The ambiance is social and might feel more college-like, understandably but don't let that stop you from ordering anything. My green tea matcha latte was actually really good. I didn't have any issues with service or ordering even though I kept my order simple since I'm not familiar with their menu (yet). From my limited experience here, it was good. The establishment feels almost hidden if you're new or curious about it. But go check it out for yourself and let me know how their matcha ice cream is. I'll eventually be back again.

I had to ask a few times to figure out if I could get a certain cone without strawberries. I got the Cheesecake Cone, it was good but very messy. I'd recommend sitting down to eat. I wasn't give a napkin or spoons but you definitely need it especially if it get hotter. The price is up there for a singular cone it's about $11, they also have optional tipping that doesn't feel optional. The restaurant is clean, but lacking in keeping you around. They have tables you can stand around outside, but the objective inside seems like to get you ice cream and get out; I'm sure it makes sense during busier times. All in all it's good, just not great. I got their spanner matcha which was described to be salted maple flavoring. I'm not sure if it was the matcha or the maple but it had a weird aftertaste that I can seem to describe it other than an expired taste.
