Fascinating cookie place... It doesn't look like much - kind of industrial, like you are in a commercial bakery. When you enter, there are kiosks for ordering on your left. They are optional - you can order your cookies there or you can order at the counter. They have a great selection and, while they are a little pricey for cookies, the experience was nice. These cookies are very filling and 1 cookie is more than enough to share, however, if you're looking to for a variety ordering the box of 4 is the way to go. The service was quick, we walked inside and ordered through the tablet which is placed on the wall. I'm not sure you can order at the counter with a person, I did not see registers by them. My daughter had seen Crumbl in Seattle, so jumped at the chance to buy some cookies for her lolo's birthday party. The shop is located in a strip mall, and obviously has enough visibility to be noticed. It's a pretty smooth process to order once there: the menu is displayed on the screens at top, and you order and pay at a self-servce kiosk. You then stand back and wait for your name to be called...and it wasn't more than 2 minutes before we got our cookied. You can see the back where the cookies are being made. The cookies are very big...and very expensive...about $5 per cookie if ordered individually. She ordered a half dozen for $24. They were slightly warm when we got them. We ended up eating them about 3 hours later. My daughter really liked them (even for the price). I like my cookie crispy, and these were definitely not that...and there wasn't any sort of incredible ingredients for flavor to them. For the folks that like eating cookie dough raw, this would be good (they were very dense and almost cakey)...I didn't care for it....if you are going to eat something with that much butter/fat, it should be worth it. And it's not because they were so big and thick...we had some incredible cookies made by a friend who made cookies like this, but were amazingly crispy but not hard. I'm a fan of Crumbl Cookies. The cookies have been fresh everytime we've ordered them. They have a good selection of traditional and unique cookie options. If you haven't tried Crumbl Cookies before, these are pretty big cookies, they're perfect for sharing. Now that they have more locations open, the wait time to get in line, order and get your cookies is way better. We're typically able to walk in and out within 10-15 minutes on average now, without waiting in a line outside to get in to order. We typically go to this Schaumburg location, the employees have always been friendly and helpful at this location. I have been seeing things online about Crumble cookies for SO long now and was super excited/curious to try them out. This weeks flavors were: -Blueberry Muffin (8.5/10 and my fave!) -Mallow Sandwich (8/10) -Skillet Cookie (6.5/10 - I would have replaced the frosting with maybe whipped cream? Was too much frosting imo) -Confetti Milkshake (7.8/10 was yummy but VERY sweet and loaded with frosting. - maybe it should have been stuffed w a thinner layer than on top?) -Galaxy Brownie: didn't try -Milk Chocolate Chip: didn't try Overall, I wasn't too impressed and I think aesthetically they look great and they don't taste bad per se but its easy to find a yummier tasting cookie that may not look as pretty. They are also not cheap, so definitely consider you will be paying an average of 5$ per single cookie or an average of 4$ per cookie if u take the 4, 6 or 12 pack. I will visit the store again to try some different flavors as they are updated weekly and this time around, the simpler the better! I will say however that the employee working the store that night (Maya) was super sweet and kind and managing an entire store alone and if I based my rating on her they would get a 5/5 rating! read more

These cookies are ABSOLUTELY worthy of the hype. I can honestly say whenever I need a pick me up either I'm ordering me so Crumbl or someone else is for me... I've been gifted Crumbl more times than I can count! I actually love that the cookie flavors change each week, it certainly keeps things interesting. Obviously, Crumbl Cookies blew up - I was seeing it all over TikTok and Instagram. One day my friend and I decided to try it after getting dinner. We decided to get 4 cookies and I think it was around $15 including tax. This is what we thought - Chocolate chip- 8/10, gooey and yummy, but very buttery/oily Sugar cookie- 7/10, almost too cold like semi-frozen, but pretty yummy Brownie batter - 9/10, super good, tastes like a legit brownie Funfetti milkshake - 4/10 I did not like it, the sprinkle dough was alright but the frosting was just not it I would definitely come again and try other flavors, I've heard mixed reviews about Crumbl Cookies and from my first experience I think it's a tad overhyped. We don't have one of these in my city yet, and I see them all over Tik Tok. Sadly the prior week's flavors were exactly what I would have loved. One was a peanut butter/chocolate something. We went on the first week of Breast Cancer awareness month, so all were pink. There was a ruby chocolate chip, a doughnut one, a raspberry cheese cake and a pink velvet. (we also got the other 2 "standard flavors": sugar cookie and chocolate chip). For 6 cookies, I think is was $22 or $24. You can really taste the butter in these things. My favs were the sugar cookie - super sweet, and the pink velvet. This is an interesting store model, new cookies every week, to keep people coming back to try. This franchise is growing fast, so we shall see if it burns out, or can maintain. The good, reliable chocolate chip cookie is a must. My favorites I've had so far ar the red velvet and oreo creme cookie. These cookies are definitely best warm and fresh from the oven. Excited when it first opened and we'd go relatively often. They're expensive, but decently good cookies. However, the last few times we've been in there, it looks and feels very run down. The walls are dirty and it needs to be cleaned and repainted. It just doesn't look like it is really being cared for. It has started to feel kind of gross inside, which I was disappointed with considering they are a pretty high end priced cookie. I visited my mom a few weeks ago, and knew I had to take her to Crumbl. This location is the closest one to her, but it's still 40 minutes away. However, I knew once she tried the cookies, she'd