The two ladies working in there were so sweet. I had purchased gift cards days before and forgot to get the sleeve. They were so helpful and told me to take the ones I needed. I decided to go ahead and use my 800 points and get a mini sleeve of cookies. I had got the two cookies that my husband requested and the one celebration cookie that I really wanted to try. I was just told they ran out of the mini celebration cookie, so they instead gave me a full-size. I truly appreciate how kind they were because they knew how bad I wanted to try it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The cookies were delicious and the excellent customer service meant a lot. Little things like this go along ways and those ladies don't know how good they made me feel. I am currently five months pregnant and so the cravings were real lol. Thank you

I ordered cookies online and when I went to go pick up I have to say the staff was not that very friendly or happy to be working. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. It wasn't that busy. It was about myself and maybe 2 other people. They called my name and the box was brought to me and she just said make sure your order is right and left. She didn't close the box for me or nothing. The top box was not clean and had frosting on top and when I got to the car and was holding it on my lap there was frosting on my jeans because it was all under the box too. I have been to this exact store and never had problems the staff was nice and friendly they closed the box for me and everything and it was so busy. I don't know maybe everyone there was in a bad mood.

Crumbl Cookies make for a great treat to bring for special events. I absolutely love their branding, which is similar to another local cookie like shop in the area. The packaging is so cute. This cookie shop is located at the Riverside Plaza (just off the 91 freeway and Central Ave.) - in front of the Regency theater - so parking can be a hit or miss. They have a couple of To Go parking spots right at the front but I've found that other people take them, even if they're not inside the shop. The do have available parking in the shared lot near the Nordstrom Rack or Trader Joe's / VONS side. Ordering is simple. I have their app and it's super easy to use. I do like the interface as well. Service is really quick here too. You're in and you're out with your cookies within 5 minutes of placing your order.

Taste: Almost 4 stars. Peach - very soft, not too sweet, light peach flavor, surprisingly not bad. Strawberry Pop Tarts cookie- tasted a little peanut buttery at first, thankfully again not overly sweet. Red velvet - cookie was harder than previous 2. Ok. Chocolate chip - has slight crispy edge. Tasted slightly sweeter than the others. Double chocolate fudge - Quite sweet. Price: $25.xx for 6 cookies. Normally I can resist the temptation but my family cannot, so here I am taste testing each flavor. Lol I was tempted to get the pumpkin chocolate chip one too but my family was not interested and I didn't want to be stuck being the only one to eat that one flavor. Make sure you're signed up in app for rewards points!

After a couple of weeks where one could not get their choice of cookie or their desired quantity of same, this location is back in full form. The Martha Stewart cookie collection this week was perfection and I hope Crumbl brings it back soon.

I went to Crumbl Cookies twice already. The first time, I placed a mobile order for pickup. I followed all the steps in the app--selected my pack, chose my cookies, and picked the pickup option. The estimated time for pickup was between 0 and 30 minutes. I remember it being around 7 o'clock when I arrived. As I walked in, I pressed the button on the app to notify them I was there. The store wasn't busy; in fact, it was pretty empty. The place was clean, and a staff member greeted me. I waited for them to call my name, and once they did, I picked up my order, left, and drove home. When I opened my box, I don't remember the exact cookies I ordered, but I do remember they were very crumbly and fell apart easily. I wasn't exactly satisfied, but I wasn't completely dissatisfied either. Overall, I'd rate my first experience three stars. For my second visit, I placed a mobile order for pickup again, just like before. I picked up my order around 5:45 PM. This time, when I walked in, the store was nearly empty, with only one other customer. However, I wasn't greeted. The employees just looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there--oh well. After waiting about two minutes, I saw my order being packaged right in front of me. The worker looked at me while packaging my cookies and smiled but didn't say anything. I said, "Thank you," and left. I sat on one of the benches outside to check my order. The box was dirty when I was opening it. Oh well. That's when I realized they had given me a cookie I didn't choose. It didn't ruin my day since I knew I could just go back inside to get the right one. When I walked in, I noticed the worker's expression--it was like they already knew they had made a mistake. I told them I had received the wrong cookie, and they simply said, "Okay," before handing me the correct one. They also let me keep the incorrect cookie for free! That actually made me feel a little better. The cookies were a bit hard this time, but oh well. Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been okay. It could have been better. I'd rate it three stars.

