Well he did not disappoint, from the appetizers to the desserts, each course was a hit. I am still getting compliments about the food served. I guess the best part of my experience with Perfect Chef was how easy they were to work with, nothing was too hard or complicated. Their staff were efficient and polite and did it all with a smile. Did I mention their cost was less then the other catering companies. I guess my experience was like the other reviewers....EXCELLENT. Shortly after the ceremony, they came out multiple times with the hors d'oeuvres and sought out people who had asked to try the next batch when the plate was empty. They were very thorough and offered multiple times to make sure everyone was satisfied prior to the dinner. During the speeches, they were respectful and didn't come around or get in anyone's way. Their email response time is always incredibly fast and they make booking so efficient and quick. They are also very transparent about pricing and very reasonable in their pricing. They also offer discounts and sales often and often give a cash discount when paying too. Our guests always rave about the food and they are the only taco company we know of that offers fish tacos as an option.
