I would advise against visiting this location. I have noticed numerous errors and inconsistencies in the desserts baked here. They are always swamped with orders, never show you your order before handing it to you, and the quality of the desserts is subpar. I now prefer to drive to a different location outside of my neighborhood. I have also sent them multiple emails about my disappointing orders, but have received no response from them. I have always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by understanding that they might have off days or moments, but after experiencing so many issues, I realize that the problem is bigger than that. I have contacted their support team on their website twice to express myself, and I have received excellent customer service, which keeps me as a loyal customer. read more

Crumbl cookies are always delicious. Kind of pricey for just a cookie. However they have really good rewards if you sign up on their app. I have been a fan of their cookies for a while and the cute pink boxes just the right packaging. Been a fan of this bakery for a while so tried the location in wicker park. On this trip we got the salted toffee cookies and they were delicious and worth every calorie infused and that cute little pink box. Taste of cookie definitely 5 stars, location is difficult to get to by car and price was high for one cookie. After seeing Crumbl all over TikTok for weeks, I had to try it! My friend and I went on a Friday night around 10:30 and they were still hopping but we didn't wait a long time at all. Pro-tip, it can be hard to see that there are iPads where you order. There were so many Doordash drivers congregating by the pickup counter that we didn't notice them at first. Since it was our first visit we tried one of each of the six varieties available. The milk chocolate chip and sugar are permanent while the other four rotate weekly. The weekly offerings for our visit were triple chocolate chip, peanut butter with Snickers, iced oatmeal and key lime pie. The sugar and the key lime pie were served chilled, the other four were warm. As I understand it, while the varieties do change, the 'bases' usually remain similar, for example there is usually a peanut butter cookie, a chocolate cookie and some sort of cookie based on another baked good, they just change the toppings/fillings. I won't go into too much detail about the individual cookies because they'll have something totally different depending on when you visit. They were SOOOOOO good though, super rich and buttery and balanced. The only one that we didn't think stood out as worth the price was the milk chocolate chip, which would have benefitted majorly from semi sweet chunks and/or some sea salt. The others were to die for! I put them in the fridge after we were done noshing for the night and they tasted just as good over the next three days! Even the ones that were initially warm tasted really good when they firmed up but they reheated nicely should you want to recreate the warm, toasty vibes. Crumbl isn't going to be for everyone, despite this enthusiastic five star review. If you balk at the idea of spendy desserts you associate with childhood, you'll probably find it overpriced. I personally thought the quality was awesome though and the sweet treats lasted me for several days. So. FRICKIN. Good. My sweet tooth was calling to me last Friday night and it just so happened we drove past the storefront and immediately put the car in reverse and found a parking spot to try some infamous Crumbl cookies. Best decision of the night! We got there when it was almost time to close, so they only had the chocolate chip, the classic sugar cookie, and the buckeye brownie left. Good enough for us, so we got 2 of each to complete the 6 pack and called it a night. Lucky for us, the chocolate chip and brownie flavors were fresh out the oven, nice and warm and muy delicioso! These cookies were giganto too!! Didn't expect them to be that big, but the bigger the better, right? The chocolate chip cookie just melted in my mouth. Perfectly paired with a glass of cold milk, which they also sell. The classic sugar was also great. It was chilled, which was also a great alternative to a warm cookie. It was satisfyingly perfect. Stopped in to Crumbl today while visiting nearby stores in the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised. There was a short line when we arrived but it moved quickly. Unfortunately they got our order wrong (1 cookie incorrect) but fixed it promptly. The cookies are huge and decadent. I Stopped by crumbl yesterday for some cookies and milk. The location is on a busy road which attracts a lot of people walking around the area. I walked into a very clean store where you can see the cookie stuff being made on the left. I like the concept of transparency and being able to see what they are making- makes the shop front look really unique. The staff were friendly and lines were long. There is no seating just a quick pick up to take or enjoy while walking around. They have a kiosk where you can place the orders -which is nice, convenient and keeps things moving. They rotate flavors on a weekly basis and you are able to see the flavors online on their website. Unfortunately, when i got there they were out of the brownie galaxy flavor and the pumpkin spice flavor. So, I decided to get a sugar, cookie dough and two classic chocolate chips. I was not disappointed at all. The cookies were hugeeee and warm, which pairs nicely with cold milk. My favorite was the cookie dough because of the frosting and flavor profile. Another social media hyped place. Not worth the $4/cookie or the wait. The cookies are cloying sweet. I could only eat one over a 2 day period. My daughter mades snickerdoodles and she said hers