understand. Crumbl Cookies are the best, perfect for any occasion, and great for sharing! Even after making her drive 40 minutes for cookies, my mom was a great sport and agreed that they're worth the drive! Of course, I agree. Their cookies may be good, but I'll never know! I placed an order a day in advance to deliver to my friend on her birthday. She never got them. The app still says "arriving in 1 minute" and "order in process" 4 days later. I tried calling several times and left several messages which are still unreturned. I also emailed and finally heard from them days later. They said I need to contact Uber eats or door dash. I ordered right through the Crumbl app. Crumbl is the charge on my credit card, so they are the only ones who can refund me. If they outsourced the delivery that's on them. I don't recommend unless you like throwing money away. Hopefully disputing the charge on my credit card works, but no thanks to the store to resolve the issue or make it right. Just "so sorry". Thankful for being an Elite member and being selected to partake in some cookies, 4 free ones to be exact. I picked out 2 chocolate chip, a red velvet, and dirt cake cookie. While they are a bit oversized, taste wise they're okay. Nothing significant or spectacular sticks out about them. I do like the concept- gourmet cookies, that switch up flavors but I wish they had some kind of "wow factor" to them. For $3+ a cookie, I am glad I got them for free and I don't know if I would go back to pick up more- only cuz they're are better bakeries out there... I did wait close to an hour to get in to the store. They have kiosks on the wall, but they were not operating when I was there. I had to check out crumbl cookies in Schaumburg, IL due to the hype I was seeing. The shop was really clean on the inside. Orders are placed on a computer screen and then filled within a few minutes. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of crumbl cookies. Didn't care for the flavor as the taste of butter was coming through too much and it was missing that nice crispness that I love around the outside of a fresh baked cookie. I first came here on a Monday around 8pm and the line was wayy too long. I didn't think it would be that busy since it was closing at 10. Hours are 8am-10pm. So I thought I'd try and come back Wednesday. Came back around 2pm. There was still a line but it wasn't too bad. Total time was about 20-25 minutes. The place is small but she cute though. Limits 10 customers at a time. I do like that they display a visual of the cookies by the cashier. Makes you or even the kiddos make a better and possibly a faster decision. The box that they come in is very cute and sealed with a sticker. I like how they decided to go with a long wide rectangular shape instead of a traditional square box. The presentation is clearly noticed :-) The menu is simple and I love that the cookie selection changes weekly, and the drinks are seasonal. And of course, it wouldn't be complete without your milk. Size is bigger than your average cookie. I wasn't expecting that but I can kinda see why it's $4/cookie. But I can't justify paying $4 for it lol Maybe $3.25 seems fair. I couldn't (or maybe shouldn't) eat a whole cookie so I had to cut a few pieces to be able to try them all. I didn't want a sugar rush ^__^ Chilled cookie- My most favorite. Fluffy and the frosting was so soft. Whatever they used on top, was so smooth. Not sure if it was icing, because it didn't taste so sugary or gritty Banana cream pie- Another favorite for me. Got tips that the lines were shorter in the morning, and I called in to confirm this. There was still a short line when I arrived at 10am, but it moved fast. Staff was friendly, ordering process was fast and easy. My favorites were the chocolate chip and red velvet with white chocolate chips. I didn't get to eat it right away to get the full experience, sadly. It looked to me as they were coming out pretty fresh. I rewarmed these at home and it was the most soft and fluffy, moist, perfect cookie. These two were my favorites. I think I prefer warmed cookies over chilled, but it's an interesting concept to have both. Prices are a bit high, but the cookies are pretty big too. I was under the impression that this location just opened and not a lot of folks knew about it yet so it took me by surprise to see a line down the strip mall. It was also drizzling but people still waited outside. They limited the number of guests to 10 people in the store at the same time so the line looked longer than it seemed. I decided to get the flavors of the week which were banana cream pie, dirt cake, peanut butter and red velvet. They always have the chocolate chip and the chilled sugar so I decided to opt for the new ones. It's a larger cookie and definitely intended for sharing. I had no idea what to expect but these were really good. I received the cookies warm and the banana cream was chilled. The cookies were soft and gooey and very yummy. I had no idea these cookies had quite a following on Instagram but it makes so much sense. Saw these on tiktok so I was so excited to hear a location opened in IL. I drove 30+ minutes for these! For reference, I went at noon on a weekday and it was pretty busy. There were 4 people in front of me but there was constantly a line out the door the whole time I was there. Thankfully, the line moves pretty fast and you get your order pretty quick as well. The store itself is so cute and clean. There are plenty of workers all in masks. I like how they show you the cookies to make sure everything looks ok before giving you your order! Chilled Twix cookie: This one was so yummy. Probably one of my favs. They suggest you keep it chilled but it still tastes so good if you don't. It doesn't taste like Twix 100% but you can still taste the effort. So yummy! S'mores brownie: This one was good but my least favorite. The base of the cookie is chocolate and I don't like chocolate cookies. But I love the layered look with the toasted marshmallow cream in the middle. PB&J: This cookie brought back childhood memories! Literally tastes like a PB& J sandwich. They did a good job on this one! Cake batter: I feel like you can never go wrong with cake batter anything! There's sprinkles in the cookie and the frosting on top is delicious and not super sweet. Overall, I would come back but def on a weekday again to avoid busy lines.