If you're considering visiting the Crumbl location in Riverside, CA, DON'T!!! This place is the worst managed location I have ever gone to. Molasses moves faster than the employees, no management and the concept of organization is non-existent. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FROM THIS LOCATION HAVE A DESIGNATED JOB TO DO!!!! This cookie company operates like a small-time Mom and Pop shop, but greedy enough to take consumer's money and order knowing they cannot deliver on time or even after more than an hour! Piss poor company, it's no wonder you call it Crumbl, it defines the service (or lack thereof) and chaotic organization within. I will never patronize or even give a penny to Crumbl! Hard to give this store a good review. Sure the cookies are good (if they have them), but the store is always dirty, staff seem unhappy, and 90% of the time, they are SOLD OUT (by noon). I have been here a couple of times and some employees are nice but some are just darn rude and disrespectful. I just went again and let me tell you they all completely ignored me and did not want to help me at all. They looked me straight in the eyes and went to help people behind me and who came in after me. Then I seen them do it to another person who was in there while I was. They were even going towards the back just to talk to each other and not help out. They need to get rid of those employees and just keep the ones who will actually help and who are nice. read more

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I preordered in the morning to pick up at 4:20 . I waited well over an hour ... 15 minutes into my wait I moved up to order number 5 and then it pushed me to number 17 ... I let the girl putting together the boxes know that happened and she said she would try and fit me in between. Well needless to say she did not ... I let another employee know who looked like the manager after having waited close to an hour know, ( Stephanie) and she completely dismissed me ... she looked at my order and told me the new number .. in the middle of me explaining she just walked away and returned to her work .. she was a complete bitch about it ... with the amount of money you spend on a large box of dozen you should get good customer service at the very least read more

I've been to this location many times in the past 2-3 years since I have been eating here. I'm usually very impressed with this location. I came Thursday night to redeem my free birthday cookie, which I waited a month to redeem and ordered the strawberry cheesecake. The cookie didn't look very appealing, nor tasted appealing. I was extremely disappointed. I regretted not getting the pumpkin brownie. Many other customers said my cookie doesn't look like the same quality as theirs. read more

