Crumbl cookies are always delicious. Kind of pricey for just a cookie. However they have really good rewards if you sign up on their app. I have been a fan of their cookies for a while and the cute pink boxes just the right packaging. Been a fan of this bakery for a while so tried the location in wicker park. On this trip we got the salted toffee cookies and they were delicious and worth every calorie infused and that cute little pink box. Taste of cookie definitely 5 stars, location is difficult to get to by car and price was high for one cookie. Overall I give it 4 stars but you'll never be disappointed with the taste of the cookie.

4-Pack

Soooo good. These cookies absolutely live up to the hype. Make sure you know which cookies come warm vs cold (because they have icing). I didn't consider this when I got the 4-pack and only the chocolate chip cookie was warm. The place is quick, easy, open late, and DELICIOUS. Just don't expect to sit down because there are no seats inside! Favorite cookie: Classic Pink Sugar. 4/5 friends said this was their favorite one from the bunch. You won't be disappointed! - AT

Ordering here was really easy. They have a screen where you can select the cookies that are offered for the day. The staff were very helpful and quick with fulfilling the order! - The cookies were visually interesting - my family liked the strawberry cookie. I'm a little sensitive to sweets, so it was good in small doses.

After seeing Crumbl all over TikTok for weeks, I had to try it! My friend and I went on a Friday night around 10:30 and they were still hopping but we didn't wait a long time at all. Pro-tip, it can be hard to see that there are iPads where you order. There were so many Doordash drivers congregating by the pickup counter that we didn't notice them at first. Since it was our first visit we tried one of each of the six varieties available. The milk chocolate chip and sugar are permanent while the other four rotate weekly. The weekly offerings for our visit were triple chocolate chip, peanut butter with Snickers, iced oatmeal and key lime pie. The sugar and the key lime pie were served chilled, the other four were warm. As I understand it, while the varieties do change, the 'bases' usually remain similar, for example there is usually a peanut butter cookie, a chocolate cookie and some sort of cookie based on another baked good, they just change the toppings/fillings. I won't go into too much detail about the individual cookies because they'll have something totally different depending on when you visit. They were SOOOOOO good though, super rich and buttery and balanced. The only one that we didn't think stood out as worth the price was the milk chocolate chip, which would have benefitted majorly from semi sweet chunks and/or some sea salt. The others were to die for! I put them in the fridge after we were done noshing for the night and they tasted just as good over the next three days! Even the ones that were initially warm tasted really good when they firmed up but they reheated nicely should you want to recreate the warm, toasty vibes. Crumbl isn't going to be for everyone, despite this enthusiastic five star review. If you balk at the idea of spendy desserts you associate with childhood, you'll probably find it overpriced. I personally thought the quality was awesome though and the sweet treats lasted me for several days. I don't live too close which is perhaps a good thing because I would be there way too often.

So. FRICKIN. Good. My sweet tooth was calling to me last Friday night and it just so happened we drove past the storefront and immediately put the car in reverse and found a parking spot to try some infamous Crumbl cookies. Best decision of the night! We got there when it was almost time to close, so they only had the chocolate chip, the classic sugar cookie, and the buckeye brownie left. Good enough for us, so we got 2 of each to complete the 6 pack and called it a night. Lucky for us, the chocolate chip and brownie flavors were fresh out the oven, nice and warm and muy delicioso! These cookies were giganto too!! Didn't expect them to be that big, but the bigger the better, right? The chocolate chip cookie just melted in my mouth. Perfectly paired with a glass of cold milk, which they also sell. The classic sugar was also great. It was chilled, which was also a great alternative to a warm cookie. It was satisfyingly perfect. They have new flavors each week so I cannot wait to try their new flavors because I will definitely be coming back. They've gained a fan!

Cookie craving crusher! If you've got a sweet tooth and in the mood to try a new spot hit them up! When you walking in you're nose is filled with that baked goodness smell. Sweetness, warm dough, spice. It's like walking right into the baker's kitchen. It's a very minimalistic design and color pallet as to not distract you from the main attraction. That sweetness. First off the have weekly changing cookies. This week they had cookie dough, galaxy brownie, and caramel pumpkin. While there were others that are there all the time such as the milk chocolate chip and classic sugar. While there were smaller options how could I not get the big kid cookie . I got the classic oatmeal and the other 3 weekly flavors. My favorite were in this order:oatmeal, cookie dough, pumpkin spice, and galaxy brownie. Atmosphere: minimalistic, inside the baker's kitchen, simple Staff: quick, efficient, always on the move Food: hit the spot, each flavor I could give a mini review. Oatmeal: gooey, melts in your mouth, brown sugar. Pumpkin spice: pumpkin spice latte in cookie form. Cookie dough: if you like the ice cream you gonna like this. Galaxy brownie: crisp and chocolate overload. Room for improvement: possibly have notifications of what flavors to expect next week or prices or pictures that face the street entrance. Excuse my while I stuff my face

