These are the WORST cookies I've ever had!! Undercooked ... Ridiculously expensive (I think @ $6.50 each and actually too sweet to eat! I love sweets but the frosting on these is awful. Such a good crumble always joyous workers working. Although one time I order a cookie for delivery to my house and they gave me the complete wrong order and I did not get my cookie. With two new locations opening up in Massachusetts I had to go see what the hype was about. With the first being near The Boarder Cafe on Route 1 and the second addition being in Station Landing. Myself being an avid cookie lover - I can appreciate a good cookie. What's a good cookie to me? Well it's a combination of things ... the texture; crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, sweet but not too sweet, unique flavors, and a good price point. Here at Crumbl Cookies that's exactly what they have! After speaking with the very kind staff - I learned that each and every week they produce 4 new signature flavors where you have to get it that week or you'll miss out. Besides their 4 constantly changing flavors they do have 2 flavors they keep steady in their rotation: Milk Chocolate Chip (served warm) and their Classic Sugar Cookie (served chilled). This month their 4 new creations were: - Boston Cream Pie: A New England-inspired cookie topped with tasty vanilla pastry cream and a rich chocolate ganache (served chilled) - Caramel Cake: A fluffy sugar cookie smothered with sweet and smooth caramel glaze (served warm) - Snickerdoodle: Soft, yet crispy--a sweet vanilla sugar cookie coated in a sparkly cinnamon sugar crust (served warm) - Red Velvet White Chip: Your favorite cake, elevated--a dark red velvet cookie loaded with gooey white chips (served warm) When it came time to order I was torn between the 4 flavors - but the friendly staff helped me narrow down to 2: the Boston Cream Pie and the Caramel Cake. Being a Boston native - I had to try the Boston Cream Pie at about $4.50 and let me tell you, an EASY 10/10. I love that it's served chilled because it allows the tasty vanilla cream to be cooled gives the entire cookie as a whole a nice texture with every bite. The chocolate topping was a nice shell that encapsulated the vanilla cream that was cooled but still very very soft. The cookie was a very interesting take on a mix between a pastry and a pie crust. Whatever it was, it was super flalky, moist, and didn't crumbl! I looked forward to each and every bite!! SO SO GOOD. I'll have to try the Caramel Cake before the week comes to an end and the new week begins. read more

Great cookies, but for $4.95 each? Oof. I loved the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip. The fruity pebbles one was a little on the raw side, but still super tasty. I was really disappointed by the cornflake-marshmallow "cookie"- it was literally just a rice krispy treat! Definitely not worth $5. I literally am in here at least 2 times a week and usually at 8am after I drop the kids off for school! Am always greeted with a smile from super friendly people (with no judging that Im there at 8am to eat cookies) Mondays are the best to come if you love a flavor from last week as they almost always have left overs! The lines arent as long as they used to be when they first opened, the parking is plenty so there is never a problem there! They dont often run out of flavors like I hear about other locations from friends! I come in every week with the intention of buying 4 and usually walk out with a 12 box!!! I cant even begin to list the fave flavors, But Cornbread, Kentucky Butter Cake are among my top fave - The Chocolate Chip is too sweet & needs to use SemiSweet but thats just me! Specifically bakery's by throwing crazy prices with mediocre food and people will pay for it because it's a "trend". I would recommend any of the bakeries in the area over this place as you can get triple the amount of food for the same price and still be delicious. Been to Woburn and Metheun locations and absolutely enjoyed the cookies. When I heard that Crumbl is opening a location nearby I was super excited. I used the app to order ahead but I still had to wait a bit. In agreement with other reviewers, the cookies were undercooked. They were cold and so doughy. What happened?! They were slightly better after putting in the microwave for 20 seconds. I plan to bake the other two chocolate chip cookies for 5 more mins so they can get to the gooey and crispy consistency. read more

