Roll cooked to perfection, flighty crispy on the edges, soft and fluffy inside. The tres leches did not disappoint! Peach cobbler is a classic and I am afraid I may be back sooner then I thought becuase WHY were they so delicious. can't believe I waited this long to go back! Staff was great, establishment clean! 10/10 recommend!

Since their menu leans…read moretoward breakfast-style items, we planned to go in the morning, but surprisingly, they don't open until 11am. It seems like they position their rolls more as a dessert, which isn't a dealbreaker. We came back later that afternoon after some meetings. The shop itself is simple and cute, with a wide variety of rolls to choose from. Honestly, it's hard not to want one of everything. We ended up ordering six, and I have to say, the rolls were delicious. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. We were greeted, but it felt cold and unwelcoming. After that, we were mostly ignored and ended up ordering through the touchscreen. There was a sign suggesting customers "ask about the secret menu," so I did. Instead of responding, she silently placed a paper on the counter and moved on. The interaction felt dismissive, like we were more of an inconvenience than paying customers. It's disappointing because the rolls really were great, but the service left a bad impression. They really live up to the name CRANKY granny's! As much as we enjoyed the food, the overall experience makes it hard to justify coming back.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever come back I this place again…read more I got about 10 pastries back on Mother's Day and they tasted 2 days old. On top of that I bought 4 egg tarts to bring to a friend's house. I bought the stuff around 10am and got to my friend's house at 3pm(same day) by the time I took the egg tarts out of the back they were moldy!! I was mortified. I guy at the register was nice to me. But I'm surprised if he didn't see there was mold either that or they were 2 days old which is why they had mold on them since it usually takes 2 days to develop due to moisture and being out. I really wanted to like this place, and debated posting this but it looks like there are no recent reviews so had to give an update.

Located in the corner of the plaza (next to the grocery store). Cute little bakery with a sweet older lady who speaks zero English but was nonetheless extremely welcoming and kind. She even gave my toddler a complimentary macaron. Sweet. I am usually pretty adventurous with trying new pastries/snacks and it generally works out well. Unfortunately, I did not like most of the things we took home that day (my husband agreed). A taro egg ball thing -- not fans. A gelatinous rice blob inside a bamboo leaf (believe it's called Zongzi) -- also didn't work for us. Finally, the beef puff (which seemed like a safe bet) fell short of expectations. It's my fault -- I ignored that part that said "beef floss." It had a stringy/processed texture that I just didn't like. I just wasn't a fan of the flavors/textures -- but obviously that's subjective. I did enjoy the garlic bread we also thankfully bought -- it was soft and flavorful. If you're not familiar with the foods, I'd recommend making sure you get a few "safe" items like the cream bread or garlic bread. Ultimately, even though I wasn't crazy about most of what I tried, it was a cute little shop with a nice lady running it.

Immediately decided to come here for my daughter's birthday cake. I recently tried and failed at curating a beautiful but disgusting cake from a different bakery so I did not want to mess this one up! I called and the owner was very upfront about flavors, pricing, decor and overall cake chemistry, this transparency is so important! We ended up getting something simple but she truly delivered! Flavor profile was insane. Cake was soft and melt in your mouth delicious. When I say I hateeeeee buttercream with a passion and prefer whipped icing - primarily based on the fact that everyone likes buttercream and store bought versions are just gross to me - I was hesitant to try this one but BAYBEEEEEE. Stress no more. The flavor on this cake was definitely made with love and thats apparent in the service, delivery and overall preparation. Love love love and highly recommend you come here for special occasion based treats!! Well done team

The outside is a little boring, but the interior is dressed up a bit with a chandelier and bright shiny display cases full of baklava and other desserts. The employee offered us a free sample, which was a good start. I may be guilty of falling for the "Dubai Chocolate" trend, but I chose a few pieces of baklava that had chocolate pistachio flavor profiles. I also took a risk on a nest shaped pastry filled with lemon filling, and I think it was my favorite of them all! They have tables where you can eat your treats there, and wash your hands afterwards, which is important because there's almost no way to do it without getting sticky fingers. I ate two pieces there, and saved two more for the evening, which was a lot for one day, but it was sure a treat!

Constantly had to refer to "calling her" dad to get information. Multiple things on the menu were not even available. Very "Mom and pop" and below average. Treated like it was a business someone's running out of their garage. Very unprofessional in 2026 in the city of Austin. Your menu doesn't even match what you really have? Customers can't rely on what they see online -- or even the in-store menu. That's disingenuous. We won't be back. Very disappointing.