Top to bottom: Nutella Mudsilde (x2), Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Mallow Sandwich ft Oreo

Stopped in to Crumbl today while visiting nearby stores in the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised. There was a short line when we arrived but it moved quickly. Unfortunately they got our order wrong (1 cookie incorrect) but fixed it promptly. The cookies are huge and decadent. We got a 4 pack with 2 Nutella Mudsildes, Chocolate Chip, and a Chocolate Mallow Sandwich ft Oreo. We were not disappointed! Every cookie was delicious but my favorite by far was the Chocolate Mallow Sandwich ft Oreo. We'll definitely be back!

I Stopped by crumbl yesterday for some cookies and milk. The location is on a busy road which attracts a lot of people walking around the area. I walked into a very clean store where you can see the cookie stuff being made on the left. I like the concept of transparency and being able to see what they are making- makes the shop front look really unique. The staff were friendly and lines were long. There is no seating just a quick pick up to take or enjoy while walking around. They have a kiosk where you can place the orders -which is nice, convenient and keeps things moving. They rotate flavors on a weekly basis and you are able to see the flavors online on their website. Unfortunately, when i got there they were out of the brownie galaxy flavor and the pumpkin spice flavor. So, I decided to get a sugar, cookie dough and two classic chocolate chips. I was not disappointed at all. The cookies were hugeeee and warm, which pairs nicely with cold milk. My favorite was the cookie dough because of the frosting and flavor profile. The frosting was perfect and fluffy and had mini chocolate chips and cookie dough bits. The chocolate chip cookies were perfect and even though they were massive they were not overly sweet. I will definitely be back to try some more!!

Snickerdoodle and lemon

Another social media hyped place. Not worth the $4/cookie or the wait. The cookies are cloying sweet. I could only eat one over a 2 day period. My daughter mades snickerdoodles and she said hers tastes better. The lemon cookie base tastes like a sugar cookie and only the frosting had lemon flavor. The best part of the cookies are they are freshly baked and frosted to order. The snickerdoodle didn't not travel well. The person filling our order closed the lid on the cookie and the frosting partially slid off.

My first time coming to the Wicker park location. There was a bit of a long line so we waited a bit for our cookies. Got the chocolate chip and they were served warm. This is my favorite flavor but I haven't really tried many others for full disclosure. Only downside is the store wasn't very clean and tidy. They have an open plan so I think part of the appeal and premium price is the aesthetic, so to find the store so messy and disorganized a tad uninviting. Still recommend for cookie fix though.

The cookie dough cookie was divine. Sugar cookie was great but very sweet, and chocolate chip was a classic.

Came on a Monday night at peak time. Store was busy but the self-ordering tablet is so convenient. Orders were coming out fast and fresh even with only two people working. Some of the cookies are even frosted to-order! I thought I liked super gooey, extra sweet cookies like Insomnia, but I realized Crumbl is just a grown up, better version. Plus the store is 1000x cleaner. Cookies are still very sweet (definitely can't eat a whole one by myself) but the flavors are so well executed. Like the cookie dough cookie - it was a molasses brown sugar cookie with cookie dough buttercream and cookie dough pieces. Absolutely divine. Wish I lived closer so I could try every rotating flavor! Probably for the best that I don't though... Absolutely will be stopping in whenever I am in Wicker.

Billy showing off the goods!! This guy is so friendly and passionate about the cookies!! Amazing

This place is amazing. Everyone working there is so freakin friendly and warm, just like their delicious cookies!! Especially Billy, who helped me pick out my cookies with so much excitement that I got PUMPED for my cookies! And they did not disappoint. Soft and decadent, these cookies are not overly sweet and melt in your mouth. They have rotating unique flavors, so aside from chocolate chip and sugar cookies, you likely won't see the same flavor twice!! These cookies and service are MILES ahead of the other cookie place down the street. Friendly service makes a huge difference and these guys have that down. You can also see where they are making the cookies from scratch right there! Just an awesome place. Do yourself a favor and get yourself some Crumbl cookies NOW!!

