I was lucky enough to have enough points for a free dessert so I decided to try the chocolate peanut butter cup cheesecake dessert they had that week. The dessert was good but I feel like it could have had a little more a peanut butter flavor. Still good tho. I love peanut butter and chocolate. The store was very clean. Walked in and was greeted by a worker after about a minute since they were busy. Was putting in a mobile order so I asked to confirm the address, sent it in and the dessert was in my hands in literally a minute. SUPER quick service. Hubby and I were on our way home on Friday night when we remembered the Crumbl location in San Marco. We headed over and ordered a 4 pack. The flavors we chose included: -- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip - firm peanut butter cookie baked to perfection with peanut butter chips as well as chocolate chips. Similar to their classic chocolate chip cookie but with a peanut butter twist. -- Red Velvet - my second fav! I loved the white chocolate chips baked into it. I'm normally not a fan of the red velvet flavor but this cookie was scrumptious! Rich, deep flavor with a great texture. -- Maple Cream Sandwich - two soft, moist cookies loaded with sweet maple cream. Mild maple flavor, not overpowering at all. A simple, well balanced cookie sandwich. -- Oreo Birthday Cake - the best of the bunch! I'm obsessed with anything Oreo so I may be a bit biased but this cookie was super delicious! The birthday cake icing, rainbow sprinkles and chocolate cookie crumbles were perfect atop the chocolate cookie base. Overall, another great week at Crumbl Cookies. Friends and I were walking around San Marco after dinner. We wanted something sweet and came here. Once we came in, we were greeted by the cashier. She was friendly and helped us out on our selection. After we ordered, we waited just a few minutes and another associate gave us our cookies. Looking around, the establishment looked very clean. I've never been to a crumbl before, but I noticed that there wasn't any sitting. Which was fine because we walked to the square and enjoyed the weather and the cookies. We ordered 4 cookies since there were 4 of us and the cookies are huge. I had my favorite, and I appreciate that the cookie wasn't crisp since I like my cookies soft. One thing that I would say is that the cookies were a little too sweet for me. But overall, it was a good experience. read more

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the cookies are really good, but they were also $4.50 each. It was difficult finding parking and when we finally did you have to walk around the building to get to the door. It's a very poor design and would be much better with entrances from the parking area and the street as many other businesses do. We walked in and there was one employee who didn't say a word. We finally figured you don't order at the counter, but on a kiosk in the right front corner. We ordered and eventually the employee called my name, but still didn't greet us. I ask if there were napkins and she points to a near empty roll of paper towels on the counter. There was one left and she never offered to get more. I asked about the smaller cookies on display and was told you can only purchase them if you buy at least 60 and you have to order at least 24 hours in advance. The store appears very neat and clean, but with no tables to sit and eat a cookie plus the difficulty accessing the entrance and the lack of welcoming employees makes this a last choice in the area. Publix is next door and a much better choice. read more

Delicious cookies! I got the six large cookies, they were out of the cookies n cream flavor so I got an extra chocolate chip. They were made quickly and fresh and tasted delicious. I love how clean it was in there, and I loved all the pink. Having the 6 cookies layed out on the table made it nice to see the size and look of each cookie. I split each cookie into 4 pieces and split it with about 8 other people and we still didn't finish them all. They are so filling and while they are pricey, I don't think they are overpriced. The chocolate chip is my go too but I really enjoyed the cinnamon square. A must try place! read more

Yum. My friends and family have been telling me to get a cookie from here for a while. I finally stopped in and thought it was great. I placed an order for 4. I didn't check the order before I left and they gave me a chocolate cookie instad of the red- velvet..... so..... reminder to myself and you to check your order before you leave. Otherwise, deee- lish. I'd describe them like "cake- cookies" What else can I say. All were scrumptious. My favorite was the pink icing, sugar cookie. My niece loved the Lucky charms topping cookie. My advice. When you bring them home, divide each cookie into 4 parts and eat a little at a time. They are good but it's a lot. :) * Easy parking in the back lot. I had called the Mandarin location and the young lady was rude but I did want to give Crumbl Cookies a try, so I called the San Marco location and spoke with the absolutely lovely, Mia, who was SO helpful and made me want to order!!! Tried the Wonka and the Semi Sweet Dream and my husband adored both!! The cookies are huge and WELL worth $4.50 each... Really yummy and you can tell all the ingredients are soooooo fresh!! I came here based on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to get her something special so I bought a gift card and 6 cookies. The cookies are large and delicious! I shared them with my mom and my daughters so we could try a variety. The cookies are thick; moist and soft on the inside with the perfect amount of crunch on the outside. My personal favorite was the smore cookie. My mom loved the macadamia nut. The staff was super friendly and got to the order right away. They even offered to put a special little message on the box.
