I went here because my sister recommended them to me. Otherwise I wouldn't spend $10.99 for 4 cookies (even taking size into account, that's still pretty expensive). Even so, it's an interesting concept to have new cookies every week, and I was planning on going whenever there were some interesting cookies for the week. I did have high hopes for them, but I was disappointed. I got the chocolate chip cookie, cookies and cream cookie, pumpkin roll cookie, and the lava cake cookie. I can honestly say that I did like the cookies and cream cookie (although it did have a bit too much frosting on it). The pumpkin roll cookie was good too, although it was a bit too soft to be called a cookie, it was more like a cake. However, the lava cake cookie barely had any melted chocolate filling in it. The cookie by itself isn't sweet so it counts on the filling to be sweet, and without the filling it wasn't much of a sweet at all. The chocolate chip cookie seemed to be missing most of the chocolate chips too. I don't know if this had anything to do with the fact that I didn't tip, but come on, tipping is getting kind of crazy. Deliveries of food arriving on time deserve a tip. Good waiters/waitresses deserve a tip. But giving a tip for getting a product that you purchased and went to pick up yourself is a different story. I've been going to Crumbl for over a year. I've spent well over $500 dollars to this brand. Purchased cookies for almost every occasion. Recommend them to all my friends and family who enjoy sweets. Which in fact most of them now go on their own. I went on Monday 8-29 around 7:00 pm. There was a decent wait time after ordering. I believe we waited about 30 minutes for the four cookies. That's not the problem. The problem occurred after we got home and 2 of the 4 cookies were mostly uncooked. We had driven over 30 minutes one way just to get the cookies and then waited another 30 minutes inside just for raw cookies. This location in Pflugerville can't seem to keep cookies in stock. When they do run out, whoever is in charge of the store needs to be more aware of the popularity of the cookies and keep a better eye on cookie counts. When I went in the first time the person at the register didn't know how long the wait will be. I came back a little later after I decided to place an online pick up order knowing that they prioritize online orders over in store orders, the lead said 30 mins now. They pushed my order through all the way, just to make order times look better. When I came back again they finally had the cookie I ordered but had the employee that gave me the box had a sour look on their face. Sorry but it is not the customers fault for the store not having a cookie that was already paid for. With where I work now, if we think your order has been delayed the lead explains the situation and apologizes for the wait, i got no explanation or a "sorry for the wait", makes me feel like they don't care for customers. BTW I used to work at Crumbl and left for personal reasons. The customer service is practically non existent at Pflugerville, the employees always have a bad attitude towards customers and don't really seem to care about what they are paid to do. The only great employee there is Debbie, she actually cares about the experience and the cookies she serves and seems like she enjoys what she does. read more

Some weeks they have good cookies that stand out and some times don't. There would be weeks where they have peanut butter cookie and a chocolate cookie with slight variations that aren't anything special or unique for several straight weeks lol. There's almost no point of placing an online order because they don't make the cookies til you get there. Check your box before you leave because there's been several times they were extremely stingy with the frosting and almost gave me a dry cookie. Also I placed orders when I was there and it's busy. I'm waiting for my order and after 10-20 mins I'm told the cookie I waited and paid for is currently out. They should get bigger 4 pack boxes because I've had cookies overlay one another ruining them. One last thing nutrition facts are unclear far as servings go. Just know these are very caloric and bigger than your usual cookie. I wouldn't bother with the ice cream. They had a whole brand 4 new cookies a week promo that they just completely disregarded too. The cookies are amazing. We tried the churro and sugar cookie. They are pretty hefty so we couldn't finish one to ourselves but they were great the next day too! I put them in the fridge bc the sugar cookie was chilled but preferred them room temp as they got a little hard (softened up after being out for a while). Today made my 3rd time going to crumbl, I absolutely love their milk chocolate chip cookie! I find it all worth it, although today I was displeased due to the fact I order a milk chocolate chip cookie but got a peanutbutter milk chocolate chip cookie. They look identical which can be dangerous for those who are allergic to peanuts. I suggest that if the peanutbutter milk chocolate chip cookie is on the cookie rotation they should be labeled or placed in a different spot than the regular milk chocolate chip cookies. It would be a shame for someone to bite into a cookie then end up having to go to the hospital due to an allergic reaction because they were handed the wrong cookie which then would be the establishments and or workers fault for not knowing which cookie is what. read more
