I went in to crumbl on 7/31 around 6:35 pm. I am teaching my 9 year old daughter the value of money. She wanted to spend the last of her money on getting her friends crumbl cookie. My daughter is very shy and didn't not want to go to the register so I used my card at the self check out and she gave me the cash. She did not have enough to tip & felt really bad. I explained to her it is okay, tipping is optional but , I'll give u a few dollars out of the 19 bucks you gave me to hand to the girl when she gives you your cookies. At 6:40 the heavy set Hispanic girl placing the cookies in the box said it would be a 20 minute wait. We were fine with that considering we know the French toast is one of the best. During that time I saw 10-15 French toast cookies being ordered and handed to other customer who I witnessed order and pay after us. I realized at that moment she was having us wait because we did not tip. At 7:07 now 27 minute after we ordered and 7 minutes after the time she said it would be ready she grabbed a box off to the side and said your order is ready. That box was sitting there from what I saw for at least 12 minutes. She had me wait 27 minutes with my autistic 3 year. While you could clearly see him screaming and laying on the floor all because she was trying to get back at us because she thought we weren't going to tip. I definitely did not tip her after I waited 27 minutes. I'm sure her co workers she was gossiping with will have her back but, Everything is on camera , you can go back and check all the times and clearly see her hand several people after me the French toast cookie. You can also check my rewards and see that I go here almost every week and always tip. It's such a shame because this is the nearest crumbl and I will never go here again. I can only imagine how many times she has done this. It's people like her who make business owner companies look bad. So many people out there in this world who don't have jobs and this is how she acts at her job. Absolutely disgusting behavior. read more

Scheduled a curbside pick up for today at 2:15-2:30. Arrived the workers were confused, I showed them my receipt they had archived my order and did not have it ready. I proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes while they made them then. Extremely poor customer service especially when I am paid $80. AWFUL! One of my cookies was completely frozen!!!! They tasted like cheap chemicals and an abundance of sugar! Way way overpriced! Take your time and money elsewhere I would NOT recommend. Geez!! These people must hate their jobs. I'm a very frequent customer here the first couple weeks they opened everyone was so friendly and acknowledging. Now nobody ever says hi or welcomes you they just look at you and wait for you to order. Lol its so awkward! I was so excited to finally see a Crumbl in CA. We loved visiting our store in Phoenix. They are such fun, delicious cookies. However my experience tonight was less than stellar. For being as busy as this store was on a Friday night, they seem well staffed anr orders were moving fairly fast. Except for mine. I stepped outside as it was quite packed in the store. My order was never called out side. I continued to wait inside for some time. Asked Melina if my order was ready. To which she replied "hold on" and went about her business. Not for one second following up on my order. It wasn't until I asked another employee some time later if my order was ready. Unsurprisingly, it was and had been. The two boxes sitting on the counter that I suspected were mine, was in fact my order. And melina (not even sure if that's the correct spelling over her name) was the one so kindly to hand them over. Failed to acknowledge that I had already asked HER SPECIFICALLY if my order was ready. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store for cookies. If you're looking for down to earth service AND delicious cookies, I recommend the cookie corner in Redlands. One star for the actual cookies themselves, they were delicious. And another star for some of the other employees who were quite nice (to other customers. I had some time on my hands to observe). read more

My husband brought us home four cookies two were sugar one was a chocolate chip and one was gingerbread. These cookies were seriously the best cookies I've ever had. The icing on the gingerbread one is what I've been looking for on a cinnamon roll!!! They are heavenly. Please please don't ever change this icing! It's not too sweet, very creamy and not greasy or waxy. I'm so hooked on these! Can't wait to try more!!! I loved the fact that these were not filled with a bunch of dye either!! So glad a crumbl cookie made it to Redlands! They were extremely friendly and had very fast service. The Samoa was served chill and it was delicious. All cookies were not overly sweet, just the right balance. Strawberry shortcake really surprised me! I thought it would be too sweet but it was so perfect and warm! The only one I didn't like was the peanut butter brownie bc I don't like peanut butter but if you're someone who loves it then this is the cookie for you. Lastly, the milk chocolate chip was a perfect crisp on the outside soft on the inside cookie. Would be perfect with milk. All cookies were served warm EXCEPT Samoa which was served chilled. Definitely recommend this place over other local competing cookie places. read more

Cookies top my list of sweet treats, but this place was off the mark. Our cookies crumbl'd and not in good way. My sugar cookie fell apart and the frosting had a weird flavor, my daughter identified it as tasting like cherry pop-tart filling. The cookies were visually appealing and the store looked clean and cute, and the employees seemed nice, but after that it was just mediocre. We only purchased 4 cookies and for around $4.00 a cookie I'll buy elsewhere next time. read more

This place is awesome! We went last Fri. PM and while very busy they have very friendly awesome service. The red velvet cookie was great & so was the chocolate chip one. O purchased a large red velvet & asked for a small chocolate chip. He told me that the small ones were only for catering. He gave me a large one at no charge. I will return soon. read more

I picked up a box of cookies today for my Mom and grandkids. I'm not much of a cookie person but these were on a whole different level. I now see why the lines were so long when you first opened. Once again unorganized and not friendly with customer service. Please take a day to just learn how to be polite and courteous. If you can't then don't work directly with people. I ordered cookies for curbside pickup. My mother in law went to get them and when I tried to say I'm here it wouldn't work because my phone was home and not with her. So she went in and told them she was here for pickup. Waited for 5 min watching others order and get theirs. When she went to remind them she was there they told her a cookie was sold out that we had ordered. And she responded with well how many people did you sell it to while I sit here waiting when I placed my order 30 min ago. They claim they sold none. I wasn't there so I'm sure they probably did and said they didn't. You sell cookies I really don't know why it's hard to be courteous and efficient. I really hope someone from corporate sees this to help straighten things out in the Redlands location. Seriously I get being busy and selling out that's not the problem. The problem is the courtesy of the staff and how they don't seem to have the hang of things. read more

Due to the very mixed reviews I decided to wait until this place had been open for a while and got all the kinks worked out. Finally went in today and got the Honey Graham and the PB&J. Both were really good. I'm not a big fan of straight-up graham crackers but I do like them as part of the dessert. Though the Honey Graham was good, I tasted almost no graham cracker. Good for me, not for someone who is looking for that flavor to be more forward. The PB&J was great! The cookie was warm with strong peanut butter flavor and the jam was cool and some sort of berry flavor - nice contrast. Both cookies were fully cooked but still soft with just the right amount of crumble. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. However, that seems to be the going rate on giant cookies around here. Store is cute and clean, staff prompt but friendly. I used the kiosk at the front door instead of waiting in line and then waited at the pick up counter for less than five minutes until my order was ready. read more