tastes better. The lemon cookie base tastes like a sugar cookie and only the frosting had lemon flavor. Came on a Monday night at peak time. Store was busy but the self-ordering tablet is so convenient. Orders were coming out fast and fresh even with only two people working. Some of the cookies are even frosted to-order! I thought I liked super gooey, extra sweet cookies like Insomnia, but I realized Crumbl is just a grown up, better version. Plus the store is 1000x cleaner. Cookies are still very sweet (definitely can't eat a whole one by myself) but the flavors are so well executed. Especially Billy, who helped me pick out my cookies with so much excitement that I got PUMPED for my cookies! And they did not disappoint. Soft and decadent, these cookies are not overly sweet and melt in your mouth. I was super excited to have a Crumbl open in the city after seeing out of state friends post about it! I had the chance to grab a 4 cookie box this week and I must say, it pretty much lived up to the hype! Full disclosure: there was an Elite Yelp event so I probably wouldn't have come on this particular flavor week but I shared with friends to get feedback on some of the flavors I may not have usually chosen. I got the pink almond frosted sugar cookie, which was a fan favorite! I love me some almond flavor and even my husband who doesn't normally, thought it was super tasty! Next up was Cookie Dough. Loved the base but I do prefer frosting on some of the other cookies more than this one, it was more of a whipped texture. I got the oatmeal for my husband, who thought it was delicious and "not ruined by raisins" which he said was a plus haha. Even for someone who doesn't normally love oatmeal, it was big, soft and chewy even THREE DAYS later when I got back from a weekend away to share with my husband. In fact, none of the cookie hardened at all and I kept them in the original box from Thursday night to Sunday. Last but not least the pumpkin with salted caramel cream cheese frosting. Now I'm kind of indifferent about pumpkin but I'm always team caramel and pro cream cheese frosting... and this was winner. I waited a few mins to get it fresh so you'll see the frosting melted and slid off mine haha but for a warm cookie hot out of the oven, not a problem! Once it cooled, I spread the frosting back across it. The base was SO SOFT (like I said, even days later) and the frosting was delicious 10/10 on this one for me. This week is a breakfast pack, aka made for me... so I may be back already! FYI: They're baking throughout the day so if something says out on the sign, ask how long! I waited a few mins for a fresh one. Finger licking good! Crumbl cookies lives up to their name. We got a pack of four cookies, oatmeal, sugar, and 2x caramel pumpkin. The pumpkin cookies came right out of the oven (happens quite often, they had two batches go in during our wait), the cream cheese icing was well shaped and the cookie soft to the touch, softer in our mouths. Rich and decadent, it was our favorite cookie of the four. The classic sugar cookie is as expected, light, sweet, effervescent. The colors are really cute and add to the aesthetic as well. We ate our cookies with a cold milk that they sell in store too. Overall, the quality of the cookies are great and I'd return for the noms. Unfortunately I had to give 4 out of 5 stars for the customer service. We arrived relatively early in a Friday evening and there were almost 10 people standing by waiting for pickup or to place their order. It wasn't clear if there was a line, and even though there were 2 people in front there was only one ever talking with customers and figuring out which people were waiting for which order. Was looking to satisfy my sweet tooth craving and stumbled upon Crumbl. And wow, oh WOW did this place hit the spot! I got the 4 cookie box with Orange Julius, Neapolitan, Biscoff White Chip, and the Cookies and Cream. The Orange Julius was, hands down, my favorite out of the bunch. If this flavor is still in the rotation, I highly recommend you get it - you won't regret it and your taste buds will thank you!! An explosion of flavor in my mouth and absolutely delectable. I loved the combo of the creamy orange buttercream, the sugar cookie with that perfect consistency, and that it was chilled. Second place was definitely the Neapolitan. It was also delicious and all the flavors worked so well together. Solid cookie! My least favorite of the bunch, however, was the cookies and cream. I didn't like the consistency or flavor of it as much as the others. Stoked that there is another cookie spot in the neighborhood though! I've gotten my fair share of cookies from Crumbl, both good and not as good, but the best part about Crumbl is their weekly rotating menu. If you don't like the selection one week, just wait until next week and the whole menu will be different! I look forward to every Sunday when I see the new flavors for the week come out. I scheduled to pick up my cookie the next day as I knew that I would be in that area. When I arrived I was greeted and noticed there was a section that you stand for online orders. The gentleman asked for my name and handed me my cookies as they were ready. I ordered a 6 Pack-Box which had Milk Chocolate Chip, Sugar ft. Mother's Circus Animal, Cinnamon Frybread, Red Velvet Cupcake, Strawberry Shortcake, and Mallow Sandwich ft. Oreo. They were all so good. My Favorite were Cinnamon Frybread and Milk Chocolate Chip. Nothing really, they have some staple cookies like chocolate chip and sugar cookies, and then they have a menu that rotates weekly. I only recently heard of Crumbl but I'm my mother's daughter and have a sweet tooth, so when the opportunity arose to try it I didn't pass it up. The staff were really helpful, super