This Crumbl location is great, chaotic, but great. The parking lot is quite small, and when I went there was a huge line up to order, which seemed to be normal. The employees were going as fast as they possibly could, but it did take about 30 minutes from the time we arrived to when we left (simply because it is that busy). The cookies were great! Some I would consider more of a cake than a cookie, but still delicious. They are huge!! I have to cut them into pieces and eat them one piece at a time. Well worth the price. If you're in poco I highly recommend going. Even if you're in Vancouver, make a fun little night drive here with some friends!

My mom and I went in today and one of the girls at the front got my moms order totally wrong so she went back to change it and than came back with the same thing- and looked at the both of us with a disgusting look and same with the other girl in the front... she stopped in the middle of making a drink just to look over give us a look and not do anything after overcharging her and getting the order wrong twice we left with no refund and the completely wrong order because she didn't say a word after to us after handing us the second wrong order I'm honestly so glad they opened more locations out here because this experience was terrible

Pictured is the peanut butter cup cookie. I've been wanting to try this for a while but my friend accidentally got me the wrong flavour because I'm not a big fan of peanut butter I liked the parts that were more chocolate than peanut butter the most obviously haha. I think the big winner for me here is as the texture of the cookie. The outsides were crunchy and the center was super soft. I'm a sucker for a soft cookie so this was perfect for me. I'd definitely like to try out their new flavours some time. I think if it were a flavour I liked, I would have scored it higher.

C told me about this place. It was definitely a must try. When we went it was still pretty busy but no lineup out the door. Every week, they offer different flavors. I got two cookies: Confetti Milkshake and Sticky Bun. The Confetti Milkshake was full of sugar icing. Too much sugar but not yet overly sweet but still kind of sweet. The Sticky Bun was very sticky. It was basically caramel with brown sugar topped. The cookies are super heavy. They did tasted a bit undercooked but I think that is just the style. Also the cookies were very expensive: $5.99 for one. The store is quite small but they have many people working at the back pumping out cookies. The wait is about 2 to 3 mins after ordering the cookie. There are plenty of parking out in front. I don't mind coming out again and getting another cookie as a treat but I wouldn't make a trip out to Port Coquitlam for their cookie.

I am the original Cookie Monster going back decades! Yikes! Listen I've been through many cookie fazes that included - Oreo Cookie, Little Debbie, Tim Tams (still a fav today), Biscoff, M&S all butter Sicilian Lemon + White Choclate, & my absolute current fav - McVities Blissfuls (Belgian Milk Chocolate & Caramel) - is there any better tasting cookie out there right now? The lineup was long at a 30min wait - I consider myself lucky as others have waited over an hour. With only one cashier taking orders, I'd highly recommend ordering online, then coming in to pick up your order. However, & tbh Crumbl felt & tasted a bit underwhelming. It had all the potential of being a knockout, but fell just shy of the full ticket. The taste didn't excite my taste buds in a way I would have expected for such a big worldwide franchise growing rapidly. I did not experience any magic pow wow in my mouth. The flavours do change weekly, so perhaps you'll enjoy your selection much better than I did mine. There were two bright spots however - the lemon cookie & the carrot cake were decent. Make note & a heads up ALERT - these cookies ain't cheap! You're looking at $30 for a box of six. Ouch! I'll give Crumbl another try, but it's going to have to be in the States. We shall see!?

Finally visited Crumbl a while back after the hype slowed down quite a bit . No long lines and was able to order within 5 mins of waiting. They have a really good system down in from ordering to picking up your order - very similar to Mcdonald where you see your name listed in order pickup to see who is up next to the pick up counter. The cookies were not as good as I thought it would be. It's very large but is quite sweet, buttery and heavy. Their flavour selections rotates weekly and typically have a cake option too. I tried the Toffee cake and surprisingly enjoyed it a lot more than the cookies. The cake was moist and sweet and a good size to share with someone. Overall, a fun place to grab a sweet treat for parties or to cure the sweet tooth. But think my next revisit will be only for the cakes.

