Stopped By sprinkles this weekend as my Fiancée & I were in the area! Sprinkles cupcakes have always been a good choice, the cupcakes are moist and they switch up their flavors often but keep their Key player's available most if the time. The cupcakes are a bit pricey and can add up quickly if you get a few! They also have a Sprinkles ATM right outside their store front. Just in case you would rather not walk inside. Although, the staff is super friendly and their customer service is pleasant. I would like to see different Vegan Flavors on their cupcakes. That would be awesome.

A quick update as it's been quite some time since I've reviewed this Sprinkles. I'm still not a fan of super sweet frosting, but once a year I go to Sprinkles to pick up a free cupcake and perhaps grab another one. This year, I ended up just ordering here versus the app and I sadly regret not using the app. There are two ordering kiosks and of course you could order with the person there (who was a delight by the way). I picked out my cupcakes and then as I was about to order, I needed to claim my rewards and then I had to enter in my credentials. Darn it, I don't remember my password. So I had to go into the recesses of my brain to figure out that one but I did figure it out. My order was packaged up and ready to go in no time. I got the Berries and Cream as well as the Margarita. Both again VERY sweet. But that's what you get with Sprinkles. I just wish they toned down the sweetness. I did bump up the rating here as the person who was there was a joy to talk to and interact with. Again if you have a sweet tooth and want a treat, definitely drop by and try out a cupcake or two. They also have seasonal flavors so it's fun to try out the new cupcakes.

Went here for a well reviewed cupcakes ,Beautiful in the outside, inside restaurant is ok,we ordered sticky toffee, red velvet, lemon blueberry and salty caramel on the kiosk and service is fast. The cupcakes are a bit dry,i don't know how old is it in their shelf and the icing is too thick that it's excessive for the cupcake that i have to scrape some of it.There's a little fondant on top of the cupcake and im not sure if that's just decoration because it's too hard to bite and it's like plastic.I don't mind paying for a cupcake if it's good but this place fell short .

Tried the holiday flavor: gingerbread cup cake. Just a quick snack. I like the flavor. Will come again to get the other holiday season flavors. Service was quick. Ordered online and picked up at store. There was a kiosk to order too: very convenient. Ambiance was nice, place was huge and seating is comfortable. The only experience I did not like was the cake holder and inside the brown bag.

Thank you so much for your support of SPARC's dessert auction fundraiser! The generosity of businesses like yours helps us to thrive, and our evening was a huge success! Many people bid on your beautiful cupcakes, and thank you also for putting the SPARC logo on each!

Honestly, I was a little disappointed in the cupcakes. The service was great and the employees are very friendly. However, I didn't understand the hype of the cupcakes. It's definitely a fun environment for a younger crowd. We got the salted Carmel, red velvet, and a pineapple one. My red velvet was very rich ! I could only take a few bites !

It's been a few years since I last went to sprinkles. Their Stanford Shopping location is where I used to go a lot. Sprinkles San Ramon is a lot closer to home. I did notice on my recent purchase that the cupcakes are a bit smaller. I do remember them being slightly bigger. Inflation equals shrinklfation I guess. The cupcakes in their reels on IG look bigger. I wonder if the size of the cupcake depends on location. Ordering made easy with the in store tablet or through the app.

If you're looking for dessert and somewhere to relax after shopping around Bishops ranch and don't want ice cream, there's sprinkles cupcakes that has cupcakes, cookies, and even coffee, milk and drinks! You order through their kiosk and it will be ready, they even have an outside station to order. People will also pre order for pick up. The cupcakes were pretty popular for how moist they are especially their red velvet. This location is connected to Patelco and their lobby and there's access to restrooms. I got a mini dozen which had red velvet, vanilla chocolate, and their seasonal pumpkin flavors which were really good to share! Parking is fairly easy as there's a parking garage and plenty of parking.

