This is great cafe. Their menu is quite vast with many options to choose from which I love. I tried the SandiEgg and waffle. The SandiEgg was absolutely delicious and I would go back for it. But I had my reservations about the waffle. The waffle definitely wasn't what I expected it to be after seeing some reviews and research ahead of time. Miracle Belgian Waffle is located in Richmond along Glen Dr near Coquitlam centre. Although they have Belgian waffles in their name, they specialize in Korean egg sandwiches as well. They usually have a huge line out the door but we came on a week day so luckily there was less of a wait. Avocado egg sandwich. It was filled with a huge fluffy omelette, cheese, their specialty sauce and an avocado. The entire sandwich was an EXPERIENCE. First of all the sandwich was huge! I don't know how we would have held it up if it weren't for the box it came with. Secondly, the toast was both crispy and fluffy at the same time which added to the textures. Then, you have the huge fluffy piece of omelette on the inside that is both satisfying to eat and the cheese/avocado adds richness which makes you come back for another bite. When you binge on too many Korean dramas or watched too many food vloggers, you'd want to try all things Korean. I've been wanting to try a "Korean street toast" and was delighted to know that tucked away on the other side of the Lower Mainland is a little store that sells this. The shop currently allows takeouts only and you are to wait outside while they make your toast. I chose the most basic toast - Sandi Egg, which was basically scrambled egg and cheese inside two pieces of toast. The sandwich itself was decent but nothing spectacular. Why such a low review? What I received totally did not make up for the price they charged. For an $8 sandwich, I would have received a sandwich with more toppings elsewhere, and perhaps for a lower price too. Prior to ordering, i was debating whether I should add an extra dollar for sausage but I'm so glad i went for the most basic. After about 2/3 into the sandwich, there were no more eggs and cheese, just toast. Perhaps if the sandwich had a wow factor, I wouldn't have minded paying the price. Ooof! The food here was so good! We got the monkey berry waffle and although the smell of sweet waffles made me nauseous when entering, the actual waffles were so delicious! Super light and crispy and definitely not too sweet with a good amount of berries! Definitely could use a little bit more whipped cream though ;) I think if you ask, they'd give it. We also had the avocado egg sandie and def met my expectations. It was quite a lot of American cheese sitting at the bottom of the egg tucked sandie, but super buttery and delicious--this also comes from two gals who don't really love eggs! Today, Sunday June 28, I planned to come to Miracle Belgian Waffle for a sandwich with my girlfriend. I specifically called prior to confirm their hours because we are coming from Richmond which is about 45min drive. I was told the last call for today is 5:45PM and take out only. We were scheduled to arrive at 5:30PM but I asked my girlfriend to call in to order first at 5:20PM while we were just 10mins out. The girl on the phone said they are closed, I confirmed again that I called earlier to ask for their hours but all she said was "SORRY WE CHANGED OUR PLANS" If I called the day before or even earlier in the day then I get it, but I literally just called 2 hours ahead! We stopped by here for some sandwiches for lunch and became instant fans! The sandwiches are made of very thick toast with a deep pocket cut inside and filled with the ingredients. The bread was toasted perfectly and the eggs were quite fluffy. They are only doing take out during covid so my only gripe was that it was hard to eat it without making a small bit of a mess. Miracle Belgian Waffle is a small cozy cafe located close to Coquitlam Center. They are serving Korean-style egg drop sandwich and Belgian Waffle with drinks like coffee, tea and some Korean refreshers. I got the Avocado Egg Sandi. The Sandi was tasty, the thick bread toast was so light and airy, and the egg was so fluffy. The sauce on top was on the sweeter side, which I don't mind. It is packed cutely, makes it easy to eat and not messy. Anyone else a fan of sandwiches? Then I'd defs recommend @miracle_in_sandi_egg_ ! Their sandwiches are reminiscent of Taiwan's breakfast sandwiches. Crispy toast, fluffy eggs, melty cheese, a slab of ham (and avocado if you add it on). My parents were also big fans. The one thing I would say is that the sandwiches