Oreos cookies and creme cookie without icing or toppings
    Ash H.

Ordered cookies for my friend and I for delivery when I received them two of my cookies were missing their toppings and icing completely. This is the 3 time now that I have had this exact issue

I know everyone has different tastes, but Crumbl Cookies didn't quite hit the mark for me. The cookies were too soft for my preference and extremely rich. I do appreciate that they swap flavors every week, so I'm hoping this was just an off week and that my next visit will bring a different experience. I'm willing to give it another shot and see if a new flavor lineup changes my mind!

A scene that is all too familiar these days. A lobby full of confused and angry customers and 4-5 employees in the back with no idea what they are doing. Their explanation to one customer on why her order was messed up was "you can email my manager." Wow employees can't even resolve a messed up cookie order. My order was submitted online but I had to wait for 3 orders in front of me because putting cookies in boxes is hard. Not worth the more than $16 price tag for 4 cookies, won't be back.

Well well well. I'll be back to have another Kentucky Butter Cake Cookie. The thing was warm, soft like cake, buttery as promised and I love that it was a cross of a butter cookie and a sugar cookie. Didn't like the chocolate sundae as much as I thought I would but I'm sure it's someone else's pick. But between me and you ... THIS BEATS INSOMNIA COOKIES BY FAR (at least the one on Monarch Way in Norfolk) I wish there were bags to carry your boxes out in because the server's gloves transferred chocolate and the likes all over the outside of my boxes. Nevertheless I wiped them and transferred them right to my stomach. It's really small inside with no seating. So you have to eat them in your car if you want the fresh out of the oven experience. Which I highly recommend because while they're still good at room temp, they're MUCH better fresh and hot. Let's just say I'll be back. Hopefully the menu changes out regularly instead of seasonally because the options were super small (only 6 when I went). And also hopefully that butter cake cookie shows up more often than lesser cookies!

I've heard a lot of hype from friends about Crumbl Cookies so I finally gave it a try. The small shop was pretty busy when I walked in and the employees all seemed to be working pretty well together. Flavors change weekly and ordering is on a kiosk. I ordered a couple hummingbird cake and chocolate cupcake cookies. It only took a few minutes for my order to be ready and I was soon on my way home. The cookies were beautiful and well presented in a branded pink box. They were fresh and delicious. The cookies are a bit pricey but not out of line considering the companies obvious overhead expenses. 3.5 stars rounding up for a clean shop and great service.

So glad I got to go to the new store and try the cookies! So many flavors and do delicious!

The cookies a visual masterpieces. The process to order was easy and we received our cookies very quickly. They are a bit pricey, but very large so I was okay with the cost. To be honest though, the taste was just average, hence the 3-star rating. I really debated giving it a 2-star, but that would've been based exclusively on taste. I know lots of people love them and should continue to love them. I'm glad that I stopped by and enjoyed the experience, but that will probably be my only visit.

I just love how Crumbl cookie changes their menu weekly! It's so fun to anticipate what flavor will come out next! This week they have apple crumb cake - has brown sugar glaze, baked apples and cinnamon streusel on top 6/10. I'm not crazy about the soft apple textures Moms recipe: Chunky oatmeal cookie with semi chocolate chips , toffee, with peanut butter chips and a dash of sea salt! 7/10 French toast: it looks just like French toast with a scoop of icing that looks like butter and a sprinkle of syrup and powered sugar. 7/10 Salted Caramel Cheesecake : three layers cookie to include graham cracked ,cheesecake frosting and caramel and a touch of sea salt. I loved this cookie , I give it a 8/10

I went opening weekend. Got some delicious cookies. My favorite was the Oreo! The frosting was sooo good. It's a small shop, so you definitely cannot eat inside. There's no seating so something to consider if you go. While expensive, the cookies are super filling. I split my cookie in half as I cannot eat it all in 1 sitting. My apologies for the already eaten food in the photo. I got hungry

Everything I've had here is delicious, but here are some of my favorites: UBE BLONDIES *** Probably one of their most signature items that stays on the menu season to season, this crumbly, satisfyingly dense, soft baked good with that nice punch of ube flavor will really have you coming back for more. The frosting glaze is just perfect, adding that sweetness that carries the ube flavor really nicely. The texture is just soooo satisfying, you can just tell when you cut your fork through it that it has this airy, yet dense and crumbly texture. TURON FRITTER Kind of like an apple fritter, but oh so crumbly, delicious, bright, and soft on the inside. Also had their brown sugar boba pudding cup when it came out, and it was really good; the tapioca actually blended quite nicely and was chewy and fresh, which means you're not stuck chewing it forever. Definitely on the sweeter side, but brown sugar items tend to be that way.

Ice cream can get incredibly rich for me very fast, but that wasn't my experience with their rainbow cookie ice cream! Very smooth, almost reminiscent to birthday cake, with just the right touch of sweetness. There are plenty of seating indoors, and lots of spots to park your car outside! The staff are friendly and they keep the place extremely spotless, cleaning surfaces and even wiping down the glass doors and windows through the night. They also have a water dispenser in the event that you need a sip of water and it's great for people like myself who need water after a sweet! The place is very quiet around the evening (we were there around 8:40pm) and there's hardly a line, if at all. But the place stays open til 10pm throughout the week. The place deserves more traction. First off, the staff were super friendly and welcoming right when we walked in. They were more than happy to let us sample a few flavors, which I always appreciate, especially when there are so many options and everything sounds good. The flavor selection is seriously impressive, and it makes choosing just one feel impossible. They don't just do basic scoops either. You can get milkshakes, malts, ready-to-go pints, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream pies, or keep it classic with a cup or cone. Basically, whatever ice-cream mood you're in, they've got something for you. I ended up going with the cookie dough ice cream sandwich, and it absolutely hit the spot. The ice cream was super creamy and packed with cookie dough, and the cookies themselves were soft, chewy, and the perfect match for the filling. It was rich without being too much, which is saying something for an ice cream sandwich. The whole place just had a really easy, fun vibe. Nothing pretentious, just good ice cream, lots of choices, and nice people! If you're in the area and craving something sweet, give them a try. Whether it's the middle of summer or literally below freezing outside, it's worth stopping in.

I pulled into the shopping center & found a locked door at the shop. Peeping into the window I saw that it was definitely closed. Disappointed I turned to leave. A man wheeling in what must have been today's prepared ice creams asked me if I wanted ice cream. When I answered in the affirmative he unlocked the door & turned on the lights. I learned that during the winter they don't open till 3. Asking if he was the owner, he confirmed that he & his wife were. Going to the back while I got my two pints of Ube Ice Cream from the cooler, he returned with three complementary containers of flavors that I hadn't tried. Sharing with him the fact that I wasn't an Ice Cream person but loved his, he asked if it was the Ube. I told him that flavor was my favorite but it was because his tasted different & so much better than other Ice Cream. Mentioning that other Ice Cream was just too sweet. He confirmed that was the biggest mistake people made preparing Ice Cream. He certainly knows the best way to prepare the deliciousness. Somehow we also even got on the topic of NFL Football. Don't I always? It's wonderful to learn that one of my favorite spots is owned by such a friendly & nice person. He didn't have to unlock the door so I could buy Ice Cream. But he did. So I left the store with a bag full of my favorite treat. If you haven't yet tried Sundae Scoop you've missed the best Ice Cream in Coastal Virginia. Even if it's not in your part of the Metro, make a trip there. You won't regret it.
