Cookies are great. Staff needs better customer service skills however. I was in yesterday afternoon and the staff seems annoyed with my presence. Even after doing my killing them with kindness routine which will usually snap someone out of that behavior, they (rather one he mostly) still seemed annoyed. I usually do not write reviews but it has been bothering me. Upon entering, no one really acknowledged my presence. I went to the touch screens and had to figure it out for myself. If I had a question, I had to speak loudly to the person putting the cookies together whose back was to me. That was all fine really. It wasn't great but it didn't really bother me. Basically, there were two young guys there when I first entered. They answered what I needed and were not rude. They were not friendly or helpful either. Anyway, at the time the store was out of chocolate chip cookies. I asked how long it would be and they said they would have new ones in 15 minutes. I said ok I will be back. I came back in 15 minutes. Now when I entered, the person I was dealing with did bother me. I asked for my order and he said the chocolate chip cookies would not be ready for another 15 minutes. I kind of looked at him funny and said that is what your coworker said 15 minutes ago. He then wanted to argue with me saying that his coworker said thirty and he heard him. Basically implying I was lying. I know the first person said 15 because I had debated about placing the order and waiting the 15. If he had said 30, I definitely would not have placed the order. He kept pushing the issue. I didn't want to argue about something stupid. I was just I trying to gauge when the cookies would truely be done. I even had to say to him it doesn't matter what is the true time now. At this point his body language and tone made me want to get out of there. I was very upbeat and trying to get him to come around and be nice. That did not happen. Therefore, I completed my order with cookies that were on hand and left. I LOVE THE COOKIES AT CRUMBL! The rotating menu changes each week, but the chocolate chip cookie is always available, thank goodness! I've tried many of their flavors and some favorites are the Churro cookie, Kit Kat and the chocolate chip cookie! for sure! Also I love the size of the cookies - nice BIG pastries that I can save half of for another day! I'm not a huge fan of their iced sugar cookies, for some reason no matter what the flavor is supposed to be, the icing always tastes chemical to me and sort of like a bad artificial cherry flavoring. I will say, service has gotten WAY SLOWER at this location in the past few months. Crumbl Cookies are awesome! I love the texture of the cookie itself and the icing takes it to another level! Even though I love all the cookies, my favorite one would have to be the cotton candy one. The cookie tasted delicious. The icing on this one was a little sweet for me, but I still liked it. But the star of the show for this cookie was the cotton candy pop rocks. OMG. Pflugerville finally has a really good dessert spot! I never thought that a cookie shop would fulfill my need in this area but these aren't ordinary cookies. They are huge, moist, rich and delicious. This is how I wish all my cookies were. They have a lot of great flavors. I tried the brownie peanut butter, cookies and cream, lemon something and red velvet. Let me tell you, they were all good. And they came in a very classy box to match the level of dessert you're getting. These cookies did seem pricey to me at first and reminded me of when I had the same feeling about $4 cupcakes, but my reaction after I tried it was the same. Its definitely worth the price. You may not want to eat these everyday but its definitely a great option to treat yourself. read more

What an unorganized mess!! I visited this place multiple times and all the times customer service has been less than mediocre. My girlfriend wanted to treat us out for cookies on Valentine's Day, so we went in and it was absolute chaos, which is completely understandable on a holiday. We thought we would order online to quicken the process but others have said to have waited longer than us. We noticed they were prioritizing UberEats and DoorDash orders before the people waiting since that seems to boost those orders up and all the online orders last. If you can't handle online orders or extra services on a busy holiday, I wouldn't suggest keeping that open. You can turn that off as a company if orders are too overwhelming. We ended up waiting a good 30 minutes in our car and 40 inside and tiny store from where they were probably max capacity. No communication from the bakers and they're were selective on who's orders they'd push up quickly. We couldn't even cancel our order. We ended up leaving since we had reservations we'd be late to. Charged for cookies we didn't even receive with no way to cancel since no one talked communicated how things were ran. read more

I just moved to this area and Crumbl back home is huge. It's always a favorite. I placed my order on the app since I knew that it would be crazy on Valentine's Day. There was a massive line and no kind of communication from any of the staff on what was going on. There was a room full of people waiting for orders and the only orders they have seemed to rush out was Uber Eats and Door Dash orders and the staff seemed to ignore the rest. I guess those orders to priority and the ones we all made on the apps kept moving down the list. I understand being busy for a holiday, that's why I thought of ordering ahead of time but ignoring all of the customers who also spend money on their business was also terrible. I think they need to come up with a better system. Maybe not try to take on more than they can or at least get some type of communication to the guests who've waited for so long? You always hear that restaurants want you to order in-person/through their own app due to fees from other sources. The problem with Crumbl is they prioritize those orders in store, and deprioritize anyone waiting. Came in a few hours ago, ordered 4 and then waited about 15 minutes. Two doordashers come in and they stop all other orders to do those. Guess what happened? 20-30 cookies later they are out of half. They then start turning to the customers waiting to tell them they are out. They do this with a straight face. Great cookies, awful, abysmal customer service. Totally a fan of crumbl cookies. Their cookies are so soft and are the total bomb. What warrants the minus one star? They tend to be inconsistent in taking orders and being out of stock. So sometimes you'll pay and order some cookies only to find out later they ran out. It's happened to me a couple of times and if you don't care, you just replace it with another cookie. They change their flavors weekly and I would say any of the Oreos or brownie flavors are my favorite! Their classic CC cookie is decadent and uses milk chocolate instead of semisweet so it can be super sweet. Overall this franchise is good and definitely gives tiffs a run for their money. Can I give this place 20 stars??!!!! My daughter has been telling me about this little cookie shop for a little while. Today we were in the area and on our way home, she asked to stop by to support the shop. So glad we did! The shop was chic and clean and with an open kitchen smelled sooooo delicious! I was skeptical to be honest because most cookies are too sweet for me. We got a box of 4: lemon, chocolate chip, confetti and Biscoff. They were warm and the packaging are so sophisticated, feels like a gift. The cookies are so damn delicious! I mean I'm speechless. I don't even like sweets. First of all the cookie is like 4.5" wide and is thick. Second , they are soft, crumbly in a buttery way not crunchy way, not too sweet...just delicious. Can't just look good, gotta taste good. Finally, the experience was awesome. They were friendly and went the extra mile. My daughter is allergic to nuts and they cared enough to ask several questions about it . Without me asking, they packaged her chocolate chip cookie in a separate box to not contaminate it. Love this place! Highly recommended, go check it out! read more
