I had the pleasure of eating my very first cookie from Crumbl Cookies recently, and it won't be my last. Let me start with a shocking confession: I've never been a cookie lover. I know, who am I, even? I'm not a cake lover. I'm a pie person. My soon to be son-in-law has been raving about Crumbl Cookies and while they did sound good, I wasn't going to run out to try them. I mean...can a cookie really be to-die-for? So then the dear boy brought them to me. He showed up on the doorstep one morning with a box of six, and my husband (cookie fanatic) and I picked one each. Mine was a deeply chocolate, giant cookie with a layer of raspberry concoction spread on top--a Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. The dessert was so big and hefty, I cut it in half. Then my tastebuds exploded. The texture was perfect--a lightly crisp outer layer giving way to a soft, chewy inside. The raspberry was the most delicious finish. Half a cookie left me quite full, and I left the last two quarters for after lunch and dinner. I would absolutely eat one again--and even try another specialty flavor. I can't speak to the ambience of this shop but my son-in-law loves this location and is picking up some more cookies soon. Definitely worth a try -- or many! read more

Taste extremely good I would have given 5 stars but I am very disappointed in the fact I literally got ONE LAYER OF CAKE. Instead of 2. (I do have picture proof.) They did make sure to cover it with so much whipped cream you couldn't tell by looking at it. I bought it a few days ago and planned to save it for my night off. I was so excited took my first bite looked down and was pissed. But crumbl cookie is too far for me to take it back, Plus they sold out so I knew i wouldn't get another one. Poor quality baked goods for way too much money. I could make better cookies in my own home from scratch easily. These are doughy, overly sweet, and somehow bland. It blows my mind people pay to eat these abominations. The service is fine. It's not their fault that the product sucks ass. The ambiance is tense as younger folk tend to gather here and hang around the front of the store while waiting for their slop to be served. Once you walk in the crew all smile and great you making you feel like the most important person in the world. The location was super clean and the service is top notch. I have had Crumbl cookie in the past so I was excited to get one that was closer to home. Staff were friendly, it was very busy so there was some confusion with the order when placed. You can normally place your own cookies on one of their screens but one of the screens was not working but they did just open up so with as much traffic that was moving in and out and the amount of people ordering, it is expected. But its consistently troubling issue is the large amount of flour caked on and baked on the outside of the loaves. They use an extreme amount of flour on the raw dough as a release from their baking baskets, and after the bake they just leave it all stuck to the loaf. When I bring a loaf home I often spend a few minutes smacking it and scraping it over the sink where I dislodge so much raw flour from the outside of the bread. Sometimes there's a rind of undercooked flour cemented to the outside of the loaf. This is wildly unacceptable.
