My first Crumbl cookie! I know I know I am very late to the cookie game. It was actually pretty tricky to find there is no real signage out front. We were walking around the shopping center and found it. The store is very small, it's self service at a kiosk. The baker will bring out your cookie warmed. The selection here was super limited. We only 5 options to choose from. We tried the strawberry shortcake cookie and it was so good! I hate a hard cookie. This one was super soft and delicious. Not too sweet which is what I was expecting. The toppings were delicious! Definitely willing to come back. Hoping for more flavors to be added to the menu. read more

I ordered the Dubai chocolate brownie, and while it tasted good at first, I was absolutely disgusted to find a long hair baked into it halfway through. That completely ruined it for me. There's no excuse for something like that--hair nets and proper hygiene should be non-negotiable in any food establishment. To make things worse, my friend was given the wrong cookie. When he brought it back in--after clearly opening and handling it--the staff just took it and placed it back with the others like it hadn't just been touched. That's incredibly unsanitary and unacceptable. I've enjoyed Crumbl in the past, but this visit left a really bad impression. I went in there at 6:30 pm on Tuesday.I walked in and there was a female decorating cookies. She did not look up she did not say Hello or Ill be right with you. Nothing. I stood there for 5 minutes then walked out. I got upset walked back in and said 'you should acknowledge someone when they come in your store". She proceeded to scream at me very rudely "I said Hi to you"! Not not I'm sorry you must not have heard me or my apologies nothing she screamed at me. Yeah I will never go back there again. Terrible. My husband and I have been anxiously waiting for this store to open and my first experience was excellent. (We actually found a Crumbl in Palm Desert a few days before and the cookies tasted great and it made us want to try our local shop even more.) We were greeted by the cashier (wish I could remember her name as she was excellent) and she gave us information on the newest flavors and about using their app to earn points for rewards. The store itself is mostly just their kitchen/baking space and it has a small area for customers to line up and order and take the cookies to go. The staff seems to have fun with each other while preparing the cookies. We chose a box of 4 and they were all pretty delicious. My husband did the math and it is less expensive to get a box of 4 then it is a box of 6 which seemed odd to us, but we did not need more than 4 anyway. We have now been back a couple times since I started to write this review and the cookies themselves are mostly worth the price. They change their flavors weekly, so if you like a flavor be sure to pick another one up before they change and hopefully it will make the rotation again in the future. We purchased a box of 4 again and asked for 3 to be packaged together and a single box for 1 of them to give away, but they don't do that. You can purchase an extra single box if you want to split them yourself though. The staff was not as friendly as they were on our first trip here, but they seem to be having fun with each other. I recommend getting the app to earn points and see their current menu options. Overall the cookies are an excellent treat and seem to stay good for a couple days after purchasing. read more

Minimal interaction with humans which might be a nice thing for some and not for others lol. I initially wanted only 2 cookies but looking at the price, and it being my first time trying Crumbl, I decided on the 4-pack which was a $3.75 savings compares to the single cookie price x 4. Flavors I got, ranked from best to worst: 1. Snickerdoodle - They did a classic cookie justice, moist and just the right balance of flavors. 2. Gingersnap - Good and tastes like the holidays. 3. Frozen Hot Chocolate (Chilled) - Pretty good. 4. Eggnog (Chilled) - I normally like eggnog as a beverage but this cookie was not good at all, even after scraping off the icing and trying to enjoy the cookie itself. read more

There was an employee at the counter and she greeted me and asked if she could help. I never been to a crumbl cookie or ate one so I was taking a while to look. I asked for her recommendation and ended up getting 6 cookies! These were huge! They came in a cute pink box. I did see they sold milk too but I didn't get any. Every time I come to this Crumbl I'm in and out in no time. It's really weird to me that they still don't have a GIANT sign with an arrow instructing first time visitors to go to the "Great Wall of Tablets" to place their order, because it's always confusing standing there at first waiting to order wondering why none of the employees are acknowledging your existence, but I did have one female employee who went out of her way to help me customize the box for my clients and I really appreciated it. The cookies are ALWAYS amazing, and while they are a bit pricy I would say you get what you pay for. They always nail it with their monthly specials, and grabbing a 6-pack with one of each will always make you a hit at any party.
