While I like their cookies, I resent being forced to tip so that they don't have to pay their employees a livable wage. I work for tips myself and works never force people to tip me in order to make a purchase from me. That's ridiculous! And let's be clear...it's to make up for the fact they realize they aren't paying their employees enough to live on so customers are forced to make up the difference on top of $5 for a cookie. Charge enough to pay them fairly! Don't stick it on me when you're charging 20x what it costs to make your cookies! read more

On Saturday 3/30/2024 I arrived to order cookies with my young daughter and the staff was not only ignorant or us being there but also very curt and rude when I attempted to ask a question. I had to demand their attention due to them having personal conversations and being on the phone. They told me I could just use the tablet to order as if me being there was a bother to them. I also called to speak to the manager this morning and it was a very dry conversation. I am not sure if that's the culture at this store, prejudice treatment because I am black or whatever, but this is the first time I've ever been treated like this. read more

Yesterday, we ordered 4 cookies from this location and after 2 no shows from doordash, we called Jessica and asked her if we could just come get them. We ended up showing up 5-6 mins before they closed, and she accommodated us and even refunded us for the mishaps. Her customer service is beyond what we could have asked for. Enjoyed my first Crumbl cookie on their grand opening day. Picked up one free ooey, gooey, rich, chunky, chocolate chip cookie. And purchased their caramel sea salt cookie. Both cookies were outstanding and quite large. Staff was quick and efficient. Everything looked good and clean. Cost per cookie is a little high, will probably only go there for a special treat, for purchase as gifts or for a dinner party. read more