I made the mistake of forgetting it was a Friday, only two weeks after their opening to choose to try Crumbl. Hearing the excited chatter about the bakery intrigued me and I figured it would be something fun to try. When I arrived I was greeted with an hour long line up that curled around the businesses neighbouring the bakery. This did not discourage me though and I was still curious to try the famed cookies. When I finally got inside, I learned they have 6 different flavours each week that are generally quite unique. When I went, the options were Blueberry Pancake, Kitchen sink, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, an individual chocolate toffee cake, and a mint chocolate cookie. When it was finally my turn to order, I was greeted by extremely friendly staff (surprisingly calm and inviting despite the massive crowds they must have been dealing with for days), and ordered 1 of each of the six options. I enjoyed that you could watch the staff baking as you waited for your cookies and all the staff appeared incredibly efficient. The bakery was quite well staffed for the evening. Each of the cookies cost $6.00 and the cake was an additional $1.49. I found these prices fairly high, but it is worth noting the cookies are quite large and the cake was easily shareable for two. However, if you get a box of six you basically get one cookie free ($30.00). Admittedly, I am more of a sweet-lover than savoury so my favourites included the blueberry pancake, the cake, and the mint chocolate. I found the cake to be rich and decadent and not at all what I was expecting. For some reason I expected the cake to be dryer, but it was very moist and incredibly enjoyable to eat. The blueberry pancake could have done with more actual blueberries, but the two that were in the cookie added a burst of flavour that was fresh. The mint chocolate had the right amount of icing and chocolate to be a perfectly balanced cookie. The other cookies were also enjoyable, but had more of a balance between sweetness and saltiness. All of the cookies were freshly baked, and were literally hot out of the oven. For someone who wants a tasty treat that may be there one week and gone another, Crumbl is a great option!

We were finally able to visit crumbl without a line!! Shocking I know - Monday during the early morning was perfect apparently. The staff are very kind and greet you upon entry. There is a screen for self serve or the cashier: they have rotating menus weekly so a lot of cookies to try throughout the year. It was a clean store and there is not a lot of parking in that complex. The cookies are dense and sweet but can last in smaller slices for group gatherings.

Went on a Tuesday night and thankfully no line outside the door. However, once I left there was a line outside the door! It's clean inside and great lighting. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cookies are average. They do come out warm but the taste is not something I'd wait in line for. They can be overly sweet. My favorite flavor was chocolate chip. Would I come again? Only if they had a special flavor I wanted to try.

As always so delicious! We always eat the warm one right away and if we can't, they warm up perfectly in the air fryer

Terrible cookies. A friend lined up for nothing. Overpriced. I make better cookies at home. Take some lessons from the former Cookies by George then maybe.

Loooooove Crumbl Cookies!! So so happy they finally made it across the border into BC, and lucky for all of us close to PoCo that get to experience them so easily! Hope they open more stores up ASAP! HIGHLY recommend checking them out, and for those not close, they are SERIOUSLY worth the drive! I recommend downloading their app too as it makes ordering for delivery or pick up a breeze, which I do recommend because sometimes their lineups can be extremely long (I'm talking hours), so might as well cut out that stress with setting up a pick up or delivery time. However the staff is super friendly and helpful, so if you end up waiting at least you're greeted with a smile and friendliness every time. What's also great is you get points for every purchase, that lead to discounts and free cookies, and believe me, once you try them, those will rack up quickly lol. My friend introduced us to them as they had been ordering them for years in the states everytime they're there, and now we're just as hooked! They also make a great option to send to people for celebrations, break-ups, just because etc, instead of flowers, and are better priced too overall. Bring these into the office or to a party and I guarantee they'll be a hit, and you'll be praised constantly / asked by everyone where they can get them! Their flavors change weekly too, so just check online or on the app to see what the current flavors of the week are. We ordered their special cookie cutter that cuts each cookie into 4 equal parts, making it easier to share, but obviously a knife works just as well (or don't share, no judgments here). Lastly, if you want to save some, they freeze perfectly, and taste delicious still after being frozen, and don't take too long to defrost. Since some can be quite rich/sweet, we love doing this so we can get the flavors we want when they're released, but aren't required to eat them all right away and can instead have lil treats whenever we want. Not sure about their cake type ones this way yet, but will update on that at another time. Now excuse me while I legitimately go grab the box we just ordered for my birthday!

Mango and coconuts cake - coconut mouse mango cremeux almond dacquoise and white chocolate crunch. Choux was very delicious! Choux dough was nicely crispy exterior and filling was not overly sweet, strong hazelnut flavor, really delicious. The house made praline and hazelnut cream paired so well. I really love this item. Mango and coconuts cake was also good. Coconut mouse was light texture and not overly sweet. It paired with Mango creameux well. And I like to have them with chocolate crunch. I have always thought this place's pastries were high level. Highly recommend.
