Crumbl Cookies Pumpkin Square: New for 2024 from Crumbl is the Pumpkin Square. It's advertised as "a moist, fluffy pumpkin square marbled with brown sugar cinnamon butter, smothered with a light vanilla cream cheese frosting, and topped with a sprinkle of warm spice". I almost didn't buy this because it was my first "square" from Crumbl and I didn't know if it would be worth the price tag or not (an additional dollar to their already questionable base price). For starters, it is relatively large and heavy. Cutting a piece out of the tray, it was even thicker than it initially appeared. Even though it's thick, I found it to be somewhat light and airy/fluffy. Its texture is a cross between cake and pumpkin pie. Sort of hard to imagine, it's a cake, but a little gooey like pumpkin pie. The square is intended to be served warm and when done so, it practically melts in your mouth. As for the flavor, it's a mild pumpkin with hints of cinnamon without too much spice or burning. I feared there might not have been enough cream cheese frosting since the layer on top is thinner than a skeleton, but the intense sweetness of it more than makes up for the amount. Hidden by the cream cheese is a layer of gooey brown sugar cinnamon butter that also ups the sweetness. Oh my gosh!!! These cookies are so addicting!! Have you tried them yet?! :) I visited in September of 2021. That week, they had Sugar cookies, milk chocolate, churro, original with peanut butter M&Ms, cornbread and chocolate crunch. Chocolate crunch is my favorite out of them all. Very chewy with a bit of a molasses texture. I love it! I can probably eat two of those in one setting. If you want to try all the flavors they have to offer that week, I highly suggest getting the smaller size cookies. Their regular sized cookies are very filling just trying to finish one. They are very sweet, rich and buttery. I can't imagine the calories in one of them lol. Great to bring to parties or get togethers. They are made fresh and you can definitely taste a difference. If I were to rank the cookies I had that week, first would be chocolate crunch, sugar cookie , milk chocolate, cornbread, original with M&M and lastly Churro. I'm a huge fan of regular cinnamon churros but churro cookies just didn't exactly hit the spot. I was a little disappointed. Crumbl has become by goto for a quick and delicious dessert. The menu of six cookies changes weekly but has thus far never disappointed. We have several luncheons and birthday parties where I work and Crumbl has never disappointed. Easy to preorder and pick up or have delivered. My sister gave me a gift certificate for this delicious cookie shop. I stopped in to make god use of it. Set in a busy shopping area, parking was easy to find. The shop is bright, pink and cheerful. The staff all call out "Welcome to Crumbl!!" in a fun sing song way. It made me chuckle. You can order ahead and your cookies will be waiting for you. There are also kiosks to order yourself or you can order with a person at the counter. The young lady was very nice and helpful. She explained they always carry the more traditional flavors and also offer other flavors that change. I was hoping for a lemon cookie since it was a hot 90 degree summer day but settled for a strawberry instead. I chose 4 giant cookies that were all very delicious. We sampled cookies all weekend! We enjoyed banana bread, strawberry, caramel and chocolate mint. They were all soft and chewy with bursts of flavor in every bite. The packaging is fantastic. It really elevated the look and made the cookies a bit more fancy. The long pink box reminded me of the way you receive a dozen roses when they do not arrive in a vase. Fun! I left thinking the cookies were fantastic, the variety of flavors change is a great idea and the fun greeting was super fun. All of this will prompt me to return soon. read more

I stopped by their grand opening this past Friday after work. I am so happy that Crumbl finally made it to my town. In Tru crumbl fashion they were busy and had a line outside. It wasn't very long and if did you by fast. I am not sure what kind of training the staff received but everything seemed executed perfectly and I was in and out of the fast with delicious cookies! This is my first time trying this place's cookies. I was afraid to try them because these cookies went viral on tiktok for being very bad, I asked two of my friends who have tried them before and told me other wise, so I decided to give my own opinion. They tasted nothing like the bad reviews, they have a Brownie texture, slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. We bought 4 cookies, Strawberry Milk, Peanut Butter, chocolate, and regular chocolate chip my favorite in that order. Will try more flavors again and decided if it'll be a regular shop will come to. The cookies are never necessarily "bad," however, more often than not they're very sweet. Again, not necessarily a bad thing, but those certain ones will take me days to eat. Service has never been a problem, they've always asked me if what I ordered looks right before sending it off with me. The atmosphere is welcoming, not spectacular but not horrible. Amazing cookies. One is definitely enough for dessert. I had the classic milk chocolate chip and it was everything I could want in a chocolate chip cookie. Strangely enough I agreed to sample my wife's sugar cookie, which I usually hate. I found it to be amazing as well, with a faint taste of almonds that I instantly recognized as that "Holiday cookie flavor". It's a DoorDash and the store closes at 12 on Saturdays yes but they had everything turned on still and the cookies on the counter and the rude boy with blue adidas's sweater made eye contact with me and then proceeded to hide in the back along with another coworker, then made no attempt at talking to me but came out a couple times to see if I would leave without giving me the order. I usually tip very well. But I don't appreciate paying over 4 dollars for one cookie then being asked how much I want to tip with the minimum suggestion of two dollars. Over 6 dollars for one cookie!!? Mind you the only service I get is someone taking my order at a register then taking my money, then handing me the cookie then asking for a 50 percent tip on the product! This is a corporate ploy built into the kiosk/register, not the employees fault. That being said the employee at register was very friendly and the cookie was very, very good but I will never go back because of the " bad taste" I left with when I declined to give that 50 percent tip. read more
