I haven't had a good experience at a Crumbl's until I visited this location. The customer service is outstanding. You can feel the warmth and sunshine as soon as you walk in, which is exactly what you want to experience before you buy a cookie - a very, very expensive cookie. Granted, the majority of cookies I tried were free since my work catered. I've had so many of their cookies... like so many... from seasonal to weekly rotation and the everyday selection. The cream is always too sweet, but if you scoop off half of it, it's divine. The buttermilk pancake is my favorite. I had it for free at work, then stopped on my way home and paid for another myself. I'm craving it all over again. I can't remember if it was the dark dream or double fudge brownie, but the chocoliest option they had comes in second. Stay away from their cookie pies. read more

Typically treated with great service in this store but walked in at around 10 pm with the workers being extremely unprofessional and using explicit language and having rambunctious side conversations which took place while we were the only customers inside the store. Although they only had one order to complete the frosting as seen in the picture was done extremely sloppy and looked unprofessional. After the worker Alyssa had completed the box she continued her side conversation with her coworker before handing the box to us. We were extremely disappointed. read more

so disappointed at this location today I walked in for my pick up order. Even though they had chocolate chip cookies in the display, when I tried to order them the girls at the cash register said they were out of chocolate chip cookies. My God, Friday evening just after dinner time and this business who specializes in specialized cookies does not have any chocolate chip cookies in stock? Placed an order for 24 cookies online yesterday, to be picked up today. Store opens at 8am, Order pick-up selected as 9am. Showed up at 9:25 and the kid inside says they only have 15 of my cookies and it'll be about 25 minutes. What's the point of selecting a Pick-up time?!!
