I have been here a handful of times for various reasons. I'm not overly impressed with the cookies. They do have unique flavors though which is fun. If it's busy and you have questions, it might be hard to get someone's attention - just depends how busy they are. I also came during a very busy day when they were doing giving away free cookies, it was pretty hectic. Parking here isn't usually an issue. The cookies are intended for to-go orders. There's not space inside to eat them. If you like big unique chewy cookies, this might be the place for you. I've been to this location several times. The most recent visit was for Crumbl's birthday where they had a 6-for-4 deal and were also giving away this card game with purchases (which wasn't advertised). I've never had an issue with the location, the cookies always seem fresh, service is always friendly and fast, and it's always been bright and clean inside. I think whether you like the cookies and/or think they're worth the price is personal preference - they can definitely be super sweet and taste like they were made in bulk, not so much homemade type cookies, but I appreciate them for what they are and can go for them on occasion myself. I love Crumbl....and am USUALLY happy with the cookies. However, today I went to this location and spent close to $50. One of the things I bought was the pink velvet cookie. I bought it for someone to surprise them. Got to the party, and gave it to him. He opened the box, and all that was there was a cookie. No frosting, no cookie crumbles, no fanciness. We are rarely in the area and when we are, we like to stop off to grab delicious chocolate chip cookies, they're my daughter's favorite. 4 chocolate chip cookies were ordered and when she got back in the car, she opened the box and they were hard and flat as if they were overcooked. Hard as rocks! I was so upset for her that I didn't think to take a picture. I asked her to go in and ask to have them looked at and replaced, an employee's immediate response to her was, "that's how we make them now." I call BS so I went in. Someone helped me immediately and tried to make it right all the while telling the other two employees that this was a mistake, those shouldn't have been sold... and they gave me two options: 1. A fresh batch could go in but it would be 25 mins or 2. Replace with other flavors. My kids only like the chocolate chip ones so I got a refund. The one helping me was overly apologetic but the other two were less than interested. The lead herself just gave me my refund receipt and didn't say a word until I asked her about the refund. Why did i have to feel like I did something wrong? If you made a mistake, so what? It happens. But don't play people for fools. These cookies are expensive, but definitely worth it when they're baked appropriately. I am mostly disappointed because I felt my daughter was taken advantage of because she's a soft spoken teenager. I asked the employees who told her it was "how we make them now" and none of them made eye contact with me. Had they told us at the beginning none were available, we could have made the decision to either wait or not. No big deal. But the fact that these cookies were not by any means edible and were sent with her as if she wouldn't notice. She is not an idiot and shame on the employee(s) who packed them obviously without any care or humanity. What if this was your little sister and someone else tried to take advantage of her? Supervise your children going in, please. And if not, always check and if something appears not right, empower them to confront the situation to make it so. I am so disappointed. What I appreciate about Crumbl is how late they stay open (10pm on weeknights, 11pm on Friday/Saturday). Located in the Shops at Bishop Ranch plaza, Crumbl is tucked away in the back near Mod Pizza and Sajj Mediterranean. When you enter, you can smell the cookie scents immediately floating in the area as their kitchen is visible for everyone to see the magic happen. Customers are expected to place their orders on a touch pad that has the capability to scan QR codes to redeem items for. The wait time varies, but generally between 3-7 minutes. What makes it hard to give Crumbl 5 stars is how pricey the cookies and packs are. While I understand ingredients may have gone up due to inflation, it's tough to justify $5 for one cookie or $18.99-$48.99 for their cookie packs/party box (4-6+ cookies). I started with four cookies: semi-sweet chocolate chunk, oreo chocolate crumb, red velvet sandwich, and the texas sheet cake which totaled around $15.93. Chocolate is always my go-to for sweets, so all these choices were suited for me. The semi-sweet had the perfect texture for anyone who likes original chocolate chip cookies. The oreo tasted like it was a cake cookie since the frosting was so thick. The texas cookie was a bit more on the less sweet side, but overall still really good. The red velvet was probably my most favorite since it looked like a red velvet cookie sandwich with sprinkles in the middle. My daughter went in alone for the first time to place an order. She's still a kid and accidentally chose the wrong cookie. When she got to the car, she noticed the mistake and went back inside within five minutes. The employee said they couldn't exchange the untouched cookie. I then went in to speak with the store manager, Casey, who told me that because my daughter had left the store, there was nothing they could do. I explained that it was her first visit alone and an honest mistake, but she still refused to make it right. It's disappointing that a business would rather lose a customer over a single $5 cookie than show an ounce of flexibility or customer care.
