I finally got around to trying Crumbl's at my best friend's urging. The cookie I chose should've been absolutely amazing based upon others in that genre, sadly it was not good in the least, it was a chocolate brownie batter cookie but when I tried it, it just tasted exactly like a extremely bland coca taste with absolutely no sweetness what so ever, nor was there any tasty chocolate flavor, nor any brownie taste, just a bland, flat cocoa flavor. Perhaps it was just a really bad batch, I might possibly try a different cookie , if I should ever go back again. I really should've read the reviews first. Service was nil. This business doesn't need workers, just bots to make and dispense the cookies. The entire lengthy time we were there, we had to use a kiosk, this a piss poor new trend that will kill businesses! We ordered and waited for over10 minutes for a few tasteless cookies to be shoveled into a box by a bored looking girl when there were only 4 other customers, 3 of which came in after us. As for cookie freshness, they weren't stale but they definitely weren't fresh either maybe a day or two old from taste. For what little you actually get, it's EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for subpar and tasteless cookies, the 3 small cookies I got weren't worth the $9.99! They might be worth $3, at the max, and that's being far too generous! Sadly, I don't foresee Crumbl's future being very long. read more

I understand the popularity of the cookies of the day and the customer wave it would bring but it's terrible watch these 2 works do nothing but sit and laugh and chat the whole time while everyone is watching them and not making the cookies. Like I said I understand the amount of customers for the cookies but these 2 honestly ain't did nothing but laugh and play around. While it seems the youngest worker was doing all the work this needs to stop. But I won't be back no time soon imma just go to insomnia read more

I understand that it was quite busy because of the cookie selection this week, but it's absolutely ridiculous for the workers to be goofing off and socializing while there's 50 customers waiting for their orders. This was my first time going to a crumbl cookies I was so excited to try it since everyone loves it I walked into this location and the customer service was not good a employee asked me a question which he was in the back of the store so I couldn't hear well he looks at me and rolls his eyes plus the girl at the register was very rude after I hit the cash button not knowing this was a card only store this whole experience makes me never want to go into one again. read more

the cookies were good but the experience was questionable. they were out of several things, one of which was milk. they also don't take cash payments, which is extremely difficult for people who only make cash when working. read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.