Close this Sprinkles I just wanna start off by saying I absolutely love Sprinkles in La Jolla and Beverly Hills. Somehow, just somehow this Sprinkles in the Bay Area is the absolute worst cupcakes I've ever had. Let's talk about the ambience for a second so it's located in a mall and it's one of the outside stores but when you go into it, it's half a Sprinkles with a little counter and then it also shares space with a bank. It's very strange so you can't really tell if the tables are for the people waiting in line at the bank or if they're for the Sprinkles customers. Regardless, it's strange because it's not a lively environment like other Sprinkles because banks are quiet and sterile so I don't know who thought of that real estate option but it's not it. But when you notice the cupcakes it look so bad it's embarrassing. I mean you're paying over five dollars per cupcake and the fact that they let their staff put those for display shows the respect that they have for their customers, so now if you decide to purchase one that looks like an off brand Temu version of an actual sprinkles cupcake, you will be just as disappointed with the taste as you will with their appearance. We purchased a box of four different flavors. I could see in the display that they had the cupcake I wanted it, but it wasn't on the POS so I asked them and they said it's because it's the last one, order it as a red velvet, and I will change it out for you. I had to ask the girl at the counter why all of the cupcakes were not uniformly baked some were spilling over on the side some were under frosted, some were uneven, they just looked horrible and her response was "we've had some customers complain about too much frosting", which answered nothing and also Sprinkles has a signature way of frosting and the amount of frosting used and if people don't like that, then Sprinkles isn't for you. You don't cater to a new demographic when Candace opened up Sprinkles and had her vision of the cupcake to frosting ratio that's to be expected and that's the Sprinkles standard. It's not what you think or what a customer thinks, theres a Sprinkles standard and that's what I expect. Back to the ordering, I thought it was very strange because I work in the culinary industry myself, and it's going to throw off your sales because if you're putting in a different cupcake that was sold and selling a completely different cupcake, how are you gonna be able to properly know sales if it looks like different items are being sold than the actual product? Anyhow I was excited, even though they were the ugliest Sprinkles cupcakes I'd ever seen I got to my car, I opened the box and I realized they put the wrong cupcakes in the box so I had to go back in; the girl took my cupcakes from my box and put them back into the display. She then handed me the right cupcakes and I walked back to my car. I'd been hyping up to my boyfriend how wonderful these cupcakes are going to be because he's never tried them before, I bite into the strawberry cupcake, he takes a bite and then I go to take another and he grabs the cupcake and says there's a hair in it. I didn't believe him, but sure enough there was a hair baked into the cupcake. Long story short, the district manager reached out to me and we talked on the phone for over a half an hour, and she told me how much they were working on their baking and their customer service at this location and to please give them another try that she was sending a coupon code to my email and we got off the phone. She sent a coupon code for four free cupcakes extremely cheap of her, we went back. Cupcakes were still garbage, dry, not uniform and the employees once again look like they've never showered. I've been in the baking industry for over 17 years. I do not understand what their issue is. They have the same equipment as all of their Sprinkles with the same recipes. It's just poor management. The district manager doesn't know what she's doing or isn't putting enough time in whatever the cases they have horrible customer service. This location has none of that and their reviews show it, they should just close because they're giving Sprinkles a bad name. I can't say one good thing about this place, I will never go back.

Of the four cupcakes we ordered, the Dark Chocolate and Sprinkle (left of photo) were our favorites.

Stopped by a couple of weeks ago after dinner at The Lot. Most of their cupcakes were sold out, so our family of four chose one each and took them to go. At home, we carefully cut each cupcake into fourths, so we could taste all four flavors. Of the four cupcakes we ordered, the Dark Chocolate and Sprinkle were our favorites. The Chocolate Marshmallow was our least favorite, and the Triple Cinnamon (my choice) was somewhere in between. Will return earlier in the day next time!

    Shrinkflation! Half a cupcake!? Awful
    JT D.

Sprinkles was closed, went to the ATM. Paid $6 for a cupcake. Found that the cupcake was made mostly of frosting and half of the cake! Classic for shrinkflation and paid $6+ tax for one cupcake! I'm out here supporting a business during time of inflation and I get cheated! If you do go, ask why all the cupcakes are half battered. Didn't happen to me, but happened to my friends too! Something is going on...

We're in the San Ramon area and wanted sweets. We decided to check Sprinkles and get some cookies and muffins. They have a vast selection of cookies and muffins. They're made fresh daily and homemade. The person behind the counter was very nice and offered us some selection for our liking. We had their cookies and passed on the muffins. We had this chocolate chip and Red Velvet cookies. The portions are huge and both are delicious. We enjoyed our cookies and will come back for their muffins one of these days.
