My daughter loves it here super clean and friendly! Cookies are always soft and just right!

Easily the dirtiest and run down looking crumbl I've been to. Walked in on July 18th and the women working were too busy talking to each other to be friendly to a customer. They have one dirty and busted looking monitor that is functioning and that's how I ordered. I was honestly shocked to see a crumbl cookie business that looked that bad. The Pink Sugar cookie was horrible. I could hardly pick it up because it was falling apart. It was a mess! Not sure what happened to that dough but it was a crumbly disaster. The other cookies I got were good though. I won't go back to this location. I don't think they're interested in cleaning up their act from past comments I read on here. They like running the way they do and looking the way they do. Oh well, I'll go to the location off the 80 next time. read more

I've been to several different Crumbl locations, & unfortunately this spot was the least friendly customer service experience. No one acknowledged us when we entered & the cookie box was handed over in a perfunctory way. Only one of the 2 screens was working to order from. Granted, we went on a windy day, but a large amount of leaves had accumulated inside the front door & could have used some attention. We ordered cookie flavors that we've had before, but found these versions to not be as nicely done. The Galaxy Brownie presentation was sloppier. The filling of the Mallow Sandwich wasn't mixed as well with big clumps of yellowish cream & white cream instead of being more homogeneous. All in all, the cookies still tasted good, but I will opt to go to other locations in the future. read more

When I visited, the workers seemed extremely rushed to get me out of there even though they did close for another 8-10 minutes. I received a dirty box and dirty label (circled in red in the picture uploaded), somewhat-messy placement of the cookies in the box, and was forced to pay for two empty boxes even though other locations give me them for free if I'm splitting the box with other individuals who were also present. I am highly dissatisfied with my purchase and this location and will be leaving a review. I left the girl who assisted us a $2 tip and now I wish I could take it back since she clearly didn't want to be working at the time. Will not be returning to this location and definitely would not recommend. VERY unwelcoming, messy, and overall, terrible experience. read more

I've been having an obsession here lately! This is my 4th week in a row getting trying out the new cookies here. Get here earlier, this place is always packed around 5pm-6pm due to their rush from soccer moms and kids getting out of school. I would suggest ordering in person as well. On a very busy week, I went in around 5:30pm and the crowd was full with online orders and people waiting 20-30 mins over their pick up time. However, I walked in and ordered in-store and was able to get my order of all cookies within 10 mins. The story is very busy and the employees are always very friendly and busy. Worst service ever. The two young ladies working there, couldn't even bother to turn around when I walked into the store. One of them asked if I had ordered online and I said no. She turned around and continued on with her online orders and ignored me. I asked if I was supposed to just use the computer and order them or if I could order from them. They were totally put out and rude. I asked if they preferred people not to come in and just order online and they said no but their faces indicated that they don't want people coming into their store. Cookies were great. I would give negative stars if I could!! Wow! If you appreciate great customer service AVOID THE STANFORD RANCH LOCATION! By far the rudest "super woke" ignorant employees on the planet! The smugness fill the store. Below is a photo of my order. Cookies/Cakes were smashed together. I called and all I asked them to remake it, and they refused. The girl who answered told me to call DoorDash. I explained that I did not order through DoorDash, I ordered through my Crumbl app. She kept arguing with me and repeatedly telling me to call a 3rd party service...I was getting very frustrated trying to explain that I had nothing to show a delivery service that I didn't go through. Then she hung up on me! So I drove to the store and asked for the name of the employee who was being extremely condescending to us, and I was told no, she "legally" didnt have to give her name. Then another employee chimed in about how DISRESPECTFUL it was for me to ask her for her name! Seriously? So then I asked for the managers name. I was told there is not a manager for this location. So then I asked for the owners name. At such time, a third employee walks behind a wall where I can still hear her, calls someone and tells them that I am cussing them out and being rude. Here's the problem for them. My husband was openly recording the entire interaction! SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! Honestly- I'm done with Crumbl. Over the years, it has become my absolute favorite! I have the app on my personal phone and on my work phone. I'm always sending it for delivery. Dad's birthday in Tennessee? Send him cookies. Your kid is feeling sick? No worries I'll send you some cookies. I even have a crumble Christmas sweater and belt bag. My friends sent me memes about this store, and I am known to all my friends as the Crumbl lover. But over the past year, the customer service, especially at the store and in the citrus high store has been absolutely terrible. Yesterday we came into this location and it was pretty busy, there was a bunch of girls that had come in after their basketball game. They were each ordering one individual cookie. So no problem, I waited very patiently. I was super excited to get a cookie for my kids after their own basketball game and so I waited patiently. The woman at the counter didn't acknowledge me. She helped five people in front of me, and then when I walked up to the register, she turned around without even looking at me. No worries, I figured I understood what was going on, she had got a lot of orders so she turned around to help her worker behind the counter get caught up. So again.... I was very patient. I just really wanted a cookie and I was happy to be there. I watched as this woman moved as slow as cold molasses. She hates her job and she was not happy to be there. She had no regard for anyone or the fact that they were spending five dollars a cookie. Without even acknowledging my presence, she just then walks up to me, after delivering three cookies and turns the screen around towards me and says you can order here without even making eye contact .... Well, at that point was at the end of my patience. It was very clear that I could order at the screen, but I stood in line because I had some specific questions about the cookies and if they could do a specific order. We love crumbl cookies they are always so yummy and fun getting new flavors every week. So much so, we wanted to get them for our wedding dessert! Almost $500 for 180 cookies is very pricy at $2.50 a cookie but we wanted them so that's the piece we paid. I was very disappointed with the service we received on 9/14/25 picking up the cookies at the Stanford ranch location. I said pick up order for *blank* the girl looked at me handed them over and walks away I said have a good day she mumbles back. I had $40 cash tip to hand her when I got them and she didn't help me with the door or anything watching me struggle to open it and did say a peep to me. I put the money back in my pocket and didn't give her anything when would I? I spent $500 on cookies I'll just keep the extra tip money. I love that the cookies are served warm. $4.99 for a large cookie is not cheap. I like the chocolate chip cookie. The Blueberry Muffin cookie was too sweet to me. I am hoping to try the Tres Leches individual cookie one day. The family size Tres Leches cake for $29.99 is available this week for Cinco de Mayo 2024. This Stanford Ranch location near Dick's Sporting Goods, McDonald's, and Raku Sushi seems to prefer you use the self-service kiosk to place orders. Ordered a 6-pack online, which included a cookie with a $.99 upcharge. Received four of my requested cookies and two cookies I purposely did not order. Ignoring the fact that I could have had an allergy or dietary reason for not ordering that cookie in the first place, the unwanted substitution also removed my $.99 more expensive cookie. So I'm out $.99 and two cookies. I called the store (since it was a delivery), and no one answers their phone. Came here with my family after dinner for a quick dessert. The staff were very nice and patience as our kids decided what they wanted. The place was a little messy but felt like a bakery so it didn't bother me at all. Not like trashed or dirty but a working kitchen messy. The we got 3 mini cookies and they were so good. We love going to crumbl. It's always so fresh and we love the changing menu but with the OG cookies as a staple. They are pricey but every so often it's fun to splurge. They are very cakey and flourery. That's why we always cut the cookies in fours. We are a family of four so it's fun to taste more than one. They are very filling but fulfill that sweet craving.
