Cookies are great.I was in Crumbl Cookies on a Thursday 10 /14/21Approximately 11 AM. I was the only customer in the store when a gentleman (Manager maybe owner)enter the store and said I didn't hear welcome to crumbles, The staff replied welcome to crumbles, as he stared me in my face he said don't tell me and pointed behind him and said tell her. (customer walking in behind him).The manager himself never acknowledge me as a customer but expected his staff to do what he didn't do. The cookies were delicious but I would give this certain location three stars due to their lack of customer service. There were 6 employees and no one acknowledged the customers walking in or waiting for curbside. I would drive the extra 10 min for the one in Overland Park for better service. read more

Cannot say anything bad about the cookies, this location however is terrible. I have gone here twice getting curbside both times. The first I waited in my car for 20 minutes before getting my order with no "sorry" for the wait. The next time was another curbside. Keep in mind these were placed ahead of time and were supposed to be ready when I got there. I waited in my car for 30 minutes. Saw people going in and ordering in store and walking out with their cookies before me. I ended up going inside to ask why I had not received my order. The girl said "i don't know" asked to see what I ordered, made it right then and gave it to me with no reason as to what happened. Terrible service. Extremely disappointing. If you are going to offer curbside, have the food ready by the time the customer ordered for. read more

Their cookies are very good. I was hesitant to pay so much for one cookie but they are very tasty. I do have a couple complaints though. It would be nice to view the description of the cookies when you are looking at their menu. Also there are times when they say they're not available for curbside pick up. That I can understand but it be nice to access the menu so that you might know what you want before just going to the store. I'm not sure if that's available through yelp but I've downloaded their app and have it on my phone and These are the two issues that I've encountered. read more

Quick and friendly service on my way home from work. I opted for the curbside pickup and ordered a single cookie as it was my first time trying. It was still warm and gooey when I got home, I tried to have good self control and only consume part of it but the next thing I know I only had one bite left and couldn't leave it for the next day! The hype is fake. This was a major let down. I ordered through the app and got a medium sized box with 'gift wrap' and a message, then a single count for myself. After quite a while wait and the app saying I was the only one in the cue (and there only being one other car at the store), the girl brought out the order... to the car next to me. Mind you, they're in a large grey truck and I specified I was in a white car. Anyway, it happens. So, she hands it to me and as she's walking away, I look down at the boxes and they're disgusting. The big box is a gift and it's covered in chocolate and crumbs *on the OUTSIDE*. And it's supposed to be gift wrap. There was no bow or string or anything. The message sticker was all wadded up on itself and placed on the side and looked ridiculous so I pulled that off and attempted to wipe the outside of the box off. Only to place the box in the seat next to me and realize the chocolate and gunk on the box had made a nice smear onto my white blouse.... And we were leaving town immediately for family pictures. I've heard everyone raving about this place...and rightfully so. These are the BEST cookies I have ever purchased. The warm cookie concept just topped it off! We got the chocolate chip and it was great. Note that they are made with milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet. The salted caramel toffee was really good too. I loved all the PINK...from the welcoming balloons outside, to the interior and the pink box. They have all the cookies out on display for you to see before you order. It seemed somewhat odd that your only choice was to order on an iPad. I guess that is the way a lot of places are heading. It was very simple. I don't remember being welcomed into the store and all the staff seemed to be very busy of course. I thought it was a decent value. These cookies are huge and rich. I don't think most people would eat an entire one in one sitting. I would have loved to been able to sit there and eat it. Either in the store or on a bench outside. Definitely give it a try. So the cookies at Crumbl are always five stars, the problem I have is the customer service and the ordering process at the Olathe store. I ordered six cookies (making sure I got one of each kind) on Friday, to be picked up at 2:00 on Saturday. I arrived at the store on time for my pick up. I wasn't sure of the process if I needed to go to the kiosk and push something or if I just go to the counter. No one would acknowledge me so I finally had to ask someone what to do. The employee asked what's your name which I gave her and she said OK I'll get these ready. I sat and watched them fulfill multiple orders for people who had just ordered at the kiosk instead of my order that I ordered the day before. I stood there for approximately 25 minutes and in that time they ran out of two of the kinds of cookies that I ordered. They did say sorry & followed it up with I could come back later for the 2 kinds of cookies they were out of and that were busy. I told them that's why I ordered in advance & she said the orders don't get fulfilled until we arrive for pick up. If that's the case, then what point is there to preordering? You get to jump the line? Well clearly that wasn't the case either. As I said I got there, I said I had a pre-order to pick up and they continued to fill other peoples orders that had ordered at the kiosk. What's the point of ordering in advance, when they're not even going to fulfill your order until you get there? I would've gotten all the cookies that I asked for had I just gone to the kiosk and ordered them versus ordering them in advance. Not only that I was supposed to be able to pick my cookies up at 2:00, I didn't get the ones ordered AND I didn't get them until almost 2:30. My family sat in the car watching people run in and run out with cookies all the while I'm just standing there. This was for a birthday I was hosting, and while I did finally get cookies, it wasn't what I ordered & it wasn't in a timely manner. So I was late for the party I was throwing. I'd rather drive the extra distance and just go to the Overland Park store instead of having to go back to the Olathe location again. I realize they were very busy in the store, and I'm sorry for that but that doesn't excuse or explain why my order wouldn't & shouldn't have been ready. It was just very disappointing. read more

While your cookies are amazing your service is poor at best. Pre-ordering cookies does not seem to speed up the process. Waiting 20 minutes and being first in line seems excessive. I wish your service was more reliable, I would have more confidence in ordering for larger functions and am now reconsidering my options.
