies at our door until 9:40pm. This was such a bummer- we did not think it would take almost 2 hours. When we got the cookies, they weren't even warm either which was another let down. Churro- amazing! Wish we would have got more of these. Chocolate Chip- dry Funfetti- dry and plain. They have an app that really makes things easy when wanting to order cookies for delivery or curb aide(which is what I did bc I really needed to get out of the house with this quarantine). First time I've ordered from this location. I used the crumbl app and my cookies arrived quickly. The delivery person was apologetic upon delivery because the box was bent in the middle so much that the cardboard had torn. He stated it was like that when he picked it up. Ruined box aside, I was still excited until I bit into a cookie that was 100% raw inside. A second cookie I ended up trying was also raw. When I called the voice my concerns, the employee was helpful, but serving uncooked food is a huge health hazard. Be careful. read more

But they can't. 1 star So let me start with today is valentines. Probably the problem right there. But...put in an order at 12pm for a pick up at 5pm. I got there at 5:10. Very clean and quite busy. Easy to order and contactless. Order on the tablet, pay and wait for your order. I got the snickerdoodle, Twix and Chocolate chip. Cookies are quite large and topped with different frostings. The base of the Twix was a sugar cookie. It was topped with caramel and a little Twix bar on it. Snickerdoodle topped with a cream cheese type of frosting. Very visually appealing cookies. Now the taste test. Cookies were very tasty however, a bit soft for my liking. I wish there was a way to put 0 starts for this mind my language, piece of crap. Today was my 18th birthday, I was so excited to go redeem my free crumbl cookie. I first get there and all the workers look mad and like they don't want to be there. They then proceeded to put my phone number in, and my free cookie reward was not showing up. I pulled up my app and showed my ID and they REFUSED to compensate me for the cookie. It is not my fault that the app was not working. I waited over 30 minutes inside the crumbl for it to load. After, the manager named Taylor proceeded to blame me for my app not working. I pointed out that there was a way on their end to run up free cookies for mistakes. This is clearly a mistake on crumbl as how am I supposed to make their app work properly. She refused to ring up any mistake on their end and pointed out she would not help us or do anything about it. She was the rudest manager I have ever met. Shame on crumbl. My so exciting night ended in disappointment and despair. I will NEVER be back and especially not to this location because Taylor will not be a friendly face to see. read more

I am a Crumbl fan. The cakes don't travel well. I ordered 7 carrot cakes & 5 cookies. They were packed in a 12 count box on a parchment sheet of paper. The cakes are smaller than the cookies so there is room for them to slip to one side, no matter how carefully you tru and tkeep the box level. They were skimpy on the pecans on the cakes. These people know how to make a great cookie. I have been to a few in this chain and this shop is up to par with the rest. I was leaving town late and needed a sugar high for the long night drive ahead of me. This is located in a popular mall area just off I-17 on the north end of town. The staff was friendly and professional as they proudly display each order to the patrons.
