The shop itself is simple and cute, with a wide variety of rolls to choose from. Honestly, it's hard not to want one of everything. We ended up ordering six, and I have to say, the rolls were delicious. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. We were greeted, but it felt cold and unwelcoming. After that, we were mostly ignored and ended up ordering through the touchscreen. There was a sign suggesting customers "ask about the secret menu," so I did. Instead of responding, she silently placed a paper on the counter and moved on. The interaction felt dismissive, like we were more of an inconvenience than paying customers. It's disappointing because the rolls really were great, but the service left a bad impression. They really live up to the name CRANKY granny's! As much as we enjoyed the food, the overall experience makes it hard to justify coming back.

One in particular was the Pecan Bar. The following week, another friend and I stopped in for the Chicken Pesto Omelet. I'm so grateful to her, its been so hard to find a place with good keto desserts. There was a bit of a wait because she had a lot going on she even offered to deliver them to my house but i waited the extra 30 min instead. so she also gave me 2 extra cupcakes on top of my order for the inconvenience.
