I am visiting from Modesto and wanted to get the dubai chocolate brownie for my sister in Livermore while i visited her. I loved the dubai brownie when they last had it, so I ordered it again when it came back to the menu. When I ordered it in Modesto, it looks so even and perfect, but when I got it in Livermore, it looks so uneven and ugly. In Modesto, they serve it without the tray, but for some reason, in Livermore, they threw the whole puck with the tray into the box. We only ate a quarter piece at a time. Unfortunately there was a HAIR embedded in the top chocolate layer. Really really gross. I called the store to tell them, and they said if I wanted a replacement, I could come in, but if I wanted are refund, I'd have to wait until tomorrow for the manager would process the refund when they are on shift. Oct 3, 2025: I came in to get the refund and return the remainder 2 dubai brownies that we didnt eat. I also brought the piece that had the hair to show them. The lady offered me a replacement but I refused and wanted the refund. I noticed there were two other men working there. Although everyone had a cap on, one of the men had a beard that wasn't face covered. I've worked in food business before and from what I know, beards were not allowed due to sanitary reasons. This location has gone down hill. The last 3-4 orders I've placed have gotten progressively worse. Today's order has 3 out of 6 cookies that are not even cooked thoroughly. Raw dough in the middle. Zero stars. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie but it wasn't really ... it only had two chocolate chips. Didn't realize this until I was too far away to go back. Called the store and the man who answered was unapologetic and rude. He literally said," that happens, what do you want me to do about it". No quality control. Stopping by Target I noticed the Crumbl store in the shopping center. I figured I would treat myself to a cookie before heading to the dentist. Plenty of parking outside the location. It's on the corner of the strip so easy to get to. They did have 2 spots for carside delivery. I walked in and went straight to the counter as I was paying with cash. The employee came to help, she was extremely polite. I asked her what her favorite of the week was, as I couldn't make a decision. We decided on a s'mores cookie and she got me rang up. It was probably a minute or 2 and my cookie was ready to go. It was an overall good experience. Location was clean and sterile looking. Customer service was great. Cookie was okay. It had good flavor, a little doughy in the middle. I don't do Crumbl too often but it met my expectations. read more

Walked in the gentlemen didn't acknowledge me for at least good 3 min, & that's a long time for someone to come in, especially they see you, it's a small room...so I kind of chuckled...so I ordered 10 cookies tip him $5. "No thank you" so I had to say something so they would know even if you think it's common sense, so I mentioned to him, when someone gives you a tip it would be great if you say "thank you"...his reply, "I didn't hear you".....wth?!!!! He's a kid, I guess is that the excuse we tell ourselves when it's regarding fast foods or retail. Do they expect a tip all the time so they assume?? Went on grand opening day,to get a treat for the family for Easter,girl said keep in fridge until a couple of hrs before u want to eat them and hey it worked had them today and they are great!!! I got all 6 varieties of the jumbo cookie they had that day varieties were iced oatmeal lemon creme,choc choc,iced Easter sugar cookie,carrot cake cookie and choc chip. Not really sure which was my favorite all great all unique, they also have a smaller cookie 8n same varieties but didn't get those. Not cheap but huge and yummy a must try!!! read more

Location- the new location in Livermore is just fair. The actual location itself serves well as its in the strip mall near Target. On the corner, easily accessible, and the store is clean. However I felt like it wasn't very inviting on a decor level. It just looked like it was still being put together. I went in on a Wednesday around 12. I've actually never been to a Crumbl storefront and my experience was disappointing. There appeared to be only 1 person working. There was one other person in the store and the employee did not greet me as I walked in. The employee was friendly enough but a lack of enthusiasm was apparent. Since this was my first time in a storefront, I expected the staff to assist in the process or just communicate their availability for questions but that didn't happen. Cookies- I purchased all the weekly menu items and their classic pink sugar cookie. Overall the flavors were fun, tasty, and their met the expectation of what they were described. My biggest concern is that the cookies are undercooked. I prefer a little on the undercooked side, but these were far too undercooked. The toppings were crooked, and there was not enough for the size of the cookie. Overall the price that is charged and what is received does not equate. Crumbl is a cookie business and with the price pay you expect a certain product. I don't think this location delivered well for my expectations. Would I give them another chance? Potentially...I would not purchase all the flavors of the week because they are expensive and I wouldn't want to return to this location because the cookies were extremely undercooked. Hoping this is just an issue with the location being fairly new and they can make some adjustments. read more

I'm a huge fan of CRUMBL, have ordered from them many times and have enjoyed the vast flavors offered! If I can say one thing about this location in particular compared to other locations I have visited, I've noticed that the Livermore location often undercooks the regular sized cookies. I enjoy a cookie that is soft in the middle, for sure, but the dough is nearly raw compared to other locations. Is that a choice? Is there a way we can order our cookies more well done? I usually leave positive reviews for Livermore businesses, but I feel compelled to say we were disappointed in Crumbl. You do not have the option of speaking to a friendly face when you enter. You have to use their ordering system monitor which doesn't make sense to a newbie. It asks if you want a small dessert or a large dessert. How do I know? I just came to buy a cookie because my husband saw a store in Berkeley and wondered about it. I wanted to ask if any of their cookies were vegan (often peanut butter cookies are). But, alas, there was nobody interested in helping. So, I just paid for the one regular size chocolate chip and one birthday cake cookie with my card. These cookies had absolutely not been baked fresh or even in the last several hours. They were both underbaked and totally "meh" tasting. I guess my expectations were too high. Never cheating on my local crumbl cookies location again, this place was honestly my worst crumbl cookie expirence. I was craving crumbl cookies on the way to Brentwood and was passing Livermore so I stopped at this location and tell me why they didn't even ask the classic " did this look good?"
