I have been to this cookie store on four occasions. The first time I got a red velvet cookie that was very good. And the presentation was attractive in the little pink box. Special. I told all my friends to go. Unfortunately my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th trips were not as good. Cookies were not soft and flavorful as the red velvet. We're they old??? So I would say Seminole Florida Crumbl cookies are hit or miss. At almost five dollars per cookie I think I will go across the street to Publix and get a half dozen very good cookies for the same price. Also the clerk that took my order had a sour attitude. OK, so anyone who's been to a Crumbl cookies knows that they're cookies are absolutely delicious! But the bakers behind the counter at this specific Crumbl have the absolute best customer service, and their cookies are always a bit bigger, and a bit fresher than any other Crumbl I have visited. I usually do curbside pick up and the few times that they haven't had cookies ready they have come out to my car personally and ask me if I am OK. Waiting for fresh cookies. I mean who's not OK waiting for a fresh warm delicious cookie but they could've made me sit there another 10 minutes and I would've been just as happy but they took time to come out and actually asked me if that was OK or if I wanted something different. These bakers are absolutely proud of the cookies that they make and it shows through the cookies that come from this specific location. When I've gone into the store, it is always very clean, and everyone is always very polite and very inviting and welcoming. They are building a new Crumbl that is actually closer to me however, I will probably not go there because of the customer service level at Seminole. The cookies were "ok", but nothing to go crazy for! Their signature chocolate chip cookie was probably the least flavorful- the other iced ones like sugar shark, mint brownie etc were good but frosting too sweet and just not good enough to have all these free standing stores:( It's a Novelty and they have cute boxes . They also need to work clean, every time we walked in the store it was a MESS! The workers, floor, mixers, everything. If you are going to have a open concept, keep it really clean! read more

NOOOOO!!!!! Do not go to this location!! I have lived in Utah & grown up eating crumbl cookies & these are NOT how they are supposed to be made! They were burnt & dry! I asked the owner for a new version and he began to yell that they were doing their best & suggested I "go to the Clearwater location" .. uh not exactly how a professional handles business in my opinion. I then asked for a refund which they gave me and then I asked for his name to which he replied "why would I do that? what do you need my name for?" I had high hopes for this cookie store. Unfortunately, I've had much better cookies. I ordered a party pack and got a dozen cookies. Yes, they are HUGE. I was expecting a warm, squishy, moist, decadent cookie. I feel like I've made better cookies. Pillsbury makes better cookies. Crumbl was lack luster, the sugar cookie with the frosting tasted bland, not sweet enough and the frosting almost tasted like it had chemicals in it. I feel like I wasted $36.00. I also got plain chocolate chip, a rocky road, peanutbutter Reese's and funfetti. I was disappointed and needless to say I probably won't be back. read more

1st time and last time! I wanted to send something to my very hardworking co-worker to show my appreciation for all she does for me and our entire Supply Chain Team. Another co-worker recommended Crumbl so I sought out tibia one that was close to our Largo location. I placed an order online for 6 assorted cookies to be delivered. I was given the option to include a card with a message. I included a "thank you for all you do" message and included my name to be sure she knew who sent the heartfelt sentiments and sweet treats. NOTE: I work remotely so I was not going to be there when the cookies were delivered. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the message that the cookies had been delivered within the hour! When I didn't hear from the intended recipient I began to get worried that perhaps they arrived at the building but did not make it to her so I checked with the receptionist. She confirmed that they arrived and asked "were they from you?!" She said that the recipient could not figure out who they were from but FINALLY ate one. She told me that there was "no card or anything to indicate who they were from!!!! I immediately went back on line to request a response as to why the card was not sent. NO RESPONSE I responded to the text notification that I received when they were delivered asking for someone to contact me. NO RESPONSE I finally decided to call the store. I asked to speak to a manger and was put on hold. I am pretty sure the same person who answered came back on the phone as "the manager". When I explained my issue her simple explanation was "the printer is out of paper". I was stunned. She said they told the owner but they were still out of paper! I politely asked if they could have included a handwritten card and was told that was against corporate policy. Seriously? So it is not against corporate policy to send out a "Thank you" gift with no gift giver message or identity? I asked to speak to the owner and was told that I could email him. When I said that I already emailed him and he did not answer. She told me that he is very busy and may not get to it. I told her that with the level of customer service that they are providing he won't be busy for very long and ended my conversation. Here we are 1 week later and I have yet to hear from ANYONE. I spent a fair amount of money for this but will NEVER order anything from ANY CRUMBL location again! I will not recommend CRUMBL. I will share this experience far and wide! read more

Came to this Crumbl location because I heard about how wonderfully delicious the cookies were, not to mention the amazing customer service you receive there. I sure wasn't disappointed that's for sure. Everything from the wave of welcomes I received upon walking through the door to the wonderful array of flavors I received. I absolutely loved that they constantly change their cookie flavors, which makes everytime you go there seem like your first time. Huge plus imo. Also, the owner took time to introduce himself to me and the other customers that came in and was very personable. You absolutely must come and treat yourself to a cookie or 12. I experienced horrible customer service from the manager rob. I went in to get a 4 pack and noticed something wrong with one of the cookies. I pointed it out to him and he got extremely frustrated and started to yell at employees in a very unprofessional way.