I've been waiting to try this company for about a year and I'm really glad they opened in my area! I expected the cookies to be fine and was SO pleasantly surprised when I saw the size and got a chance to taste them. I got classic chocolate chip, double chocolate, s'mores, and the chilled classic sugar cookie. All of them have a delicious crust and a softer middle. I was happy these weren't total sugar bombs and actually had a good mix of sweet and salty flavors. The staff could not be nicer and they were quite busy cooking in the back! I actually liked them all equally (was expecting s'mores to be my favorite) and the double chocolate is packed with cocoa. $4 dollars for quite a large cookie, places like Flour downtown charge you about $3 for a smaller cookie but these are huge and served hot (or chilled, depending on what you get). read more

Went into Crumbl today to get my free birthday cookie. My birthday was yesterday. However, I didn't end up going by yesterday because I had birthday plans. The woman at the counter "assumed" I redeemed it elsewhere because the code wouldn't pop up on her little ipad, when I didn't. Came to Crumbl for the birthday week as happy as can be, and as soon as I walked in waited about 5 minutes then these people decided to call me Oreo, Carlos, and Aryia. My name is Auria. I'm very unhappy with my service because how is Carlos close to Auria? Don't even get me started on the cookies, they looked like they were thrown onto the floor before put in the box. I was in town visiting friends and was excited to see this Crumbl location (apparently just opened?). The store itself had a great layout, the colors popped, and was pretty spotless inside. As for the smell of the cookies when you walk in? Yeah... I need that boxed up and ready to go for those moments I'm like, "Dear God, Today Sucks. K. Thanks." to carry me through. They should have fans blowing that smell outside. It would be like the Pied Piper. Tried the classic chocolate chip and a red velvet one with white chocolate. Enough to share with my wife and kids! I liked the soft center (think chewy) with crisp edges, and really sweet and filling, it wasn't over the top, "I need to lie down now", kind of decadent. Maybe more of a "milk to the rescue!" moment. Price seemed right for the size of the cookie (this ain't no Safeway cookie, people) and quality of the cookie. Napkins would have been helpful, but really no complaints at all. Now I'm bummed I won't have access to a Crumbl close to me when I get back to Seattle (hey Crumbl, how about a downtown Seattle, or even neighborhood location, eh?). Visited first thing when they opened and I was impressed. There is plenty of parking as they share a plaza with Trader Joe's and everyone said hello and welcomed us as we walked in - nice touch! I'd never been to a Crumbl before but heard good things and I was not disappointed. They have 4 cookies that will change each week and 2 staple cookies (sugar and chocolate chip). We got one of each of the special cookies - loaded chocolate chocolate chip, carrot cake, apple pie and s'mores. These cookies are huge and well worth the price. They were amazingly warm and gooey. My favorite with the s'mores. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they come up with each week and if you're looking for some awesome big cookies then you definitely have to stop by! read more

Great cookies, the staff is very young and immature. You can tell by the way they're talking to each other and goofing around. We didn't like that they scream "WELCOME TO CRUMBL" as soon as you walk in. It startled us at first. And then they just keep doing it as people walk in, it's a lot. The cookies were great though! The inside is pink and white and very pretty for a cookie shop It is a bit pricey for cookies but they're huge cookies! Here's what they should do to get 5 stars: -Have someone on top of sweeping the floors. There were random papers crumpled on the floor and leaves all over. It makes the cute decor look dirty. (Not cute to see in pictures in either) -Have Napkins & Cutlery... I don't understand why a cookie place doesn't have napkins or plastic knives just Incase customers need to split cookies or eat them in the car. We asked for napkins and it was a whole ordeal. They gave us those hard brown napkins from the cleaning roll.... Very aesthetic lmao -Have options for milk. They only had chocolate whole milk and regular whole milk. No almond milk??? I was sad. -Lastly, provide an option for the mini cookies (which are actually regular size) for purchase as well... like a box of them (think 25 munchkins) but like a box of 10 of those. They only have them for catering events. It's unfortunate because that would be a great option for those who are unsure of flavors or maybe don't want the huge cookie they may not finish. *Overall; it was a great first time. The bakery it's self is cool , clean, pretty pink. The packaging was cute and snap worthy. They have about 5 flavors they rotate weekly. I was highly disappointed in all of the cookies I tried thus far. (Dry.. flavorless.. floury tasting) Not even the chocolate chip hits the spot..