friendly. I was really glad that when I went it was not busy at all so I didn't have to be around other people, whew! But they're very clear that masks are required. They do have stanchions outside for when it gets busy, and I hear it has a tendency to get pretty busy! In fact, there was a bit of a crowd (well, for what I consider a crowd nowadays) when I drove by on the lookout for parking, but by the time I got in there was just one other person because they're also quick. I love industrial kitchens, and this one has all their equipment in plain view and I love that. Just a little quirky thing of mine. Really appreciate that it was fairly low contact; they have the touchscreen you use, and I'm not even sure they take cash. And apparently they'll even fancy up your box a bit, because the other woman who was there was asking for that treatment for hers. In the end I got two caramel pumpkin, one classic sugar cookie, and one cookie dough cookie. If you get the sugar cookie, and you want a sugar cookie that tastes like every other sugar cookie you've ever had, you don't want to get this one. There was some sort of taste to the cookie that I couldn't figure out but when I look at the description it has almond extract or something, and that is what the taste is. I can't say I would never have it again, but it was my least favorite of the three types. The caramel pumpkin was pretty delicious--shout out to cream cheese frosting; I love you so much--but... was there caramel? I didn't taste that at all, so don't get this one if you want a caramel forward cookie (but if you just want something yummy, this will fit the bill). And seriously, cream cheese frosting, folks. Need I say more? Surprisingly, though, I tasted very little caramel--as in, none. I'm a girl who loves caramel, so I was expecting something of it, but it mostly tasted like a pumpkin cookie. The frosting was real important here, because it would have been... not dry, because it wasn't, but needed a little something to add to it. Perhaps the caramel was some sort of caramelized ingredient in the cookie? That's probably what it was, and if so, that would have contributed to the richness of this cookie (it really was--I could only eat about half of it at once, and that was pushing it). My favorite may have been the cookie dough, and no one's more surprised about that than I am. I don't like cookie dough. I eat fully-baked cookies only, thank you very much, and cookie dough ice cream is an abomination. But this cookie was so yummy, from the very first bite. I can't believe I almost didn't get this one--and if they had not been out of the galaxy brownie cookie, I may not have! It was a nice balance of sweet but not so sweet that your cheeks get goosebumps, and had a nice texture with the baby chocolate chips. I'd get any of the cookies I tried again, but this one is a definite favorite. It was the favorite of the person I shared them with, too, and I think we were both surprised by each of our reaction to it. I measured one of the cookies because they're chunky for sure. They were all around the same size, and the one I measured was about 4.5 x 5.5". They also have some height to them; they're about an inch tall. So pretty chunky, well baked, and moist, because they remained soft and chewy overnight. Parking wasn't as bad as it could have been; I took someone with me in case we weren't able to find any, but I lucked out and there were a few spots across the street just waiting for me to do a U-turn. This was my first time trying crumbl cookies and I loved every single cookie I got! The texture and flavors were perfection! As soon as I walked in, the place smelled divine. They had an assortment of 6 cookies to choose from. I got the caramel pumpkin, milk chocolate chip, cookie dough, and galaxy brownie. The cookie dough was out of stock when I got there but staff was making a new batch so I was able to get one with just a 10 minute wait. Staff was friendly and patiently answered any questions I had. I had never heard of Crumbl cookies before this event but apparently they have 300 locations around the country! I love that they have a revolving menu of over 100 cookies so you can try something new each time. I also thought the pricing was reasonable since cookies are incredibly good and huge! Would recommend sharing (even though I can easily eat one myself) since they're pretty indulgent. I love how fresh they taste. The location is convenient and they're planning on opening more stores around Chicago. Packaging is also very adorable. If you have a sweet tooth you need to try this place! Scheduled them to arrive around 8pm, and at around 815 when I went to check on the status of the cookies, the app stated "preparing order" and "arrival in 100 minutes". Could be better! Purchased a big chocolate chip cookie and it was nothing special. There were barely any chocolate chips, mostly cookie. It had a good crunch to it but I wasn't impressed. Definitely needs more chocolate chips maybe some nuts. read more

I've been seeing Crumbl Cookies on Tiktok for weeks and finally got my hands on some. We went for the Back to School theme week and got 4 cookies: Chocolate Mallow Cupcake, Oreo, Graham Cracker, and Chocolate Chip. They were definitely delicious but I would say not as good as Tiktok and other review videos made it out to be. My favorite is definitely the Oreo cookie: it's so delicious and such a classic as well. If you love super sweet desserts and cookies, definitely give this a try!! The staff at the store was also super nice and friendly and the whole store interior and experience was great. They're planning to release new flavors every week from now on so if there are any flavors that are interesting, I would definitely go for it and try them. read more
