Well, we can't say anything wrong about Crumbl aside from the fact that my teenager is slightly addicted lol . They're yummy cookies with Delicious fun to choose flavors will keep us coming back.

For an $8+ cookie, it should *look* better than this. I can understand they have to keep up with demand so they were a bit rushed, but you should avoid the popular cookies for that reason. PS I pre-ordered this and still had to wait 10 minutes.

Delicious EVERYTIME ! I came in on a quick run. I ordered at their kiosk and got the cookies within 5 minutes of ordering it. Mind you, there were people making like to order with the lady up front but I figured the kiosk was faster and sure enough, it was. It's super convenient - highly recommend using it. The lady up front seemed super nice and possibly overworked. She seemed to be the only one there holding up the store and she did a great job! Great vibes all around. I give this place 10/10!

Food: what can I say, it's the best luxury cookies available out there, flavors change every week and I can always find something that I fall in love with, although the regular chocolate chip cookie can't be beat. Each cookie is big chewy soft and oh so deliciously sweet. They're also nicely packaged in cute pink boxes, I've gotten these as bday desserts, housewarming gifts, just pick-me-ups for friends working in the hospital. Price: ah man wish it were cheaper but I understand it takes a lot of man power and quality ingredients to make each cookie fine, it's about 20$ for 4 pack, which is $5 per cookie Ambiance: it's a cute pastel pink small cookie shop, no seating inside, but there's plenty of nice metal tables and chairs outside as part of the strip mall, even has a fountain for that touch of luxury I suppose. You can order with cashier or use app in advance or use kiosk ipads on the wall. Service: nice friendly people who are always happy and smiling, I'd be like that too if I worked here making these amazing cookies Parking: located in a strip mall within a bigger mall complex, there's soooo much parking, no trouble finding a spot at all

I sent my husband in to go get a box of cookies on Thursday and the wait wasn't too bad considering it was their first week open! Only snafu was they didn't know how to use the rewards program yet. Cookies were amazing! We got Caramel Coconut Fudge, Strawberry Shortcake, Fruit Pizza, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip! They were all amazing... not 100% sure if I had a favorite! I'd definitely go back! These are also wonderful to send as gifts! For less than $30 bucks you can have 4 cookies delivered straight to someone's house and you can pick the time. I had a set delivered to a friend in AZ. I've tried this place twice now. First time wasn't impressed. Second time a friend brought them in to work yesterday. I don't know what they use vomit I just taste chemicals. Almost like the bowl was cleaned in bleach and not rinsed out. It was terrible. I saw something on tik tok recently about them using boxed cake mix and oil in their cookies. That makes sense. I could taste it. I never thought you could mess up a cookie this bad, but you've done it! read more

Up until today I visited here almost weekly . I was in today and service was horrible .. but in their defense they were very busy and understaffed . What I saw though made me want to vomit . The manager was making cookies(wearing gloves) . She was discussing scheduling with some workers and with with a scoop of cream cheese in one hand , reached into her pocket with the other ( glove still on ) to pull out her cell phone . She then , with one hand sent a text or accessed some info , put the phone back in her pocket , the proceeded to pick up a cookie to smear on some cream cheese ... same hand , same glove that was just handling her cell phone . Same cell phone that was just in her pants pocket ... same cell that was probably in the bathroom with her this morning when she took a d !! Couldn't eat the cookies . Chucked them when I got home . I can truly say I have found the perfect cookies. As for the chocolate chip, it's the best one I've tried compared to other businesses. I'm a baker myself however, if I find a place, someone that's better than me, they'll get my business. Thank You Crumbl. I think right now my favorites are the chilled sugar, fruit pizza and, the PB Chocolate cookie. They'll be more I'm sure. I highly recommend trying this place out. What a HORRIBLE experience I continue to receive in this Crumbl store with the employees. They have no empathy, customer service skills, respect or any regard for customers. It is too much to type of the experience or rather lack of in that shop. The employees need to be inclusive and treat each customer with the same respect and not be biast in the service they provide. I stood watching them have my order sit in the counter for at least 5 min just to be rude, please check the cameras contact me I'll give you all the info. That's childish and unprofessional not to mention another employee had to hold her back because she was coming at me again please run video you will see the interaction. It makes me so sad to know my 2 year old and wife love crumble and at regular customers it has become a family experience after work I would take them, but now. Now I'll think twice about making that my family destination for desert not the product but the horrible upsetting service. read more

All cookies have been very tasty, my only issue... The lemon crinkle the dough was..drippy! It's not the first time the cookie is under baked. Why are they all so under baked !? If it's the size that makes them so under baked every single time, make them smaller but fully baked. Guess I'll give my business to Corner Bakery and get fully baked goods. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

I don't believe I shall return due to the bad food experience I had, but I am more of a picky when it comes to food since I am a very particular Chef. This is just my personal review of this place and why the single star rating.

It's not bad to swing by every now and then, especially if you live in the area, but there are a lot of better options in IE: 85, Paris Baguette, Little Swan, etc.

Do better Village Candy. We want to support our local businesses but the quality has to be there.

The owner Mr Olivier is really an artisan French baker, very professional and friendly, and I was able to practice my French with him. The service by his daughter Ella was great, she was quick to offer her service with a beautiful smile. The ambiance is very nice and homey. Maison La Jolie will be from now on my destination for buying bread and pastries!

Inside is all reclaimed wood and cozy tables, people working on laptops, the coolest Redlands City Limits sign, kids flipping through board games and books in the corner, soft chatter, good energy. Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. You can also snag breakfast burritos if you're lucky (they sell out), or freshly made stuffed waffles from a vendor outside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel extra charming. There are cute little café tables all around and a tucked-away, walled patio in the back that's perfect for bigger groups. Already planning future coffee dates. Late to the party, but fully committed now!

We already have a regular spot we go to in the area, but we decided to try something new today! This location is inside the Kith and Kissui boutiques which is really cute already. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of our drinks was the wrong order, but other than that their drinks were a hit. Our server was quick with our large order and I wouldn't mind trying other iced drinks throughout the Summer either. I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

I am really upset with myself that I decided to cheat on my favorite cookie shop and try Crumbl. Complete waste of time and money. These cookies are not worth the hype. They definitely hold up to their name though... Crumbl. Two of the cookies were completely dry and Crumbled in my hands. And then the strawberry shortcake was very undercooked. They did not look like the display. I ended up trying a bite of each and throwing them away. Never again, this is why I don't like franchises, the owner of this one doesn't even live in Redlands. He is from Saint George Utah. How can you have quality control states away? Overall don't waste your time or money. Not good. I'll spend my money elsewhere when I want a treat next time. read more
