When we walked in, we were not greeted and had to place our order through the kiosk. Not a problem, but typically there's always good service. After we placed our order, a customer asked how long the wait would be and an employee said there was only a wait because us, as customers, were ordering cookies. There were employees touching their faces, and pulling out their phones, then proceeded to touch and ice the cookies. Following that, an employee complained loud enough for the customers to hear, about how she had been there all day and was supposed to go home hours ago. Let me start by saying crumbl cookies are v tasty but that's not what this review is based upon. The product can be great and the service can be crappy and that can be a reason to not return. Today I popped in to try their new lucky charms cookie, bc hello what a great flavor. I went in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Needless to say the place was empty. When I walked in, no one even said hello. There were three people working. After I stood for a minute a woman working the front came out and proceeded to gossip with another female employee about some kind of drama, still didn't acknowledge that a customer was waiting. When she was finally ready to take my order she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience huffing and puffing. Like girl , I'm ordering one cookie relax. She takes my payment and instead of just grabbing the cookie. She starts putting together two more orders (of the same cookie I ordered) Again no one else in the store, 4 employees & me waiting on one cookie. She finally lets out a big sigh and grabs my cookie dumps the marshmallows on - what a mess & slides it over. Oh, and did I mention she wasn't wearing gloves!? In a cookie shop, during a pandemic.