Was so excited to finally have a Crumbl Cookie near me so yesterday I went there with my son to buy some cookies. Today while I was eating the rest of my chocolate chip cookie I was extremely caught off guard when I found some type of paper in the center of my cookie. Although it could of been worse this not the quality I thought I would receive and I'm glad I found it before I ate it or worse my son ate. I wish my experience was more of a 5 star then a 2 star. BEST PLACE TO GET A COOKIE! Whenever I walk into crumble cookie I nearly start drooling just looking at the new cookies they put out. Workers make no fuss and they make most cookies fresh. I finally caved and tried Crumbl cookies. I seriously thought they were over hyped. Well I can say I'm a fan! I stopped in on a whim and got a chocolate chip, triple chocolate, and churro. All three were really good but churro was the favorite! Me and my two sons shared and without telling one another we all picked that as our #1. Everything was good and I'd order again. This place deadass gave my four housemates food poisoning. This isn't very cash money of crumbl and crumbl won't be receiving my cash money any time soon. The cookies were ok, honestly you can make it at home or go to a donut shop to get the same flavors since they're obsessed with "donut" cookies which honestly just tastes like stale pumkin bread.. You're better off buying oreos or chips ahoy at target for half the price of a single cookie. On jah these cookies suck. Edit: Here are some pictures to prove that we did order cookies. Also, they didn't even give us our sugar cookie.. we got 2 chocolate chip cookies. If i wanted more chocolate chip didn't you think that I'd get it? Been seeing Crumbl Cookies all over Southern California on TikTok, Instagram, and other social medias and had to see what the hype was all about! A YouTuber I watch is OBSESSED. I wanted to see if she was exaggerating or if Crumbl was really good. Turns out it IS good but not anything I would be obsessed over... Here are my ratings: 4/5 for cookies - delicious but SUPER SUPER sweet. Almost TOO sweet... just one bite and my cookie cravings were satisfied! But of course, I didn't just eat one bite.. I ended up only eating 1/2 of the cookie because it really is that filling! The chocolate chip cookies didn't seem baked enough but still tasted good. I've had better but I still recommend giving it a try for you to rate it yourself! 4.5/5 line/ordering experience - only 1 person was in front of me when I ordered. I came here yesterday on Saturday 10/10/2021 at 3 PM. They had 5 cookie flavors to choose from when I arrived--milk chocolate chip, ruby chocolate chip, pink velvet, classic pink sugar cookie, and chocolate strawberry cheesecake. I ordered the party box which is 12 regular sized (~4.5") cookies for $36 (after tax is $38.60). I was surprised the price was so high but I live all the way in West LA and this will probably be the only opportunity I have to try them since I happen to be in the area! I ordered the last 6 chocolate chip cookies before they were sold out, and 6 of the other flavors. The staff member working at the cash register didn't seem enthusiastic, friendly or welcoming while I was ordering... she appeared indifferent even though I walked up to her, I said hi and that it was my first time there. She didn't make any suggestions whatsoever and just told me they were sold out of a lemon cookie flavor (weird--why would you tell me that if I can't order it anyway?). After ordering, the cookies came out 3 minutes later--SUPER fast. 5/5 for packaging/box they give you - it's cute! Overall, $$$ pricey cookies but I say just try it once and see what you think of it yourself. Sure I've had better cookies but this was still yummy! I wish they had more flavors to choose from when I arrived, but that's okay. It's also nice how you can oder and pay for a kiosk if you don't want to wait in line. I don't think I will be returning as I live in West LA but I am happy I gave it a try! read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The interior is clean and minimal. When I came in the afternoon, there were no other customers. The bread selection seemed limited. I decided to pick up some señorita bread with cream cheese filling and Ube filling. The bread is soft and the filling is sweet. Other than the seniority bread, I wasn't sure what else to get here.

One thing about this sandwhich is that the chicken will never cover the entire bread and it will never be distributed evenly. So you will always have one half that has less chicken and ends up being part veggie pesto sandwhich, which is still worth it. The other favorite is a turkey club sandwhich on a croissant. As far as options go, I think there's a decent selection of more unique syrups for coffees. They do change it up throughout the year. The drinks here are definitely more of a premium price point, but I think they're generally good. On this particular trip, I wanted to try their new syrup flavor (it was some form of orange zest, or something similar?), but noticed my latte had no real flavor in it after a few sips. Upon looking at the receipt, the person who took my order just gave me a regular cafe latte and didn't add the syrup I requested. The coffee was fine, but I would have liked trying something new. I have gotten several of their food options before, and I think that some of them are well-priced for the portion and some can be more on the expensive side. I think the avocado toast was pretty robust and was a good value. The steak and eggs are somewhat hit or miss, and I have had it multiple times. The cut of the meat can be chewy at times, and then also more lean and tender other times. Sometimes it comes with large pieces of chewy fat, which isn't quite to my taste. The sandwich options generally are a good value. I do kind of wish they switched up their menu a bit more often, since this current menu is rather basic and they have had more interesting food options before. Overall, a decent choice for a more premium coffee, tea, and food for the Downtown/UCR area of Riverside. Service is okay, and I have had somewhat mixed experiences with that. The employees generally seem pleasant and they're nice, but I have gotten incorrect orders at least a couple of times. During this particular visit, in which the photos are from, I had to ask two different people to get extra napkins. Our actual server was the first to acknowledge, then possibly forgot and didn't come back.
