If I could give a no star I would. I love the cookies here for a long time however at 705p on Monday 07/01/24 I visited the store and purchased 4 cookies. There was a guy and a gal working. It was fairly busy. The young lady was wearing gloves and proceeded to make my order and in the middle of it stopped to answer the phone and continue to make the order. One cookie required her to pick it up and move to her right to add a topping. She did not switch gloves after answering the phone. As a healthcare worker. I was hopeful that maybe that was not my order. Unfortunately my daughter ate that cookie and had violently vomiting for hours. The worst part was I reached out to the store to give an educational compliant. However there was no answer. I left a message and nobody has returned my call. Tried this for the first time and unless someone else is buying I am not going back. I decided to go simple and just try a basic chocolate chip. It was doughy, almost raw, throughout. Cute place. I've had it in Oregon and I was excited to have my kids try since there's one close. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance. They only had 3 flavors available, but one was a specialty so we ordered anyways. Waited 10+ minutes only to be told one flavor isn't available now and would be awhile wait to get it. Do we want to replace it? Plain sugar and plain chocolate chip aren't why I wanted to come. Got a refund. No cookies. Apparently you can order ahead online and get any flavor?
