Ordered catering a couple days before picking up my order for Thanksgiving . Arrived to pick up my order at the time they were scheduled to be ready and they weren't even baked yet. I had other commitments I was late to because I received my order 40min after I arrived. Everyone arriving to place orders that day were receiving their cookies before me. I guess I learned my lesson, no more catering for my events. The associate handed me my boxes closed, I was in a rush so I took the boxes and left only to discover I didn't receive my complete order. 10 cookies were missing. Yummy cookies, cute packaging and friendly staff. Yes the cookies are sweet- they are cookies! Just cut them up and share them or eat them over a few days. My favorite thing is their app though. Love knowing what flavors they have each week, being able to order online and the rewards program. They have four new cookies each week along with the chocolate chip and sugar cookie they have every week. I can't believe how many cookie flavors they can come up with- I've been a Crumbl customer for 4 months now and they haven't repeated their rotating flavors yet! I do hope they repeat at some point though because I've had some favorites I hope to see again. Tried this for the first time and unless someone else is buying I am not going back. I decided to go simple and just try a basic chocolate chip. It was doughy, almost raw, throughout. And I could not even taste the chocolate chips. Sure the place was clean and they have those fun pink boxes. But for $4 the cookie better taste good. Maybe some other flavors are better but I am not willing to throw out four dollars per to find out. Enough other sheep will do that and keep them in business. Cute place. I've had it in Oregon and I was excited to have my kids try since there's one close. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance. They only had 3 flavors available, but one was a specialty so we ordered anyways. Waited 10+ minutes only to be told one flavor isn't available now and would be awhile wait to get it. Do we want to replace it? Plain sugar and plain chocolate chip aren't why I wanted to come. Got a refund. No cookies. Apparently you can order ahead online and get any flavor? Makes no sense since cookies are baked in batches. With 6 workers there I'm not sure how there was a shortage. read more

I went in to crumbl on 7/31 around 6:35 pm. I am teaching my 9 year old daughter the value of money. She wanted to spend the last of her money on getting her friends crumbl cookie. My daughter is very shy and didn't not want to go to the register so I used my card at the self check out and she gave me the cash. She did not have enough to tip & felt really bad. I explained to her it is okay, tipping is optional but , I'll give u a few dollars out of the 19 bucks you gave me to hand to the girl when she gives you your cookies. At 6:40 the heavy set Hispanic girl placing the cookies in the box said it would be a 20 minute wait. We were fine with that considering we know the French toast is one of the best. During that time I saw 10-15 French toast cookies being ordered and handed to other customer who I witnessed order and pay after us. I realized at that moment she was having us wait because we did not tip. At 7:07 now 27 minute after we ordered and 7 minutes after the time she said it would be ready she grabbed a box off to the side and said your order is ready. That box was sitting there from what I saw for at least 12 minutes. She had me wait 27 minutes with my autistic 3 year. While you could clearly see him screaming and laying on the floor all because she was trying to get back at us because she thought we weren't going to tip. I definitely did not tip her after I waited 27 minutes. I'm sure her co workers she was gossiping with will have her back but, Everything is on camera , you can go back and check all the times and clearly see her hand several people after me the French toast cookie. You can also check my rewards and see that I go here almost every week and always tip. It's such a shame because this is the nearest crumbl and I will never go here again. I can only imagine how many times she has done this. It's people like her who make business owner companies look bad. So many people out there in this world who don't have jobs and this is how she acts at her job. Absolutely disgusting behavior. read more

I was so excited to finally see a Crumbl in CA. We loved visiting our store in Phoenix. They are such fun, delicious cookies. However my experience tonight was less than stellar. For being as busy as this store was on a Friday night, they seem well staffed anr orders were moving fairly fast. Except for mine. I stepped outside as it was quite packed in the store. My order was never called out side. I continued to wait inside for some time. Asked Melina if my order was ready. To which she replied "hold on" and went about her business. Not for one second following up on my order. It wasn't until I asked another employee some time later if my order was ready. Unsurprisingly, it was and had been. The two boxes sitting on the counter that I suspected were mine, was in fact my order. And melina (not even sure if that's the correct spelling over her name) was the one so kindly to hand them over. Failed to acknowledge that I had already asked HER SPECIFICALLY if my order was ready. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store for cookies. If you're looking for down to earth service AND delicious cookies, I recommend the cookie corner in Redlands. One star for the actual cookies themselves, they were delicious. And another star for some of the other employees who were quite nice (to other customers. I had some time on my hands to observe). read more

My husband brought us home four cookies two were sugar one was a chocolate chip and one was gingerbread. These cookies were seriously the best cookies I've ever had. The icing on the gingerbread one is what I've been looking for on a cinnamon roll!!! They are heavenly. Please please don't ever change this icing! It's not too sweet, very creamy and not greasy or waxy. I'm so hooked on these! Can't wait to try more!!! I loved the fact that these were not filled with a bunch of dye either!! So glad a crumbl cookie made it to Redlands! They were extremely friendly and had very fast service. The Samoa was served chill and it was delicious. All cookies were not overly sweet, just the right balance. Strawberry shortcake really surprised me! I thought it would be too sweet but it was so perfect and warm! The only one I didn't like was the peanut butter brownie bc I don't like peanut butter but if you're someone who loves it then this is the cookie for you. Lastly, the milk chocolate chip was a perfect crisp on the outside soft on the inside cookie. Would be perfect with milk. All cookies were served warm EXCEPT Samoa which was served chilled.
