So disappointed in Redlands Crumbl. I've been coming here since they opened. I ordered two cookies. When I checked them they looked very small. I thought it was the mini sized. I went back in and questioned if these were accidentally the mini sized. The employed said no, these cookies didn't get smashed down as much but it is the large size cookie and then went back to work. I got home and cut the cookie in four to find it's just not cooked all the way through. I think this is poor customer service. Well not that customer service even exists anymore. read more

Ordered a 4 pack of cookies, which included a chocolate chip cookie. Order went through without any issues. I was then told by an employee (smaller build with dyed blonde hair) that they were out of chocolate chips cookies, and asked if I wanted to replace it with another flavor. I asked when the chocolate chip cookies would be ready and he said 30 minutes. We were at the plaza, but I didn't expect to be there for 30 more minutes so I just asked for my money back, which he replied that he couldn't do that because I ordered a 4 pack. He said he could refund me and then charge me for each individual cookie, which would only be a $2 difference. After not getting anywhere with him I'd overheard another employee tell someone else that the cookies would be ready in 16 minutes. So I asked him to confirm that it would be 16 and not 30 minutes, which he did. I agreed to that and received my cookie in about 16-18 minutes. All in all a really annoying visit to crumbl cookie. I definitely will not be coming back to this location unfortunately. read more

I must have missed the fine print. They don't do partial refunds. I downloaded the app. I ordered ahead. Waited for my text from the app and promptly responded. There was a queue inside so I waited just outside the door being sure not to block anyone from entering or exiting. I got phone call saying my order is ready but that they ran out of chocolate chip cookies (half of my order). I said I'm was outside and the employee told me I ordered for pick up in store. I explained I was standing outside of the store (I could see her on the phone). She asked if I wanted a different cookie. I declined. She offered a refund, and I accepted. She said she would complete the refund immediately, and I watched her turn to the register and punch something in. Figuring I was being refunded for half my order, I walked inside up to the pickup counter for the other half. Mind you there were probably 8-10 waiting, but no one was standing directly at the pickup counter except for me. I waited there for what seemed like a long time. It was a busy night but for those moments alone at the counter I felt like the only person in the store. No employee acknowledged my presence. I walked out. I regrouped and entered for the 2nd time. This time I went to the "place your order" side. I was promptly greeted and gave a face masked muffled explanation of the situation. The employee politely let me know she would need to speak to the manager who was standing directly behind her. So she turns around to ask. This happed three times. Looking at their station I see the box with my name on the side and watch another worker scoop a cookie out of the box and put it in another box. So I pointed and said "That's my name there." Then the worker who called me came back to the area,. and I explained that she just spoke to me. It was then that she told me, "We don't give partial refunds." They asked if I wanted to purchase cookies. I declined. Mortified, alone, and cookieless on a Saturday night in Redlands. Just what my social anxiety needed. read more

My first time trying Crumbl Cookies, after just trying Cookie Corner on the other side of the freeway. Every week the menu changes and after checking their Instagram I saw some compelling flavors that I thought I should try. For my first visit I went with a chocolate cookie that had peanut butter on top. The cookie was great escape silly served hot or heated up once you get home. I also had a Hazel nut churro cookie, both were really good. Price wise this place is pretty pricy, cost me just under 10 bucks for two. The cookies are bigger than your average cookie but by no means a feast. I could have easily ate the two myself and still wanted more. I found that putting the cookies for in the microwave 20 seconds is the sweet spot for me. For the ones they recommend serving warm it truly enhances the taste. Some weeks the cookies seem pretty regular depending upon what they are serving. If I'm going to be paying what they charge for cookies I'd rather get some unique flavors. read more
