This crumbl is in a great location, right next to the lot and surrounded by plenty of popular stores, but I was a little disappointed when I first walked in. Every crumbl I've been to has a display at the register showcasing the flavors of the week, and unfortunately this location's display looked messy, almost as if someone had played with it. It definitely wasn't the most visually appealing first impression. Aside from that, the rest of the store was clean and well maintained. I normally don't go out of my way for crumbl since their cookies tend to be much sweeter than my preference, but I received a voucher to try one of their new dirty sodas. I was a bit skeptical at first since I'd heard people describe them as being overwhelmingly sweet, but the employee working that afternoon was really nice and made my drink perfectly. Not sure where to start. I placed a mobile curbside order. Checked in when I parked directly in front of the store and app said I was 1st in line. 10 minutes in and 4 new customers had come and gone with their orders. Now at 20 minutes and the app said my order was complete. No it wasn't. Finally a worker came out to tell us they were out of the chocolate chip cookie. How on earth are you out of the most basic cookie?! I asked for a refund and was brought the rest of the order, the M&M cookie. Shame on me for not looking prior to leaving. Got half way home to only find a burnt cookie with 3 M&Ms. I went back to the store because that is not acceptable. Walked in and wasn't greeted by any of the 3 employees. Finally an employee acknowledged me, about 5 minutes later. Showed the cookie and asked for a refund. With zero apology, I was refunded my money and handed the receipt. I have been here a handful of times for various reasons. I'm not overly impressed with the cookies. They do have unique flavors though which is fun. They are big and chewy cookies but sometimes they can feel dense. Ordering is via the app or the tablet at the front counter. There's not many customer interactions when checking out. If it's busy and you have questions, it might be hard to get someone's attention - just depends how busy they are. I also came during a very busy day when they were doing giving away free cookies, it was pretty hectic. Parking here isn't usually an issue. The cookies are intended for to-go orders. I've been to this location several times. The most recent visit was for Crumbl's birthday where they had a 6-for-4 deal and were also giving away this card game with purchases (which wasn't advertised). I've never had an issue with the location, the cookies always seem fresh, service is always friendly and fast, and it's always been bright and clean inside. I think whether you like the cookies and/or think they're worth the price is personal preference - they can definitely be super sweet and taste like they were made in bulk, not so much homemade type cookies, but I appreciate them for what they are and can go for them on occasion myself. If you're a fan of Crumbl cookies, this is a good location from my experience! When you enter, you can smell the cookie scents immediately floating in the area as their kitchen is visible for everyone to see the magic happen. Customers are expected to place their orders on a touch pad that has the capability to scan QR codes to redeem items for. The wait time varies, but generally between 3-7 minutes. What makes it hard to give Crumbl 5 stars is how pricey the cookies and packs are. While I understand ingredients may have gone up due to inflation, it's tough to justify $5 for one cookie or $18.99-$48.99 for their cookie packs/party box (4-6+ cookies). We are rarely in the area and when we are, we like to stop off to grab delicious chocolate chip cookies, they're my daughter's favorite. 4 chocolate chip cookies were ordered and when she got back in the car, she opened the box and they were hard and flat as if they were overcooked. Hard as rocks! I was so upset for her that I didn't think to take a picture. I asked her to go in and ask to have them looked at and replaced, an employee's immediate response to her was, "that's how we make them now." I call BS so I went in. Someone helped me immediately and tried to make it right all the while telling the other two employees that this was a mistake, those shouldn't have been sold... and they gave me two options: 1. A fresh batch could go in but it would be 25 mins or 2. Replace with other flavors. My kids only like the chocolate chip ones so I got a refund. The one helping me was overly apologetic but the other two were less than interested. The lead herself just gave me my refund receipt and didn't say a word until I asked her about the refund. Why did i have to feel like I did something wrong? If you made a mistake, so what? It happens. But don't play people for fools. These cookies are expensive, but definitely worth it when they're baked appropriately. I am mostly disappointed because I felt my daughter was taken advantage of because she's a soft spoken teenager. I asked the employees who told her it was "how we make them now" and none of them made eye contact with me. Had they told us at the beginning none were available, we could have made the decision to either wait or not. No big deal. But the fact that these cookies were not by any means edible and were sent with her as if she wouldn't notice. I'll always have a sweet tooth for cookies, so Crumbl perfectly fits my cravings. I've been here multiple times so I'm familiar with how fancy some of their cookies can look. I started with four cookies: semi-sweet chocolate chunk, oreo chocolate crumb, red velvet sandwich, and the texas sheet cake which totaled around $15.93. Chocolate is always my go-to for sweets, so all these choices were suited for me. The semi-sweet had the perfect texture for anyone who likes original chocolate chip cookies. The oreo tasted like it was a cake cookie since the frosting was so thick. The texas cookie was a bit more on the less sweet side, but overall still really good. The red velvet was probably my most favorite since it looked like a red velvet cookie sandwich with sprinkles in the middle.
