I had the pleasure of eating my very first cookie from Crumbl Cookies recently, and it won't be my last. Let me start with a shocking confession: I've never been a cookie lover. I know, who am I, even? I'm not a cake lover. I'm a pie person. My soon to be son-in-law has been raving about Crumbl Cookies and while they did sound good, I wasn't going to run out to try them. I mean...can a cookie really be to-die-for? So then the dear boy brought them to me. He showed up on the doorstep one morning with a box of six, and my husband (cookie fanatic) and I picked one each. Mine was a deeply chocolate, giant cookie with a layer of raspberry concoction spread on top--a Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. The dessert was so big and hefty, I cut it in half. Then my tastebuds exploded. The texture was perfect--a lightly crisp outer layer giving way to a soft, chewy inside. The raspberry was the most delicious finish. Half a cookie left me quite full, and I left the last two quarters for after lunch and dinner. I would absolutely eat one again--and even try another specialty flavor. I can't speak to the ambience of this shop but my son-in-law loves this location and is picking up some more cookies soon. Definitely worth a try -- or many! read more

Taste extremely good I would have given 5 stars but I am very disappointed in the fact I literally got ONE LAYER OF CAKE. Instead of 2. (I do have picture proof.) They did make sure to cover it with so much whipped cream you couldn't tell by looking at it. I bought it a few days ago and planned to save it for my night off. I was so excited took my first bite looked down and was pissed. But crumbl cookie is too far for me to take it back, Plus they sold out so I knew i wouldn't get another one. So I just ate it because like I said it taste fine but was not made as expected I'll be leaving a yelp review as well. Update: I was honestly craving another strawberry shortcake so I did make a 30 mins trip to crumbl cookies in the morning. I choose to talk to the manager who was so kind and understanding. Poor quality baked goods for way too much money. I could make better cookies in my own home from scratch easily. These are doughy, overly sweet, and somehow bland. It blows my mind people pay to eat these abominations. The service is fine. It's not their fault that the product sucks ass. The ambiance is tense as younger folk tend to gather here and hang around the front of the store while waiting for their slop to be served. I recently tried Crumbl Cookies and was honestly impressed. The cookies were super fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. I loved how soft and thick they were, and the weekly rotating menu makes it exciting to come back and try new flavors. The staff was friendly and my order was ready quickly, even though the store was busy. Some flavors are definitely sweeter than others, but overall everything tasted amazing. Once you walk in the crew all smile and great you making you feel like the most important person in the world. The location was super clean and the service is top notch. We had the cannoli and cookies and cream cookies. You know something taste amazing when you never want it to end. Best cookies I've ever had hands down. I have had Crumbl cookie in the past so I was excited to get one that was closer to home. Staff were friendly, it was very busy so there was some confusion with the order when placed. You can normally place your own cookies on one of their screens but one of the screens was not working but they did just open up so with as much traffic that was moving in and out and the amount of people ordering, it is expected. First time I had crumbl I wasn't a fan. Decided to give it another shot and I enjoyed it. There's literally a cookie for every pallete. The only thing I would recommend is the app doesn't reflect what's actually out and what's available also it will say your order is ready immediately but 9/10 is not available immediately which is understandable but maybe fixing that on the app. Besides that everything is great! ​​ read more

I've been here my multiple times for their seasonal cookies and I've always enjoyed them every time! The customer service is great, they always ask you how the cookie looks before they give it to you, so you know what you're getting is of highest quality. The atmosphere is good too. I first discovered the crumbl cookie craze this summer in Portland and was so sad there wasn't a location near western mass. As soon as this location opened I had to place an order. It's the same as any other location small and crowded. They had to change my order otherwise I would have had to wait another 20 or so minutes. They tasted good. The girl didn't show me my cookies like they have in other locations and she wasn't as bubbly or nice as any of the other locations I've been to. read more

Great taste with a unique different flavor with all different texture. the crunch and richness watery sweetness. You can taste the flavor in an instante bite. size are great to share with a huge family. got a 6 pack for all 6 still have left for many more pieces to try. read more