are a bit pricey for, well, sandwiches - they came to be just under $10 each - a bit hefty, but worth a try still! The slices of bread are thick and fluffy They are also slathered with a very very generous amount of butter and pan fried. While Paul was able to finish his sandwich quickly, I could not because mine was excessively heavy and greasy as it was filled with an abundant amount of mayonnaise, more butter and the fat from the bacon. Funny thing was that his didn't have mayo in it so it wasn't as greasy I couldn't even finish the sandwich :( Overall, the sandwich is pretty good, the first few bites were so scrumptious and delectable However after that it only got increasingly fattier and fattier. Another reason I probably couldn't finish the sandwich was because we also got mac and cheese and bubble tea so it was a lot of food. Yummy! Cute cafe and very busy. I work close by and have been wanting to try this place out. All I have to say is Green Light all the way!! Sooo goood!! Everything I love in one sweet dessert. The waffle came with matcha ice cream, whip cream, almonds, and red bean. The waffle itself is great, has a firm outside texture yet soft middle. This dessert ate like a meal. Both the green light and mochaholic waffles tasted good. I liked the green light waffle more though. The waiter would ask if I liked soft or crispy/hard waffles. I tried both. Both were good. I got to the restaurant around 9pm and it was packed and customers were waiting at the entrance. The waffles were pretty good that I was surprised I could find this type of restaurant in Coquitlam! It is running by Korean I believe, because waiters and waitresses there spoke Korean. I really really liked this place :D Cute atmosphere and delicious waffles. Ordered a ton of different ones, because.. seriously.. who could resist :P Brussels Waffle: Rectangular shape waffle. Crisp and Light. delicious with both sweet and savory waffles. Liege Waffle: Circular-ish. More dense, and sweet all on its own. delicious with sweet toppings. This place has a strong 5 star flavor waffle on its own. Toppings are just pluses. Wish they gave more toppings tho ;) but thats just because i'm greedy. They give just the correct amount that you have enough toppings to waffle ratio. Flavors are nommy, and not overly sweet. And the savory one really hits the spot. Also the salad is delicious and a great add on :) Drinks are reasonably priced, and well made. Friendly staff. The only downside is that the ventilation in the place isn't that efficient. So when they do a lot of waffle orders.. it gets pretty steamy, that your eyes are actually affected. Wouldn't be too much of a problem during great weather time (when you can prop the door open). One of my favourite waffle places in Vancouver! The atmosphere is really cute, a little rustic with a self-serve water stand with mason jars. Their menu has just the right amount of selection - not too many that you feel overwhelmed but enough to have everything you need. Plus, they have their Miracle waffle that allows you to choose any 5 toppings of your choice if you find that nothing on their menu is what you want. I ordered the Miracle Waffle with strawberries, kiwis, banana, vanilla ice cream, and caramel and it was delicious! The only reason that I gave this place 4 stars was because they always seem to be out of Liege waffles everytime I've visited and it can get quite busy at times and I'm not a fan of long lineups! Miracle waffle has established itself as one of my staple go-to dessert places if I'm around Coquitlam with friends. Pay/free (depends on time of day) parking on the street right up front or parking behind in the parkade. It's a cozy little shop with about 25 seating capacity. One of my favorite things about them is the fact that they make their waffles fresh to order! Tonight, I came with friends who rarely come to Coquitlam, to enjoy this yummy dessert. I ordered their Mango Paradis on a soft (Leige) waffle ($8) with chocolate drizzle. It comes with strawberries, mangoes, mango ice cream, and cream. I appreciated their presentation of the dish, with two different sized balls of ice cream and the strawberry flower. Mangoes were very tart, strawberries ripe and sweet. The contrasting fruits paired very nicely with the cold ice cream plus hot, chewy and crispy waffle. My friends got the Mochaholic on a crispy waffle. This was an impromptu dessert stop tonight while in Port Coquitlam, and after looking through Yelp I stumbled across Miracle Belgian Waffle. Looked promising on the outside and it was open late, so we decided