I was super excited to have a Crumbl open in the city after seeing out of state friends post about it! I had the chance to grab a 4 cookie box this week and I must say, it pretty much lived up to the hype! Full disclosure: there was an Elite Yelp event so I probably wouldn't have come on this particular flavor week but I shared with friends to get feedback on some of the flavors I may not have usually chosen. I got the pink almond frosted sugar cookie, which was a fan favorite! I love me some almond flavor and even my husband who doesn't normally, thought it was super tasty! Next up was Cookie Dough. Loved the base but I do prefer frosting on some of the other cookies more than this one, it was more of a whipped texture. I got the oatmeal for my husband, who thought it was delicious and "not ruined by raisins" which he said was a plus haha. Even for someone who doesn't normally love oatmeal, it was big, soft and chewy even THREE DAYS later when I got back from a weekend away to share with my husband. In fact, none of the cookie hardened at all and I kept them in the original box from Thursday night to Sunday. Last but not least the pumpkin with salted caramel cream cheese frosting. Now I'm kind of indifferent about pumpkin but I'm always team caramel and pro cream cheese frosting... and this was winner. I waited a few mins to get it fresh so you'll see the frosting melted and slid off mine haha but for a warm cookie hot out of the oven, not a problem! Once it cooled, I spread the frosting back across it. The base was SO SOFT (like I said, even days later) and the frosting was delicious 10/10 on this one for me. This week is a breakfast pack, aka made for me... so I may be back already! FYI: They're baking throughout the day so if something says out on the sign, ask how long! I waited a few mins for a fresh one. I know there have been a lot of complaints about selection and delivery so I recommend stopping in and asking if any are baking if you see a flavor you wanted is sold out.

Our selections, from closest to farthest : oatmeal, classic sugar, 2x caramel pumpkin

I've been a customer of almost 10 years and have been obsessed since they first opened their doors at a different location. I literally live an hour away without traffic and even longer with traffic, but I make sure to stop by or send someone else to get it for me at least once a month or more. I love the amazing cakes that are so delicious and unique but on top of that, it is Asian owned, LGBTQ supporting, etc. A lot has changed since their little storefront with no seating. The bakery is now a full on cafe and I'm so happy to see how much they've grown and how successful they are. And while it is glorious, I will say I miss the sweet neighborhood charm and great customer service it used to have. Getting in touch with the bakery through phone or text can be tough and to be honest, sometimes one of the people working there is kind of...very mean. It had me questioning if I should keep coming back. I just love this bakery so much though and being raised by parents that had a small food business, I can't help but want to support. I had a particularly difficult last minute request for the bakery a few weeks ago and I was reminded why this place is so great. It had been YEARS since I made this specific request, which was an order for a slice of cake for every flavor and a cupcake for every flavor. This is a BIG and time consuming request, especially if it's last minute. Unfortunately I come to the city whenever the traffic isn't atrocious, so it's always last minute. Dom absolutely pulled through though. Even though there were other employees there (I saw two others but one disappeared and then another male was kind of walking around the cafe and such), Dom took this giant request and fulfilled it himself. The other gentleman (not the mean person previously mentioned) was actually who I made the request to, but he told Dom to do it. I was kind of confused why they didn't do it together but idk, maybe the other guy isn't allowed to handle food? Who knows. Regardless, this request obviously took a long time and the line was getting longer; people were getting a little restless but Dom stayed calm but was swift. I swear he was moving faster than most people in the industry could with a cake knife like that. He was not impatient or rude to me at all. He was just there to do his job as fast and well as possible. It's so rare to see that type of work ethic. He is also so obviously proud of the bakery and the food they serve which makes you feel good about being a patron there. So although I continue to have an unpleasant experience with one particular employee there, Dom keeps my love for this bakery alive. He reminds me of what this bakery was like when they first opened their doors. I hope Dom is cherished there and I bet he is considering his work ethic. I will continue to support this bakery and I recommend everyone else to support as well. It may not be that small little shop anymore but Dom is a reminder of the heart of the place.

Visiting Chicago and pretty much EVERYONEEEEE recommended this place and honestly I can see why!…read moreThere was a 2 hour wait on a Saturday morning and ooooof you're going be baking in the sun (no patio, no shade, no umbrellas) so come prepared with hats, umbrellas and water!! Usually when I wait that long for something I get extra harsh on critique like my god you better be worth the wait.... And unfortunately this place WAS actually that good where I couldn't even be mad. Filipino breakfast combo ($20)-- has both longanisa sausage and tocino, suuuuper savory and goes great with their garlic rice and sunny side up egg. It's one of those things that's just so simple but so soooo good when done right. Pork belly adobo ($20)-- weekends only! braised pork belly with garlic rice and sunny side up egg. This is similar to a Taiwanese Lu rou fan. It was slightly sweet with the savory. It gets kind of fatty/greasy after a while but once you add some chili and vinegar from the basket it's all good !!! Longanisa breakfast sandwich ($12)-- didn't add the hash brown but that was an option! Soft bread, fluffy egg, cheese and longanisa... again so simple but sooooo good! The Longanisa in this was like a meat patty vs the sausage in the breakfast plate. Same name but different enough I promise! Didn't feel like I got a duplicate or anything like the textures are different! For pastries... forgot the price-- Salmon danish: Weekend only! Wish we got more!! It was perfectly light and savory. Doesn't have that strong fishy smell and the flavor was so good. Smoked salmon, cream cheese, fish roe... how could it not be good!! Cheesecake: SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! Again, should've ordered more!! Not all cheesecakes are created equal but THIS ONEEEEE was so so good. The crust:filling ratio was perfect. It was rich and creamy. Doesn't mix in cake/filler like some other places. Just good, pure, classic cheesecake with some good fruit on top. Cardamom bun: Texture kind of like breakfast bun/kougn amann but tastes like a light pumpkin spice, thanksgiving. Goes great with coffee I'm sure!! This flavor profile in general isn't really my thing but my friend loved it !! Banana bread: Really not the most aesthetic thing. It's almost kinda ugly in pictures ... but what it lacks it makes up for in TASTEEE. I should've gotten a cross section but there's dark chocolate and nuts and the banana flavor is there and sweetens everything so nicely. Also, you order at the counter and they'll bring it to you at the table in order of drinks then pastries then food. Not sure how it works if you want to order more tbh like if you finish eating and want more dessert. Would I wait 2 hours again? Unfortunately probably yeah. Since I'm a visitor it's not like I can go during off hours/random weekdays etc. And everything was soooo good I'd definitely come again next time I'm back!!

