Stopped by Crumbl to see what all the fuss is about. Upon entering, the place smelled amazing. My daughter has been telling me about these epic cookies, so I thought we'd try some. We requested a peanut butter brownie and cookies and cream milkshake cookies. The cookies were large and we took them to go. When we got home, we heated the cookies up in the microwave. I tasted the cookies and cream milkshake first. It was tasted very sugary. I wasn't impressed. I've had super sugary cookies before and this one reminded me of that - it just tasted like sugar. The peanut butter brownie cookie was leaps and bounds better than the cookies and cream. I couldn't stop eating it. Basically, it tasted like a peanut butter brownie and beared no resemblance, other than visually, to a cookie. But it was super good. I'm glad I tried it, but I probably will only visit for my daughter. I usually buy chocolate chunk cookies from Aldi and heat them up in the microwave. At Aldi, I get 10 cookies for the same price as one at Crumbl and when heated up, they satisfy my cookie craving. read more

I ordered online so I was in and out really fast. The girl helping me was very sweet and had my cookie ready when I got there and showed it to me. The store was really clean and smells so good in there. I got the lemon crème I think cookie. Omg amazing! I hope they have it on their regular menu. It was just the right amount of sweet and tart ratio. The employees are always really friendly. There is parking directly in front of this one. It's in a small strip mall area of the Walmart shopping center. You almost miss it if you don't know it's there. I will definitely be returning to this particular location more often as it is easily accessible and there is tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. read more

I love Crumbl cookies and have often gone out of my way to get their cookies! Their Parma location is brand new (opened yesterday). While their demand on the second day was great, it was still a very happy experience. The owner was working the register. He was very personable and passionate about his business. He spoke warmly to everyone, welcoming and thanking them for coming. The line moved quickly and, as always, the cookies were perfection! I ordered online for pickup at 2:10PM. When I arrived I did not end up leaving the store with my order until 2:50PM. I ordered these for a St Patrick's day potluck before work and this caused me to be a half hour late. When I walked in no one helped me on the pickup side and people were cutting in line because no one could tell who was in line to order in store or in line for pickup. I was very disappointed because I tipped generously on the app thinking they would be ready but they weren't. The cookies are already overpriced as it is. Probably won't be back which is unfortunate because I've heard great things about Crumbl. PS I'm disappointed with the response below from Crumbl management. I am not sure how "improving technology" will fix some of the issues I experienced including customer service and proper queue lines to prevent people from cutting in line. read more

Because this store is fairly new, there were a lot of people coming and going. I decided to come here because my friends recommended this place for me to try. The cookies looked beautiful and were served fresh and warm, but I still can't justify the price for a couple of cookies. There were 2 ways to order your cookies, one by going to the cashier or 2, the self ordering tablets on the right side. Once you order, you wait for your name to be called and will pick up your cookies from the left side of the store. Although some of the cookies were amazing and delicious, others didn't really blow me away. Some of the best cookies you can buy. They aren't cheap, but they are also massive! They manage not to instantly go stale too, so if you finish them a few days after you pick them up, they're still excellent (though definitely better fresh). The staff is friendly, and the food is good. The wait times can be long because it is new, good, and they are finding their feet, so keep that in mind, and don't ding a new business for it. read more

Half of the flavors were sold out when we got there, it was late in the evening though and the place was insanely busy. We aren't picky people but if you are only going to try a specific flavor, I would recommend calling first to make sure they have it at that time. The cookies we did try were absolutely amazing. The owner came and talked to many of the customers and was super nice and thanked everyone for being there and waiting in line. Highly recommend. The Lucky Charms cookie was to die for. read more

So don't get me wrong, I love Crumbl. However, they had a certain flavor of cookie that I was DYING to try (raspberry cheesecake). I ordered a 4 pack for in store pick up, and obviously picked the cookie in question, and the other 3 I ordered for other people. So to my surprise, as I arrive to pick up my order, they told me they have sold out of the raspberry cheesecake. Now I'm not gonna have a fuck fit over not getting a certain cookie, but I was rather disappointed. On the app there was no indication that they were sold out of ANY COOKIES. So to my dismay, I had to pick from whatever flavors they had, (none of the other flavors were appealing to me), and they gave me a coupon for two free cookies. When We went back to the car to try them we were so so DISAPPOINTED. These cookies tasted so nasty. They weren't warm, but cold. They tasted like soggy dough with sugar. By far had the worst experience. This companies app doesn't work and customer service is truly horrible. We ordered something from here at 6 PM. Their app shows it'll be delivered by 7 PM. The app kept showing that it'll be delivered soon for an hour or so after the delivery time. No worries that it's late, we can wait. No big deal. Keeps showing a minute away but that it's still prepping. We call after 8 PM. They say they can't find our order. We sit on hold for about an hour for them to say come in and we'll give you a free cookie for picking up our own order after finally finding the order they lost. We paid over $20 for delivery, why would that be worth getting in our car to get an extra cookie? We can't leave the house because of COVID. Reason why we have things delivered. Placed on hold again. They let us know their app doesn't work. To try again from scratch. They don't offer any kind of anything in return. They said because we can't leave our house, they can't place our order even though we paid for delivery. Said the only thing they can do is for us to try and order again which would put us at the end of the queue and no guarantee it'll work this time. Waited 2 hours to find out their system is messed up. They aren't able to help us. Not worth the money. Not worth the time. Regret ever trying it. Disappointing customer experience. Literally the world's best homemade cookies! They are giant and they all taste so yummy!!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Crumbl cookies are my favorite (and I consider myself to be a sweet expert! I love my treats!). The family that opened this store is DARLING and I love that they're here working together for their Grand Opening and to meet all the customers. I stood in line for 1 hour on a cold and rainy Saturday afternoon - half of the time waiting outside. Finally get all the way up to the cash register to order and they are out of all the cookies I wanted. I went there for 3 specific kinds of cookies and all 3 flavors were gone.