to check it out. The dimly lit restaurant was decently filled with spots free, so we sat in a table in the corner. The decor going further into the restaurant was a little dodgy and there were flies everywhere, which was an immediate turnoff. We ordered one matcha frappe and shared a Green Light (matcha ice cream and red bean) and B&W (Vanilla ice cream, Oreo crumbs, and chocolate) Belgian waffle. Initially we wanted to Mango Paradis (intentionally spelled that way? we will never know...) but we were informed that there was no mango. Oh well. The waffles were really good with fresh ingredient, just right crispiness on the waffle and the matcha frappe was good, at first. The flavour was there and it was just the right amount of matcha flavour without being too strong or overwhelming, but as we got closer to the bottom the ice chunks were massive, as if the drink was not blended enough. I think the low point of the whole thing though was the cleanliness - we were offered dishes to share the waffle, which was great, but when we got them three out of the 6 were completely dirty - what looked like crumbs, dirt, and hair - on the plates. I thought that nothing could turn me off more than the flies, but this really did it for me. I steered clear of those plates. The redeeming fact was that the waffles were delicious and spot on. Everything else was pretty horrible, but I guess if you're in the business of making waffles, at least they got that part down. read more

B&W: a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream, whip cream and crumbled oreos with chocolate drizzle on top (~$9) Monkeytella: a sliced banana with whip cream and powdered sugar on top of the waffle + nutella on the side (~$7) Presentation of both waffles was beautiful! However, the B&W lacked flavour in terms of the waffle itself and the whip cream. I think both needed to be a little sweeter. My friend enjoyed the Monkeytella but also agreed that the waffle itself was very plain. We also ordered the hot chocolate ($3.50). It was SO good! I think it might have been made with actual pieces of chocolate instead of powders/syrups as it was so rich and creamy. After hearing so much buzz about this dessert cafe in a new and bustling little strip of Coquitlam, I decided to finally head here with my friend who had strongly recommended this place. Initially, I had wanted to order a soft waffle with strawberries on it but they quickly informed us that they were only serving crispy waffles today. So I decided to order a crispy waffle with ice cream and Oreo pieces instead. I wanted so badly to enjoy this waffle but I just couldn't. The waffle was dry, the ice cream was too hard and did not melt, and the additional Oreo pieces had me thirsting for water afterwards. I also found that the whipping cream did not taste like real whipping cream. Overall, it was too heavy, dry, and the combination did not work well together. In addition, their water station was empty so we had to ask for water refills. It felt like their servers were not very attentive to the guests. Overall, I wish that I had saved my $8. OMFG the waffle I had was amazing. I missed breakfast this morning and decided to go for a waffle. Not only did they have tons to pick from they have different styles ie: light & crispy or soft & sweet. I opted for the traditional strawberry & whipped cream on the light and crispy waffle. The waffle was super light, didn't make me feel bloated and tired after like most waffles do. The waffle itself was full of flavour because they use yeast instead of baking powder with traditional Belgium recipe. I was about to leave and they gave me a sample size of the soft & sweet waffle and holy sH*t that just melts in the mouth. I went there last week I like the atmosphere and the music but the waffle was not the best. 1) The air is bad because the VANTILATION SYSTEM very poor and the floor looks very dirty and they have not done any flooring change. It looks like Concrete (cement). 2) The place looks disorganized. 3) I saw that in my eyes when they prepare the food they do not where any gloves!!!!!!!!!!!. After reading the reviews and seeing the photos I was looking forward to trying this place...but I'm sorry to report that it was quite disappointing. The waffles were just okay: toppings were basic; the strawberries on the sweet waffle was fine, the ham and cheese on the savory waffle was lacklustre. I could see the staff was making waffles from the kitchen but the ones on our plate did not taste fresh off the griddle. Definitely fell flat. I also ordered the Milk Chocolate Belgian Frappe..