Which makes sense given the sheer volume of people they serve, so you'll have to try and snag one of the few seats along the edges. Once we finally ordered, the service was incredibly fast. The sandwich came out in less than 5 minutes! It was definitely a good, tasty sandwich, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. Ultimately, while I enjoyed the food and the beautiful space inside, I probably wouldn't wait 45 minutes in the blazing sun to get it again.

I bought 3 and my friend got 2. Calamansi cream + pistachio paste danish was my favorite. The Calamansi cream was the perfect texture and density with a fragrant citrus note. When I took a sip of coffee afterwards it made my coffee taste like I was drinking fresh orange juice. The pistachio is more cake like inside than full paste and isn't too sweet. Flaky dough, soft pistachio center and creamy top with a sharp citrus cut. Peach + raspberry Melba danish. The peaches were soft. I'm not familiar with a Melba dessert but the center of this was almond paste which is not my favorite but if you like almond and tart danish it would hit the spot. Raspberry espresso cream cheese cinnamon roll was a fun fruity twist to a cinnamon roll. Couldn't really tell there was espresso though. Blueberry lime cheesecake danish. I also liked this one because of the lime. It really cuts through the heaviness. The fruits on top were also fresh. They also have one day old blind boxes. I grabbed a 6 piece day old box to go and it was actually 6 different pasteries, half sweet and half savory! It only repeated 1 of the pasteries I had originally tried so I'm excited to try more, especially the savory ones. It's an amazing deal if you just want to try a variety of flavors. Tried the Hot dog danish - really good! Upscale pigs in a blanket vibes. The tiny fried are seasoned perfectly and add a fun crunch. They shared that the strawberry milk croissant was their bestseller, so I opted for that. It was filled with fresh strawberry mascarpone and fresh strawberry puree. Despite the croissant's decadent appearance, it was not at all too sweet. I'm not typically the biggest croissant fan (I know, I know, no one is perfect) but this pastry blew me away. The filling was super generous without overpowering the delicate dough, which was baked to crispy perfection. Sadly, I don't get to the area often, but I will 100% be back asap to try more of the menu. Run- don't walk to pay a visit!

Holy freakin best bakery in the nation! Sugar Moon is a local fave in Logan Square--and for all the…read morereasons possible. They make scrumptious cookies, pastries, danishes, chai cinnamon rolls, the whole shebang. Our eyes were nonstop drooling over all of the fresh goodies. I had such a hard time choosing, but knew I had to get the corn flake espresso cookie (SO FRICKIN AMAZING) the textures were elite, and the potato focaccia. The southwest hash brioche was friggin incredible. They were very generous with the sweet potato, WHOLE EGG, and veg. Like seriously, with the cost of groceries skyrocketing, I can't believe I got a whole bit of egg white and yolk. You must eat your goodies warm, the initial crunch had me in a chokehold. They also had a vegan focaccia which my friends appreciated. There's street parking and expect lines. Inside isn't super spacious, but the line does move. Bring sunnies and a book if you don't like to stand around. We got here before they opened on a Saturday morning and only had to wait like 15mins. They also sell cute lil Sugar Moon merch like fun tshirts and cards. Would 100% come back to get morning pastries from them. Super queer friendly as well. MUST visit.

I will say the savory items are definitely on the salty side though. I wish they were 20% less salty! I had ordered the miso mushroom brioche, asparagus foccaccia, and poblano brioche. It's worth the trek and the line. You'll probably end up eating from the box on the curb nearby, since inside seating is TIGHT. I live in SF and we don't mess around when it comes to bakeries. I will be returning to Sugar Moon next time I'm in Chicago. Wait for me, my love.
